Worst card ever. If you use it they will flag it as fraudulent then have you fax them copies of your driver's license social security card and a piece of mail and then they will tell you that what you sent is invalid
Don't get this credit card and expect to redeem your rewards to use beforehand. If you are a Carnival cruiser, when you redeem your points, you won't get it until the day of the cruise, when it defeats the purpose of purchasing things before your cruise like drinking packages or excursions when it's cheaper. I will be cancelling my credit card after my sailing. Hopefully other cruise lines are not connected to Barclay as well because this app sucks and always crashes.
I have serious privacy concerns about this application. For some reason every time I open the application it says the app pasted information from your clipboard. Android 16.0.5.702

Vendor asked to send screenshot of payment for service. App can not do this. I need to prove this to start the class. Barkley does not allow to do this.
the worst credit card I ever had, would not recommend, it has bad customer service in india or I don't know one of those countries, and they placed a hold on my card that I used for years, and ask me to send sensitive information through the mail. which I already try once but they did not received, engine that. I don't cancel this CC right now to not affect my credit but I will cutoff this CC and never use it again

Terrible app experience thus far on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Every screen transition starts lagging, goes blank, then reloads new app page. It's super frustrating and dizzying, to say the least. Adding new bank info gets stuck in a loop after digital keyboard blocks view of the "Add new bank" button at bottom of app page. Whoever built this app doesn't keep up with new phones. Push updates asap or this app will soon be trashed with other extremely negative reviews.
Extremely buggy. Constantly closes. Has caused me to miss a payment due to not being able to use app. I'd been trying sparsely for weeks.

I keep getting, "we are sorry but this service is currently unavailable..." messages at different points in the app navigation. Eventually got to set up my account but I am trying to add my payment method and getting that message time and time again. Very frustrating.
Every time I use the App I get a message stating the App is not working. I've tried uninstalling and installing several times with no luck of fixing the issue. It would be nice if you could fix the issue. Phone has Android 14.
The app is horrible! Charges, payments, and everything you need it for take forever to show up, days. It's very slow and crashes ALL the time. it had me thinking my account was hacked or something!
I pua pass word in it tell me it doesn't match and reset the again still not working for the password.

When I first got the app it worked great, the last month the app completely sucks. At least every other day I can't login and it says the service is unavailable and it'll be out the whole day. The app honestly makes me want to cancel my card.
app was a 5. now a 1. since switching from barclay visa to mastercard , app has frequent crashes, high battery use, causing phone to get hot. charges appear and later dissappear on my account. biometrics are working. I have the correct operating system.

Worst banking app I have ever used. App crashes and error messages. Can't access my credit card statements. Response received: WHEN developers fix bug update app. (Note: This message was received after the 3/11/26 update was applied.) No timeline on fixing app AGAIN given. Barclays is not worth the aggravation.
This app needs to be at least as good as your competitors... But it is pretty bad. Way to S L O W. If you need to access it on the run, it's a No Go. You need to hire some devs that can fix thus app.
couldn't use the mobile deposit for 3 days, unsure if it works since I had to deposit elsewhere. now there's something happening that prevents from logging in or seeing your account. no info as to why or when it will be available. very bad communication so far.

All of the recent 1 star reviews here are fair and wholly accurate. This app has become literally dysfunctional, almost impressively useless.
The app is down. The website is down. Good thing I haven't lost my card. I'm completely blocked out from every side. Not very secure.
Can't view card information/make payments through the app. Can't log in at all through the website. I wonder how many people are going to have late payments because of this nonsense.
