I had two painters to paint doors in my bungalow I have to ask them to leave because the work was so terrible there was one of paint all down the doors and when the masking tape was removed there was Paint all the way over my walls my hallway carpet is ruined because it is covered in gloss paint and I moved to table in my kitchen and marked all the floor which now has to be relayed because the marks will not come off I couldn't have had a worse experience
Totally useless. Asked for my email before allowing access, when I entered my address I got a patronising dialogue box saying "Oops! That doesn't seem like a viable email." It has been a viable email for decades and they have used it themselves to contact me. Such rank incompetence means I wouldn't trust them if I could access their service.
garbage disconnect you to a whole bunch of spam phone calls and junk emails
no one accepted my help, no one returned my phone call.
When you post a job it ask for verification that never sends to you mobile but posts the job anyway. Since signing up to Bark I have no end of nuisance calls made with no one on the other end. Also no end of phishing emails giving me warnings about cloud storage and that I need to act fast to save my data... if you value your contact information DO NOT get this app.

using this platform is a waste in Ireland had hired someone from there website called Brandon Byrne electrical in Dublin who didn't even even finish his job and disappeared, called them they said the can't do anything about it, they don't even screen there contractors, this same guy has been doing this to alot of people yet they still have such people on there platform.
sorry, got no response to my add, and I tried a few times. I was looking for a gas repair person.
Not great for Northern Ireland 4 out of 5 recommended tradepeople based in England for a simple floor tiling job
Deceptive. Automatically posts the ad on my behalf under the guise of finding the "matches". Last time I'm using this app.

I'm not a fan of the Bark system. Users have very little control over posted work requests or the ability to filter the responding contractors. There's no way to edit work requests, add additional info, or attach photos once a request has been created. As soon as a request is submitted, you are immediately bombarded with texts & calls from contractors, with no way to review their profiles beforehand. The system is geared to generating leads for the contractors, rather than services for users.
the business has to pay to use this, I do not recommend
anyone from Bark don't do a good job and charge far toi much
