I want to know why you all go on lying with these ads that this app was formally coinbase,after choosing coinbase as my withdrawal in more than one game,noneof my funds after passing the required threshold,was in this base app wallet,I mean dammit man/woman have a heart,I withdrew $6,000.00 that is the (lucky water game)and after my 2 day wait period,there is not even $350.00 or $275.00 in my wallet to help me with my bills and groceries for my kids !

I'm so frustrated 😤 right now. I have been downloading and deleting this app and it doesn't work. To make it even worse I can't access my funds. I'm not happy about this and I hope and pray you fix it asap.

customer service is terrible
The app UI and everything changed after I reinstall it. What is this nonsense? I couldn't even pay using my old payments! I couldn't pay with QRIS!
Cost Basis and any P/L info missing from the Base app. Contacting support "Don't detect any issues try restarting, uninstalling, clear storage etc" NOTHING. AI keeps telling me nothing is wrong.. but also tells me what to try to fix it. Nothing.
wow try the new interface and get absolutely no way to go back to the previous one
I couldn't even send my money because I didn't upgrade my wallet which I tried to swap some of my money to ETH but it didn't worked. Tried to contact support by sign in but it need phone verification. It didn’t sent the code after many annoying CAPCHA. Really annoying, scammy and time-wasting. DO NOT USE THIS APP
This is the worst app Ive used. Yoi let an employee stealy.money and did nothing. I no nothing about any of this. . This is just ridiculous and I really want my fees back to be honest and my funds, and no human person to talk to! What kind of service is this?

The newest updates with constant toolbar under mini app is just horrible. You cannot remove it and it effects apps drastically especially if you play some game for example. It's horrible and i prolonged updating app just because of that reason and unfortunately yesterday i accidentally updated it. Everything else as well, pop ups, the entire navigation is bad. But that forced toolbar at the bottom, wow, horror show in this day and age. And there are no apks to go back to old versions

I used the app over an year, till it dissappear one day, after reinstall I have not all my capital, the profile was deleted, and all crypto is gone.. Sorry, but I'll never repeat to use that and loose money again..

everyone is having the same issue. when you transfer to the base app, your address will eventually change and you can't get back into your account with funds in it. I see a class action lawsuit in the near future for coinbase. as you can see, they haven't fixed a damn thing. screw this company, do business somewhere else.

this app is trash and hard to navigate. I need to upgrade before I can even buy.
I used to like the app when it was coinbase wallet. Now they have turned it into a mess. The old app had more useful settings. When I go to defi can't see balances because of that ad that will not go away. Feels like a down grade from the old app. I don't want to try the "base experience". So is the app crippled if you don't use that? Something went totally wrong with the last "upgrade".
play South has been used to disguise and hide the assets that they have taken from me I can't get any help from their literally they have stolen this everything from me they're going in after the fact and done this to me I have CVS files and wallet balances

Until am able to withdraw my money, I would not rate this app... Customer service not helping... It's been almost two years and I have not heard of gasless withdrawals on Base wallet.. My money is still stuck there
the new smarter mode takes away some of the functionality of the old original app. the menus aren't as intuitive. you can't find the switcher mode that is supposed to allow you to reverse back to the old one. half the time your activity doesn't show the other half the time it doesn't update your asset values correctly. I can't add wallets, can't get my passkey, and can't update by security to ensure I can log back in when I log out!
Blockchain abuse, abuse of people's identities in order to gain money. This needs to be removed from Google Play. It was holding the name of "Formerly coinbase wallet" and now it has changed the name. I've contacted Coinbase, people behind this app are even doing false-documentation.
ridiculously complicated. useless social media, getting paid worthless tokens for posts. base should stick to the network cuz everything else sucks. I've never gotten the $10 monthly thing for gas, had crypto stuck in this wallet for years. the nfts are useless and worthless. all the extras that supposedly have hundreds of dollars of value (like summeroncchain) with the smart wallet and coinbase one are just a waste of time effort and energy. the bot reviews are obvious. just horrible.
there's a lot of fraudulent account tampering where they went through my account change by orders change prices changed everything I even have pictures and documents still never heard a word hoping one day maybe they'll get in touch with me or I've been trying to get in touch with them and people on the phone ain't no help already contacted customer support and they will send it to their other team Wonder how long this will be remember all prices are final lol over $320,000 lost to me
