After a recent update, they force you to answer personal questions before you cam access the QR code for gym entry. If you don't wish to answer you need to press skip multiple times. Terrible idea you had there, Basic Fit. You can do better.

⚠️DO NOT⚠️ Use this app. Do NOT BUY their subscription. These people ignore you completely whenever you ask them why you got charged extra 2x. They just tell you it's your problem and leave and they NEVER come back to answer you again.
Unable to login. Updated the app, uninstalled and installed. But everytime I click on 'login', it keeps processing for sometimes and gets back to the same state.
that's the worst gym ever been in my life. so fake and artificial. there is carpet on the floor. there are no mirrors or free weights. it's impossible to do a proper workout

problemen met QR-code. je kan niet training wanneer je wilt, bijvoorbeeld. je komt naar de club . doet een warming buiten en dan terug naar de club . als niemand aan de receptie dat is echt waar probleem zonder oplossing.
je pris un abonement d un mois, qui bien evidemment vien avec un prolongation tacit et un preavis de plus de 4 semain en realite. En plus leur abonement et de 4 semain = 28 jours pas d un mois. Je me suis pas attendu me faire arnaque par une salle de musculation :))) Bien jour basicfit
I can't use the app
Randomly needs updates that you cant download. Another useless app that replaced a plastic card which always worked fine.
Good to access the clubs and not much else. Creating workouts is clunky and many exercise variations are missing. Logging is full of bugs and always shows errors with titles/number of reps/weights/rest times only after saving, and you can't go back and edit it. At some point the app went offline for maintenance with no notification, just kept giving me "connection" errors until I logged out. I would HIGHLY recommend keeping a separate workout log if you actually want to track your progress.
although English is my language in the app I cant get support there, because all the chats are in french. getting through the bot is also not so easy to do.
This app is unusable for workouts. After a few exercises the screen goes completely orange and doesn't work and you have to cancel your workout to get out of it. also it doesn't stay active in the background so if you want to change songs or watch something in YouTube is pauses then you have to go in and search or the exercise and start again. disappointed because it looks promising
Really unappealing AI trash in the app. Just reeks of being cheap, to me.
this app is l trash I'm living in France and it offers me gyms in the Netherlands. makes it really difficult to sign up
frequent login errors are quite frustrating
It's so annoying 😡😡😡...another ten day lockdown....They closed it for a month first time and then found out the new flooring wasn't good. The nearest other place is 11 km away!!!!!

it is dead app
absolute worst customer service, the only way to get help is through a wacky AI who only tells you about the new promotions and things to buy. I need my problem fixed! And when they redirect you they tell me I can't get a line because it's Saturday and it's only active 8h to 6h on weekdays. Then they ask me to write an email but by the time I'd get an answer I'm already away from the club. I left the club for 2 minutes and found myself having to wait 3 hours to get my stuff inside.
Horrible app. I've spent 2 hours trying to create a workout I can repeat. the buttons are behind my phone buttons so instead of clicking add exercise I close all my apps down. nearly done and the app just closes. does not auto save I added my first workout twice as I made an error and cant delete the first workout. I use skipping/ jump rope to warm up ut rhe exercise along with my band work is not on there and there is no option to add an exercise. if I could throw the app in the bin I would.
worst gym ever.its mid summer but in showera there is only HOT water...30° and u cannot shower after training cause of it..Filthy disgusting behaviour by the owners...I hope you get sued

Slower than the old one. Reserving gym time is tedious. Also buggy. Really buggy. Freezes middle of recording sessions
The gym is decent but the app really sucks. It crashes almost every exercise, it pauses Spotify for no reason and has a terrible UI.

I need your app only to access the club. Why on earth every time I launch it asks me questions about my health which I cannot skip without clicking through the end. I don't need all your bells and whistles! Have a little respect to your user and don't force the specific use case which might be not for everyone!

I am super disappointed by custome support. I took a one year contract (payments every 4 weeks and not each month as a marketing trick so you pay 13 times and not 12 times). I was forced to move back home for which I didn't use the service last 4 months. I continued to pay. I am at the moment unemployed so I kindly asked to prolong the payment deadline of the 13th payment for a couple of months. they continued to say they understand but did nothing and sent forcing emails I pay or charge more.
