please do not have a countdown on your app for the new and exciting flavor of the month if you're just going to repeat the previous months flavor. last months is terrible.

It would have been quicker for me to order at the counter. App is slow and took me a long time to order. When I went to pay all the spoons did was spin and spin. I was at the shop before it finally paid for my item.
I'm unable to use the app to order. I can view the flavor options but when I try to order, after I pick the location, there's no menu.
account authentication AI does not recognize my cell number as a valid US carrier number... guess they don't want the business 🤷

the app has froze! it says once I hit 'ok' about notifications then it'll send me somewhere else. I hit ok and it just froze. I've tried it twice

I think this is the absolute worse app ive ever tried to use. I cant even get it to go past the scoops, never goes to flavors and just loops around to first page trying to pick ice cream...come on Baskin Robbins,you can hire a better app developer than this, cant you?

Saturday, January 3, 2026, address: 6900 East Ridge Road, Odessa, TX. I placed an order for a milkshake, but when I arrived at the store, the cashier told me she couldn't fulfill the order because they were out of milk. Unbelievable but true, they didn't even bother to ask if I wanted a refund or a substitute. I had never tried this store before, and now I know why.
The keyboard just won't show up when I try to login. It's impossible for me to do anything, let alone log in.

This app sucks, after I ordered a dubai chocolate sundue from this app, I went to one of their stores, they said that item is discounted, and told I wanted my money back, but they refused because its store policy, I'm never using this app again.
Ordered a certain flavor ice cream, and when I got to the store, they told me they didn't have the flavor in stock. Why keep out of stock flavors on the app to order?
Easy to Browse, Impossible to Order The Baskin Robbins app is easy to navigate and works well for browsing flavors and customizing items. However, it completely fails at checkout. The app doesn’t show any date or time options for placing an order, making it impossible to complete. This happens despite having two nearby locations. While the stores have great variety, the app is unreliable and ends up being a frustrating waste of time.
I can't log back into my account because the password reset email never comes no matter what I try.
I use this app to scan almost daily. Each time I reach the 5 check-ins, theres NO REWARD. What is the point if I cannot redeem any points or coupons. May just delete if I cant redeem the occasional scoop or drink.

Can't login to the app on my Pixel 6a. When I try to put in the 5 digit security code that is texted to me, the app always goes back to the login screen before letting me type in the security code. Also, I see that 8 of the 10 most recent reviews are 1 star ratings. Ouch - I hope someone from BR is looking at this customer feedback.
This app is a complete waste of time
it does not have the Baskin Robbins in Puerto Rico locations and they don't provide them either in the non-us app, even though there are many locations throughout Puerto Rico which is a part of the US.

updated review: 6 months later and I tried to order ice cream using the app again and unavailable ice cream flavors are listed. It seems they are always out of many. original review: Unavailable ice cream flavors are listed. The app list flavors of ice cream that are not available. And then when you arrive at the store the people at the store have trouble even finding a similar flavor. In addition the people at the store don't know how to make many of the items that are listed in the app.

Had to get the app for the free birthday scoop. When I sign in it says it will call or text me a verification code. Neither one worked (never even got a code) and I could never fully log into the app because of it. I tried multiple times. I wish they would just keep the birthday scoop coupon with the emails like they used to do. Very disappointed.
Embarrassed. I walked in and ordered the "free birthday scoop" and the cashier tells me that it got declined and promoted a message saying to contact customer service. Then why send me that?? Smh
I have a brand new phone and this is the only app that does not work on it. I cannot add payment methods because the keyboard doesn't even show up. Everytime I try to add something to the cart, the app freezes and I have to reopen the app. When I try to checkout with my order, it says there's an error. Not even the website off the app works right.

Asked customer service about the clown cones. their response was to go to each store and check. that was after waiting 2 months (the entire summer 🏝️🌞) for a response. I now understand why Baskin Robbins isn't as popular as it used to be. No more of my money for you!

This app is absolute garbage. there is literally no point to it. i cannot order, nor does it even show options or menus for shakes or sundaes or anything else besides cakes and containers of ice cream.
only reason I started buy at Baskin Robbins recently was because of the rewards. however the last time I filled up "rewards" goal on visits, they transfered it to an "offer" not a "reward". emailed them asking where the "reward" was and they confirmed it was an "offer". some context: you can use up to 3 "rewards" per order. you can only use 1 "offer" per order and the offers are worse usually. I'll wait to use this app till it gets better again was good During summer months.
every time I close out of app, I need to get a phone call to log in with a code. even after 5 seconds of just using app. keep me signed in!! never used to do this before.
This app (and the website) are non-functional for orders. I have tried multiple times on both platforms. It either gets stuck on "loading" when trying to add to cart or "error" when calculating the total in the cart. When I am successful in adding to the cart, it doesn't retain the info for me to come back later to (attempt) to check out.
