This isn't the official app for Bath & Body Works. I hope it's not a data mining scheme or something. Anyway, I went through my emails and it took me to a different app to download--the real one. So don't do what I did initially and just type in the words into Google play hoping to get the right app, go through Bath&Body Work's official site, or via their official communications to get to the correct app.
I am not able to log in to my account and im not alone. please up date for all phone types... not just apple products.

This app sucks, I never seems to hold the security information and you have to constantly reset it. It won't even let you sign in with biometrics.
*5/3/26* APP CONTROLS BRIGHTNESS AND CANNOT TURN IT OFF. Very disturbing as there is no way to turn it off. 12/16/23 Still the worst. Cannot even change the store to shop. By now there should've been a fix! .ZERO STARS 1/23 Horrible glitches to much. Account locked after entering correct password. Even changed the password and still not working. Not worth the headache at all.

I used to love this app, but now you can't log in on it. Judging from previous comments, they're aware of the situation and simply don't give a damn! You can still log in on the URL though, so at least I haven't lost my coupons and points completely.

4/26 Still hate this app! I just updated it,and now it won't let me sign using my thumb that I've been using for a long time. So I try to sign in regularly, but it won't let me do that either. I just uninstalled and reinstalled, put I don't remember my password, but it says there's something wrong, and it can't send me an email! Please fire whoever is in charge of your app - that I have to have to use my coupons. You make enough money off of your customers to at least have an app that works!!!
Nice app, but so very frustrating. I have biometrics enabled, I am told to log back in, it won't even acknowledge that I am trying to use my fingerprint! I choose this instead of constantly changing my password but what is the point if I still have to use the password!? LET ME USE MY FINGERPRINT!!! UPDATE: as of today it gets worse. Now it won't let me log in. works fine through the web browser, but the app is total trash

App is garbage! Ive been shopping at B&B since they opened! Have had this app since it came out as well. Now, when I get on the app, it wants me to sign in. When I do, it gives an error message. So I said forgot the password, put in my email, and get another error message. I'm done! Fix this garbage app or lose a longtime customer.

The app defaults to a pickup location not even in my state. When I select the pickup location that I want, it immediately changes back to the previous one which is wrong.

where'd my account go!!!??? downloaded the update for the app then realized my account can't be found anymore? won't send reset emails and when I went to login to the new website IT'S NOT THERE EITHER?! I've had that account for sooooo many years and I had soooooo many points in there!
The WORST app. you can't even sign in to your account with the newest update. it crashes constantly, &when browsing the product you can only see one item at a time vs the old grid format where you'd see 4. the previous update was so bad it made me stop shopping here as much. wish companies realized having a bad app is a huge reason people don't shop online & even in store with them. I liked looking online before I'd go in store but now I don't even want to go in bc I can't even look on here 1st.
