Won't let me verify at all!! Keeps telling me connection issue. No issues at my end with connection. :) And I've turned on all permissions. Nothing. Won't connect to verify at all!

when linking with a laptop it tells me my account was removed from the app
you can't sign in with legit govt cards. It says that the card is not found, followed by a request to double check if your info is correctly entered. After this, you get the same error even though your card is in your hand, and nothing on it is wrong. You try again. It says you've tried to many times and will not let you attempt any more for some time. Waste of time and energy. useless. does not work, yet it tells you that it is you who does not "work" - it's awful
Shouldn't show an option to upload video for verification if it doesn't work for everyone. I uploaded the video and got an email saying verification is completed, I just need to open the app. When I opened the app it told me to transfer my account from another device! No idea where that came from. I called the customer service and their solution was to reinstall the app and choose the live video call option for verification instead of uploading the video.
no matter the network, yall think it's unsecured. fix your app update Update: its one year later and the app still doesn't work. every response to this review i get is not helpful when the underlining resolution is to fix your app.

does not work. it tried to force a device transfer after my account was reverified (same device), and got stuck in an infinite reverification loop.
useless for accessing health gateway. login failure 9 times out of 10. If we are forced to use this at least ensure it works first.

Blocking issue during registration. On my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, setup fails at the security step (PIN/biometric) with “Server Error (302)”. I tried reinstalling, clearing cache/data, force stop, and both Wi-Fi and mobile data - no success. Registration worked immediately on an older Google Pixel. Anecdotally, others I know using Samsung devices had the same issue, suggesting a possible device-specific problem. Developers should review server logs for error 302
Biggest waste of time and money. I need this app so infrequently that every time I do, I have to go through the whole song and dance again.

I've just spent the better part of an hour (AGAIN) trying to log in to this app. Can't even uninstall it and start again. I'm usually pretty good at downloading, installing, etc. Lots of other aps work just fine! This one tries to get me to log in the supply a password. I've no idea what it is anymore. Can I say "forgot password" or some help to get a new one? No! That would make too much sense. Give this one a hard pass, folks! What a colossal waste of time.

This app crashed my phone. As soon as I installed it my android (up to date) start acting weird and fell into a restarting loop. Seriously bad app.

Trying to set up this app on my phone and or my laptop. On my phone it will not accept my picture. It doesn't even install on my laptop. This is not working.

CRA: We are unable to continue with the BC Services Card sign in process at this time. so what's the point of this app? probably wasted millions of taxpayer money for this useles app.
who created this app? who created this process? It is not clear, not step by step, and certainly not easily accessible. The only persons who can access this site are the hackers. Utterly useless. Another waste of tax dollars.
As of today, randomly stops working with error messages. Frequently forgets your credentials - known bug I was told. The critical issue is the unnecessary requirement for video ID RE-authentication even after a previous verification, a problem easily fixed with passkeys. Frequently need to re-accept terms which is frustrating and annoying. The gaslighting for the reasons are outrageous. As you can see from the developer responses, they're unhelpful.

app never works, ever time when used on my android Phone fully up to date and cache plus other is cleared and still won't open as it's always stuck on loading screen.
This app is absolutely terrible. It keeps transferring you to different links over and over without signing into the verification. You can't even though I sign in through the app. You can't access anything you need. This is such a badly designed garbage app. Just keeps repeating the same steps over and over wasting huge amounts of time.

authentication is terrible
Can't get this to work. The app is supposedly downloaded on my phone. I want to use it on my desktop but the instructions are vague and just ended up telling me I've tried too many times. Piece of junk - what if I didn't have a mobile device anyway?

Very Un-user friendly, no search bar on the website. THE CHANGES MADE ARE NOT EASY TO NAVIGATE. I currently have a Security workers license and according to BC services, they say I do not.
can never log in with this app. Then I have to go though the hassle of getting verified again only for it to not work.
