WHY IS THE PRESCRIPTION AREA NOT WORKING? 🤨
The intent of the app seems great, but the implementation is flawed. The app will not allow me to connect to the pharmacy where I have had my prescriptions filled, and the functionality to scan prescriptions does not work at all for me. I get an error message telling me to call support, who seem incapable or unwilling to resolve the problem by connecting the pharmacy to my profile. It has been a disappointing experience, leading me to want to transfer my prescriptions to a competitor pharmacy.
Rexall app seems to be flawed. Frozen. Can't see my prescriptions, nothing. Wrong number of points.
Hopeless - I give up on this useless app. Won't register the card, hangs every time I try to log in because it tells me I'm registered even though it crashes every time I try to register. Uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted data, deleted cache... nothing. If it's this hard to set up, I imagine it's a disaster to use.
Essentially useless - passes to default browser for login and functionality, but crashes routinely, typically after first requiring clumsy 2FA authentication, seemingly at random (I would try to change the 2FA from email to something else, but I cannot do that, now that the app has decided it can't cooperate with Brave as the default browser, so I can't log in) ... not exactly a seamless experience when trying to pull up the app with people waiting in line behind me at the checkout.
Can't create an account and register card. some error occurs.
