This app is slow and useless and made as poorly as possible for the user. They are only successful because they have a monopoly in the cities they are in. Awful customer support as well.

These scooters are getting more unreliable
scammers. I rented a scooter that didnt work. when I tried to cancel it. they forced me to re-park to a new or be financially penalized. I had to push the non functional scooter to a new location. they refused to refund me or even respond to my issue

payed for a subscription 100,hrs for $19 but still get charged for next 3 rides "around $20 " WHATEVER now it says I owe $6, for another ride but it won't accept payment no matter what card i use

activate first ride but the bike not moving even press GO button. Have to stop and change another 1. Still the same issue. both ride with 5 mins & 10 mins (time using to fix the problem) charge me RM5 & RM9.80 for not able to ride. sound like scammer to me.
This app sucks. The GPS tracker sucks, and it can't detect even if we became one with the parking spot and then refused to stop our ride whilst our timer was still running (wasted 45 minutes handling this issue, only rode for 15). charged my card after contacting ai support, not even a real person, but the ride still kept running. finally a real agent came but it was an extra rm53 for literally nothing just bcs the timer was still running when we were trying to solve this issue.

bro....wth is this app? I spent my 30k on this app for a ride but suddenly they removed the beam from my area. worst scam ever....
reload and brought subscription for nothing. all bike can unlocked but won't move even after kick-start or going through slope after pressing the throttle to max. area is JB ciq 5km radius. tried all different serial number vehicle but facing same problem. all can unlock but cant function

the app continuously asks me to turn on WiFi scanning. WiFi scanning is not needed to rent a scooter, data is. the app also continues to ask to turn on Bluetooth, again not needed to rent a scooter. these things may increase the experience, but definitely not necessary, in fact WiFi scanning is just a ploy. I have not been refunded for the many trips which did not end properly and cost extra money. they literally dont refund you hoping that you'll never do anything about it. beam dont care.

Sangat tak memuaskan,saya berhenti sebab skuter tu tak nak jalan macam ada bende stuck nak tolak sampai ke parking spot pun tak boleh, saya bentikan masa tu sebb nanti masa berjalan duit pun habis, tapi dia ambik lagi duit saya, bila saya jelaskan respon jawap sama je, saya dah la student ingt nk cpt ii smpai murah malah kena bayar lagi banyak

make sure you have your passport number if you are a foreign national in Turkey when you first hire. I tried 3 different escooters in 3km area for my first use. Scanned QR code, app then told me it was setting up the scooter, but screen locked and nothing happened. waited 5 minutes. had to shut down the app and try again. repeated, tried a different scooter, repeated. 3rd scooter the same. gave up, walked, deleted app. waste of time.
Scooter malfunctioned midway ride, spent a lot of time reporting the issue and trying to troubleshoot but no avail. Requested a refund but CS was unresponsive after many attempts. Disappointed at the service
Terrible! Literally every scooter I come across is out of service and doesn't work and there are hardly any scooters around the city any more in convenient places.
The worst app ever made. i try this app download it. put some money on it. and try to use it on a bike. can't use it. and forget about it. and now a year later. i can't even withdraw my money. and the support a guy name "blake" can't even help. all he does is tell me to be patient. he tells me i can't withdraw my money because the period is over. what kind of app do that with your money. this app will make you lose your money don't ever touch this app or put money on it

susah koneksi ke shopee pay dan ovo, setelah berhasil baru jalan 5 menit mati padahal isi saldo 30k, mau scan lagi gk bisa bisa notifnya error... kacau nii Beam pengalaman pertama dan kecewa.

very bad. The code was read unsuccessfully 5 times. The brakes were on the bike, but before it could move, it had to be pushed and shaken. After braking, they were on again. problems with bank card recognition, the bike that was finally found was suddenly not available in the app. very pure service. bikes are old and shabby. talking about experience in Alanya area, Turkey
Its becoming more useless day by day. There used to be around 10 scooter around my area. Now id be lucky to even see 1, and thats not even guarantee that its working properly. App also not working properly, before scan scooter shows 20% but after its suddenly less than 3%, cant work. So useless.

NEVER TRUST ANY APP THAT SAY YOU NEED TO LINK YOUR CARDS TO THE APP FOR PAYMENT, DO BETTER LIKE anywheel THAT ALLOW USER TO PAY USING EWALLET OR BANKS my experience was i found a beam scooter, the beam was not parked properly, download the app to try it, ride it a bit, it got stuck and couldnt move so i just parked there, they charged parking fee rm50 to me, i contact their support, never got any answer, that was 13/3/2025, today is 5/4/2026. you suck beam, do better.

every thing is good but the problem is they charge 2.50 MYR extra for every trip saying that this fees is for unlocking the vehicle if they remove this then it is value for money ride

브레이크 파손으로 인해 중도반납하려는데, 반납 구역임에도 불구하고(타 킥보드 있었음) 반납이 되지 않아 상당한 시간 지연 이후 고객센터를 통해 강제 반납처리 했습니다. 그런데 환불 요청했더니 씹고 나가시는건 뭐죠? 고객센터 채팅 재요청했더니 그 뒤엔 채팅 다 씹는건 뭐죠?? 전체 환불은 고사하고 반납시스템 고장으로 인한 시간 지연 부분은 최소한 환불해주셔야하는거 아닌가요? 그리고 왜 한글 응대가 안되는걸까요? 고장나면 대처가 이러고 돈뜯어가기만 하는데 이러면 재이용이 어렵습니다. 이 리뷰 보신 다른 분들도 고려해보시길.
Extremely disappointed that I was stung with multiple auto-renewal charges on my credit card... app has deliberately obscured how to disable this feature. Strongly discourage anyone from signing up to his scooter mobility service.
It is cheaper and faster to Uber than to try and use one of these price gouging machines.
all I can say is if you cannot connect to the data and you lose the connection when you want to stop you cannot end it in the app which can result in up to three times the charges and I know they did not replace or refund this credit I've done the same journey which only cost me €2 but they charge me €7.70 my customer services I blame me for not disconnecting when I couldn't not connect to the app to disconnect
scooter can't use but still charged. and some more the phone lock is terrible, made my phone screen cracked.
expensive for something that doesn't work well. wanted to get from one part of city to another but kept stopping.
