who do i talk to about a refund? purchased 6000 coins to make a 15 second video. after 2 attempts, both of which completely ignoring the picture I posted to use and instead chose some random person. coins wasted. please get in touch with me about this.
cant even use the "Hum feature" like it was advertised, it's blocked by a pay wall

No chance to try the app without subscribing for a 3 days free trial with payment acceptance afterwards. This doesn't work for me. A good app should have a chance to be used freely

you have to pay upfront, don't think so. 3 day trial isn't enough and to pay 10 dollars up front isn't much of a free trial
it said that it was completely FREE to use in the ad, and since I was curious and wanted to create some music I downloaded it, and I got a subscription shoved right in my face, and when I skipped it and went to create a song I couldn't unless I bought the subscription>:(, waste of storage on my phone (DO NOT USE)
I wasted my time running out lyrics and they didn't even use them the first time I asked it to degenerate me a song I specified Rock instead they gave me some easy jazz music that doesn't resonate with my lyrics that they didn't use. the second time I tried to create a song they didn't use my lyrics again I in the rock and roll was so hard and loud did it hurt my ears. I would not want to listen to any of the four songs that generated for me. that's just my opinion. I've had better experience el
this sucks, i have to pay, even tho in play store its free, you just make me pay right after i download just to make a song. (i did NOT pay and i wouldnt even do it, greedy ahh devs)
Very bad app time west
can't get ahold of anyone after 2 emails. this app has charged my card 3 times this month of April when the subscription is every 30 days. it's a app that has a hacker attack website which steals your card info and all that. I have to dispute the charges with my bank cuz they don't want to reverse charges on my card or cancel my subscription they don't reply to messages.
every single time I make a video... the video generation fails. canceled.
thus app is useless it makes u have to sing or talk way to long and after u do there is nowere in the app to show u wat to do next u cant create anything coz the create squre dosent light up it has to be a FAKE site dont say site is free when it clearly isnt its fulse advertising (illegal) make tokens FREE

The music hum to song is a terrible app, I can't even make my own song without paying for a subscription. Why can't we have song generation credits? You get five per day. Once they're out, you can either wait or pay for more if you want to make more songs. It's disappointing to see more and more companies join the chorus of corporate greed where they prioritize money over user enjoyment. I challenge your team to replace the subscription with this song generation credit system.

I know a subscription is what you need to make money, but for people who don't want to spend REAL money, please make a version where there is no subscription and just some ads here and there. really disappointed not being able to use it
I signed up for a trial subscription and purchased an additional token pack that cost $18.89 CAD and they didn’t give me the tokens. ***Edit - I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get my tokens to show up.*** And Im not very impressed with the quality of the video it generated. it basically cost ~$5 for 10 seconds of video that wasn’t very good.
