Using a Pixel with some Beats Fit Pro. The buds are fine, however, the app really doesn't work well. Sometimes you end up with one ear working, other times you can't connect, Sometimes you have to start again and add the buds again. This is a case of really poor coding with apple really not caring about their customers. There is better out there for the price. This app has a 2.7 rating which says it all really. Disappointed.

The app freezes, stops responding, the phone heats up untill I force stop this app. I was able to connect the beats through bluetooth settings, but when I press "my beats" in the app, it either freezes or says "connect" again, as if I hadn't done it already. I don't think its the powerbeats that are a problem, because the app doesn't seem to work properly without connecting them either. It's just horribly optimized.
the beats I received don't work and I can't return them so im stuck with 2 pair of useless beats headphones
Horrendous and disgusting. Only after I downloaded the beats app, I started experiencing issues. Haven't used these in a few years and also lost one. Initially I charged it up and the lone earbud worked for hours. Downloaded the app and that was the beginning of the end. Im unable to download the latest firmware because by default both buds must be in the charging case. Plus since then the lone bud I do have only works for about minutes on a full charge. Ive had less hassle from cheaper earbuds.

The headphones are supposed to have a heart rate monitor - you are supposed to connect it as a separate device....which is fine except that when you try to connect it gives you invalid passcode or key. I've forgotten the device and tried repairing in every way I can think of. Yeah, doesn't work still.
playing out of one side of headphones here new out the box beats solo 4 .Yall need to ask the low budget headphones guys on how it's done i never have problem with cheap head phones .but yall want $250 and 300 bucks for these name brand garbage beats

0 stars, So many problems, where to start.... so it always starts off on transperancy mode and it tries to switch back to it even though I always switch it off. It will just switch back to transperacy mode in the middle of a song or video, multiple times evertime I use them. They always disconnect and have a hard time pairing to where I have to uninstall and restart the entire app and even the phone. It disconnects multiple times randomly, every time I use them...expensive headphones for NOTHING
Nice job, Apple. You have bought and ruined a good app. The beats themselves are excellent. I have the Solo³s and they work wonders! But the app in itself is terrible. The beats have alot of bass themselves but no EQ on your app, which if we wanted alot of bass, mids, or treble, we could do that if we had an EQ. Love the beats, hate the app. Find My Beats is a joke. My beats are at my school and it shows them in the woods. TERRIBLE!
unable to use beats Pill consistently. It doesn't cooperate with the instructions. ALL Day today, no music 🎵🎶!!!
very bad app, sometimes it recognises the device but most of the times does not responds, you just connect, you can see the location of your headset but that's it, if I go to "My Beats" it asks me to connect it again..
got the beat powerbeat pro 2 but app doesn't connect at all which cant use features to optimise the earbuds app is useless in that case and waste of my time should of got different buds if I knew this was the case
"find my beats" is where either one of the beats was last connected. If you lose exactly one of them then it is a non-functional software feature.
updates just say "pending".

TO ANYONE HAVING CONNECTION ISSUES: Make sure you add "BEATS" app to the IGNORE LIST for BATTERY OPTIMIZATIONS, as well as giving the app "LOCATION" permissions, followed by going to your LOCATION settings where somewhere you should see an option to enable "WiFi and Bluetooth scanning", then enable "ALWAYS ALLOW BLUETOOTH background scanning". Now hopefully after correcting these settings you might have a chance at connecting. APPLE SUCKS!! NEVER WANTS TO MAKE ANYTHING ANDROID COMPATIBLE!

the beats flex headphones are worthless now I know why at&t is almost giving them away. I can't get them to pair or hold a charge. Absoulty worthless

Always trys to have me reconnect when my beats are already connected to my phone and its the same beats I always use.
It was working fine at first, I liked the noise cancelling, transparency features. However, despite keeping these earphones in good condition, one of the earphones entirely cut out and doesn't work anymore, and there are several issues with the charging too and the connection to the earphones. I would have to power off my whole phone and then I could connect, and there's a loud ringing sound when I close the lid of the case when I close my earphones.
app and product are terrible. Awful compatibility. Noise cancellation and transparency do not always activate when selected. sometimes 1 headphone will cut out and delayed coming back on. twice took back to apple. beats fit pro are not a good product
Just found out this app is no longer supported on my device. Had these for years; what has changed so drastically that now my Beats are a reduced to a paperweight unless I get a new phone??
dude, the interface never works with my beats pro. it can tell me where they are but will still say for me to "connect" when they're already paired. worst experience with an app I've ever had.
App doesn't connect to beats fit pro. The earbuds connect to my Bluetooth but the app is incapable of recognizing the earbuds. I contacted apple support twice and their resolution is to contact the app developer, which is Apple. Makes no sense, definitely not purchasing beats products in the future.

Trash. The app won't recognize that my earbuds are connected to my phone, it keeps telling me to connect them. Already uninstalled app, restarted phone etc, no help. typical apple product junk.

I have been trying to do the update on my new beats fir pro for more than a week. I follow the instructions but it always fails because you have to close the case and that cuts the connection. This is a big issue I have an android device. my son also tried several time to get to update by using his iPhone that didn't work either. I was so excited to get these beats but now they're just a big disappointment. I have read that others are having the same issues. please fix this problem.
1 star for constant app notifications nagging me to update. I have old headphones, i do not need an updated app, i just need battery percentage. most updates make things worse or unusable, so no thank you. funny that people think this is the place to review problems with their headphones.

I've had my Beats Pro for less than a year and the left side keeps going out. The app itself is not working and I have to keep registering my beats to access the app. I'll never buy Beats again. I'm going back to JBL.
It works but if you have bose headphone then this app may disable it

I've had these working 😀 n my phones and now it's saying not compatible with my phone is it because it's not a iPhone , if so I guess I'll stop using beats all together I'll sell all my beats
