So this has to be one of the most useless apps I've had in a while. I've only ever used it to sync my beats to my phone. Haven't used it much beyond that, finally need it to locate my beats that I used 4 hours ago. what does it do? shows that my beats were last used... 24 hours ago in another city. I'm sure they're in my car but would have been a nice way to confirm it. Anyway, going to delete this useless app since the one use I would have had for it, it can't even do that much.

my beat solo 4 one side only working when i connected Bluetooth , my friend also have the same problem, this product is very poor

It is incredibly annoying. So much so that I may avoid buying any more Beats products in the future. (I am using an android device.)
would be a very great app but it always unconnects me from my beats. This had been happening for over 2 years now.

this app is sorely awful for Android. everything else i own works much better. Get the app in better shape for Android, beats. cant buy another product when it relies on the application that is buggy and awful no matter how good the product might be.

App won't connect unless case is open sometimes. Otherwise it'll say you need to connect device. Headphone work as intended but app is trash
I have been a fan of beats for a long time. but I've been waiting for the app to update. it doesnt have feature where I cna press play to locate my beats studio buds. I almost lost one of the earbuds because I coudlnt press the locate feature that emits a loud sound. Hopefully an update will happen soon.
buds are great, app is useless worked great first off now can't even pair with buds
as a human to a developer of this app, u have the most trouble coding, cuz it looks good but terrible action, also why the hell do I need this app to locate my lost earbuds, I didn't need app, I had built function with my beat pro earbuds, like locate earbuds options but now it's gone. Now it's not there and I have to use this dumb app. I wish you the hottest pillow and stub your big ugly toe, until then I won't take it back until this is updated or gone (cashgrab)#:( ( no sound to locate!!)
Never in all my life have I had headphones with firmware bugs. The beats shut off at 55% and say they're dead. Tried to update in the app but the screen is stuck on "pending." Ended up having to remove the beat app and headphones completely from my phone and set it all back up again just to update. After the update, headphones still die at 55%. The app is now stuck on "pending" again. Ridiculous.
This is one of the worst designed apps I've ever seen. Even after registering my ear buds to the app with the serial number and everything, the moment that I close my case it disconnects from the app and can only reconnect by following the steps for registering the ear buds again. This means that features such as "find my beats" don't actually exist, because in order for the app to even register that you already own a pair of ear buds you need to have the case nearby and open.
My Beats headphones inexplicably disconnected, and have been in pair mode for a week now. I've attempted every troubleshooting option

since the update its basically noting helpful,moat of the future's got lost it use to have equalizer and bass settings,now its just name changing app for nothing
app has the headphones stuck in a constant update cycle. no way to fix this nor is it even addressed.

5/9/26 still Ugh! less than 1 star! you'd think they'd get it right after 6 years but worse than ever power beats pro with Samsung Galaxy. I barely use the earbuds and have gone with bose because beats Can't update. Constantly problems even after troubleshooting with app list on my phone cleared cache, restarted phone, uninstalled & reinstalled app and still the same problems won't update. A total pain! 10/20 1st review...Have to keep reinstalling app.
App sucks. It doesn't connect to my NEW powerbeats pro 2. I can't do nothing with the app. also the device keeps disconnecting or shutting off on it's own when in use. I regret everything about purchasing these headphones.
Does not work well, at least on an android. I have 3 different pairs of beats and love them. The problem is that 99% of the time, the app opens to the connect screen, acting like I don't have any. When I go to the "My Beats" tab, it redirects to the connect page. When I go to "Find My Beats" it shows all 3 as disconnected while I am actively listening with one.
I just bought my first pair of beats. The Ear buds are fine and sound good. 100$ though not really sure if i should have paid that. But now the app, i downloaded it, opened it crash, took off some permissions got to a new screen then crashed. messed with it again got a screen further and crashed. Not impressed at all. I am using an android pixel though and not Apple so that's probably the issue. either way spend 100$ the app should work too.
It's a pretty useless app. Every single time I open it, it asks me to select which product I have and tries to make me connect to the phone. The phone says I'm already connected, but the app won't take me to the useful screen, only how-to-connect screen. So frustrating
this app is always crashing. "this app is not responding wait or close this app." this ise to be a pretty good app, over the last couple years it has become terrible.

I installed to stop the battery notifications every 1% it goes down that interferes with my screen use. Even after turning off all notifications on the app and in my phone, these beats studio buds STILL show the notification every time it goes down by 1%. Why isn't this fixed?
im have a malfunctioning pair that says its running on Apache. 2.0 from 2002 and my head phones are from 2024 or 2025
so its extremely frustrating trying to update these. the process takes forever, and doesnt even work most the time. why cant I just hit a 'check for updates button' in the app and it automatically does it. what's the use of the GPS function if it only work around wifi, and only its last connection spot? why am I only getting phone calls in one ear bud????
Using a Pixel with some Beats Fit Pro. The buds are fine, however, the app really doesn't work well. Sometimes you end up with one ear working, other times you can't connect, Sometimes you have to start again and add the buds again. This is a case of really poor coding with apple really not caring about their customers. There is better out there for the price. This app has a 2.7 rating which says it all really. Disappointed.
Having so many problems with the app for android. Kim K fit pro buds are discovered but won't connect on the beats app. Beats are in dire need of a firmware update!! so disappointed with app
Phone: Galaxy S24 Ultra; Headphones: Powerbeats Pro 2; Experience: Horrible. The app freezes, stops responding, the phone heats up untill I force stop this app. I was able to connect the beats through bluetooth settings, but when I press "my beats" in the app, it either freezes or says "connect" again, as if I hadn't done it already. I don't think its the powerbeats that are a problem, because the app doesn't seem to work properly without connecting them either. It's just horribly optimized.

does everything that you want but NEEDS to tell you the battery percentage every 2 and a half seconds and it gets annoying quick keeping the app all and all just wasn't worth it.
This app is pretty useless.
headphones are great. when the app decides to actually connect them and keep them connected instead of constantly saying it can't find any headphones
Connection issues one earbud charges while the other is dead. Tried resetting, the case, disconnecting from phone and reconnecting. Cleaning the metal connection pieces, still cannot fine my left earbud.
