impossible to reset password
App is buggy and inconsistent. Have to log in every time I open it and it doesn't save the info. When scrolling through search results, it will jump and rearrange everything while auto-scrolling further. Pages often do not load. Applying a higher value coupon than one that is already applied does not lower the discounted price. Have to navigate through the checkout process multiple times to ensure the discounted price carries through. Search is a joke and doesn't prioritize specific criteria.

ridiculous It tells you if you install the app you'll get 25% off your next purchase then it tells you if you sign up for emails you get 20% off a purchase and then when you put something in your cart it's on sale so it says does not qualify for coupon It shouldn't matter if it's on sale or not you should still get the 25% off That's why I went and ordered the exact same dresser from Wayfair cuz they let you use the coupon for signing up your email with them whether it's on sale or not
Bed Bath and beyond, beyond sucks. order numbers mixed up. Refunds given on item not received yet. Marble table, not marble. Customer service phone line plan on being on the phone for hrs. App never shows your orders or hardly works after you order. Don't order from here. I'm still waiting for 4,000.00 in refunds.
It refreshes so often you miss many items you could have purchased. It is frustrating and not worth the time.

I get an error trying to add something to the cart. This has been for days. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I'm frustrated because I need the app to use my coupon.
This app is awful! I get app only deals but I have to go outside the app to make purchases bc there's ALWAYS a processing issue. I have missed 25% off multiple large dollar purchases!
The app sucks. I can't login after creating and confirming the new account. My password is not the issue. I can't review my orders and receive "unkown" error message saying to try again. Don't waste your time with this useless app.
Browsing SUCKS. I'm just searching for a bathroom vanity. The app will refresh after a few scrolls, and it's NOT the filters I selected and everything I wanted to look at, is gone!!!

the app reverted my shipping address to the billing address during check out. i had to cancel the whole order.
they get you to download the app with the 20% discount but don't apply it at checkout saying it can't be combined with other sales

This app is pretty horrible. It won't let me stay logged in and it's the only way to get the 25% discount. I ended up having to check out as a guest in order to make it work. Will be deleting as soon as my product arrives.

the app was difficult...not straight forward.. seemed like it was challenging me! also I needed to correct/edit my address and it just would not take the change....I hope I get my order 🙃
p I keep trying to get information about my account but when I check it says I couldn't read my phone number I have had trouble trying to go to customer service to find out what day that my couch will arrive please have someone tell me
I ordered a two sofas unbeknownst to me. The first one is terrible. It is nothing at all like the picture. It is hard to sit on. The bottom part is supposed to be able to sleep on it. I wont even let my dog sleep on it. A nice, young man from Angi put it together for me. I will put it on my porch or donate it.

Does not provide shipment tracking. When reaching out to customer service, no order information is connected and you can't copy order info from the app either. For a company that took over a purely online service, Overstock, they have no idea what they're doing as an online shop. Oh, and the delivery dropped my apartment number on my address so I have no idea where my package is delivered to.

Package came Damaged. 2 dents in main bbq cylinder. No Instructions! from looking at parts 1 of the legs missing...package came in a rough condition very disapointed
