No free tier, or even a trial, from the app. Spent nearly ten minutes, couldn't figure out a way to even try the app. I'm definitely not paying for an app I haven't even tried, yet. Also, no group/family plan, AFAIK.

incredibly scummy pricing. forces you to make a decision in the first 30 minutes, before you can even try the app. total waste. use anki. lingq offers a free trial. this is a manipulative app.

this app is my worse nigtmare
Terrible app and even worse customer service. Each time I progress through a story it tells me that I have passed and that the next story is unlocked, but 90% of the time it is NOT unlocked. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Contacted customer service, but like all these apps, there seems to be no one actually working in customer service. No response. No help. I am a premium member and I want my money back. Save your money and stick with ANY other app but this one.

Does not worth it! poor audio quality and its a robot, not native speakers. you do not get refund if you cancel it.
The app suddenly cleared all my progress and is not allowing me continue lessons despite being on the Premium subscription. Also, I don't know if the Portuguese on the app is the European or Brazilian Portuguese. I'm interested in learning Brazilian, but there's no way to verify.

Bought a yearly subscription but refund was impossible to resolve. Google Play says contact developer, developer says contact Google Play. After months of emails there was no solution. Very disappointing support.
This app is not functional. I paid for a yearly plan on a discount for $19. I read through the first lesson but I could not access any more lessons. The issue is that one cannot go between lessons without completing the entire module. however, the system is not registering that I completed the module. so it is stuck. In addition, there is rampant use of AI & the generated is full of mistakes. I would be willing to retry this if stories were read by native speakers & vetted for accuracy.
The idea, the pedagogical structure, is modern, motivating, and well structured. The problem is that the app's technology cannot handle it. Nothing works! Give the technicians and linguists another year to develop the app, and they could potentially build a great learning tool. But in its present stage, Beelinguapp is nothing more than a project, a work in progress. My advice, leave it for now, come back in a year, and you might find an app capable of teaching.
how do I get a refund. this app is horrible. it has no structure to learn fundamentals. it just keeps reading where a bigger CAN NO keep up.

I bought the premium version, I have mailed Anja more than 4 times and never got a valid solution. I don't think that it's so difficult to fix a bug in more than 2 months. And it only gets worse and worse. I give up I lost my money, I uninstall the app. But this is just not right.

went to check it out, hit a pay wall that said lessons are for paying customers. sorry, not being scammed out of my money for such trash. there are many language apps out there that do a fantastic job and start with the idea you might need to learn the alphabet when it's basically dissimilar to your native language. THIS isn't it.
I keep getting an error that my learning path is not found. My only option is to reinstall the app, which erases my learning history. This is the third time this has happened. I reached out to support, but no one has responded.
There are lots of error for Russian learning. If I do not have any previous knowledge, I would have learnt wrong some words and formats. I have canceled my premium subscription.

Too expensive. I was REALLY excited about this app because this is the best way for me to learn Spanish, but they only let you preview a few things before making you pay $44 for a year, or $4 a month. I'm really disappointed. 😔

I just learned my previous issues might be internet related, so I withhold judgement until I have reliable connection again.
Great app, but at a certain level it gets stuck at a level and I can't move on. no help from support. I reinstalled app and it made me start from scratch again. second time it happened and I wont renew my subscription.
Avoid this app, there are better ones. Last week I tried 5 different language apps. This one completely put me off in the first 5 minutes. Because of the cheap subscription, I fell into the trap and bought it. The app feels unfinished, the UI on some pages is just bad, reminds me of my first app I built in 2010. The progression is unclear, I completed the first story to 100% and still cannot move on to the second one. The camera to story feature doesn't work. I cannot even get a refund. Avoid.

Looks like it has potential. Unfortunately they do not offer a proficiency test to match your current skill to their content. This leaves you casting about wondering what level you should be on. They don't offer a trial period so you won't have the opportunity to try it first. Looks like AI generated content which means that it may contain inaccurate expressions of the language that an actual speaker may sense to be incorrect.
