would not recommend, very poor customer support and service. I used Before pay a few times and made all repayments on time. before I cashed out the last time, I contacted customer support and advised that my work had changed the pay cycle and it does not line up with the repayments dates they automatically set. I asked them to change it to the right day to avoid any discrepancies. they did nothing and charged me late fees none the less. would not refund late fees.
Was using this app perfectly fine. then one day im kicked off, biometrics wont sign me back in. I go to sign in via log in online and its making me redo everything all over again. so fine I redo things and then it says there's a error and I need to restart the application. ridiculous as I have a fulltime job in transport (not like thats going to come to a grinding halt anything soon the idiots) stupid app, stupid site.... wont be using again

Not good, I didn't really want the app but thought I'd try it out 2nd time. You repay on time in full they lower 150 to 50? why? it's not the algorithm. I just walked away withdrew agreement via bank simple. loads of places that'll do 50 no questions. Loans are easier as well. my pay now is amazing wagetap and wagepay. there's also new one called presspay...They do 50 start off. wallet wizzard 48 weekly for 2000 line credit. thanks all same but before pay not consistent to rely apon..
Was a great app I used plenty of times, but now they have issues connecting to your bank and after repeated conversations with them, nothing's changed so dont waste your time.
Won't let me get into the app for about 3 weeks now. Absolutely useless. Choose another service this one sucks.
ever since the new update, the app doesn't even open anymore. My phone is updated, app is updated, still nothing works. Pretty disappointing

Now I cant even access the app as it is stuck on login screen.
App just stopped working. it does some stupid thing where it takes you out of the app to log in. absolutely brain-dead programming as any internet issues cause it to fail when normally it would work if it just logged in while in app.
was a loyal customer for a long time, payments were always on time maybe a hiccup here and there, now can only borrow $50. dissatisfied greatly.

you guys promotion 5k loan but if anyone apply that loan you guys never approve and keep saying according to your account we can't approved loan even opposite party earning fortnightly more than you guys offering. So please have some sense and knowledge before you guys make any decisions.
its a good app when it works. its been down for 3 days now and customer service has no idea. I wouldnt recommend it. I was a valued customer. I wont use service again
Don't use this garbage. Zero stars. .Wagetap .Wagepay .MyPayNow All superior alternatives with better offers. Neither the app nor the website worked Absolutely worthless. After a lot of back and forth the issues were solved. However I put off borrowing for a few days. My limit went from 700 to 300. Complete waste of my time. I will be closing my account.

joke of an app - wont sync any banking details yet says i cant delete my account because of unresolved loan - i cant even connect my account let alone get a loan through this trash
it says it doesn't do a credit check but it does and in Australia it doesn't do pay advances on Centrelink pensioners

App was good but DIDNT TAKE MONEY THAT WAS IN MY ACCOUNT AND HAD TO PAY MANUALLY & BECAUSE OF THAT HAS NOW AFFECTED MY CREDIT RATING EVEN AFTER CONTACTING SUPPORT WITH NO REPLY tried app again today and instant rejection which is absolutely deplorable as it was there apps fault when couldn't even log in 🫠

doesn't have bankwest so ive been in a viscous circle of pain code after code then finally looks like im in after an hr and pow, still cant really log in due to bank thing i think wont load or continue once i put my bsb etc even though commbank owns my bank. 🤔

Extremely poor customer service. They have a ph # listed here, however they refuse to call when a customer requests it. Also a staff member sent me a message which she admitted was for someone else. Very alarming indeed. My complaint was not escalated even though I requested it.
so repaying your account early drops your limit to $50 instantly. what a joke! My spending hasn't changed my income amount frequency hasn't changed. nothing has changed. but yet they drop it to $50 for no reason
Everything ive tried to log in or create account it restarts the email code procedure leaving me in a never ending loop of disaster. Poor effort for a lending company. If I could give zero stars I would

the app has just like stopped working, it signed me out a few weeks ago and refuses to let me sign back in instead being stuck in an infinite loading screen.
You cannot depend on this app. Counts my work salary as centrelink income. all kinds of bugs and glitches. support just read a script. very annoyed
Have been a customer for years, haven't missed a payment, my income increased, paid out my last contract early and they reduced my limit. When I contacted them I was told by "Kimmy" that the system does it automatically and they can't tell me why, but my recorded history with them doesn't matter. I asked her to reset it and was told that they can't do that. Don't work with a company that disrespects their clients like this. Mypaynow, Klarna and PayPal are all better options.

*ATTENTION BEFOREPAY* can't u see a trend with everyone's limits being decreased just for repaying early? how beforepay hasn't shut amazes me coz you offer nothing to anyone anymore my limit went from $2000 to $50 for repaying early and coz I dont have a regular weekly income from 1 source but multiple incomes of differing amounts of income daily. does the moron that did the updates still have a job here? how do uz make money with no customers? just shut up shop already your app is useless af!!
app doesn't open after latest update, forced to log in again, then taken to bank sync, which bugs out when clicking connect securely stating only one CDR connection, cant continue, can only close or click back... be a good idea to do some decent testing before releasing
I was 1 day late with a payment and I haven't been approved since despite notifying them my pay would be a day late.

at first, I connect everything since it safe, even tho I can't borrow anything from the app, bcs it's always said refresh your app etc! therefore, back and forth to their customer service, it has no resolution. and he next couple days, there's an amount spending from my account $26 and without my approve to buy some cookies in United States. and I live in Aussie, funfact I only shared my bank data with this app :)
missed one payment, paid two payments EARLY, my cash out amount dropped by $750. SERIOUSLY??!! I PAYED TWO PAYMENTS 3 WEEKS EARLY AND IT COUNTS FOR NOTHING??!! Would give ZERO stars if I could. that's is MASSIVELY unfair. No loyalty to a long standing customer that has been perfect except for one mistake for YEARS. no Taking into account early repayments. Nah one mistake and it's back to square one

Used it once and uninstaller as soon as I paid off my Before Pay. Was never ever able to access my profile or pay out area in the app to manually pay it off and my partner had the same problem at the same time. it wasn't "just an app problem" I truly believe it is a purposeful error so you can't go into your profile or pay out area, WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.
hasn't worked in like 3 months so I havent been able to repay.
The one time I needed to delay my repayment & now after an upgrade the app won't even open. Very disappointed with this cos I'm a big fan of this app too.
completed a loan, emailed confirmation to say its completed. emailed staff to confirm all completed.. 11 days later they take another $350 from my account for a loan that's completely paid off already. getting to the bottom of things by email isn't much help. will be filing a complaint with AFCA.
