They never deliver and delay with the order until customer contact the customer care and cancel the order. refund of 100rs goes to their own wallet which is of no use

Very bad experience in my first ever order of Behrouz Biryani chain, cancelled by Gorakhpur owner of behrouz outlet without any issue, at about 21:40 hrs for the 10 PM to 11 PM slot. Now we will have to prepare food at late night hours for our family...so shame on you dear team Behrouz...... offered to return my own money as a good gesture....😔😔 ...that also with in 7 to 10 days... thanks for your good gesture 😡😡

मैंने अपना पहला आर्डर प्लेस किया आर्डर प्लेस करने के बाद उन्होंने बोला कि हमारे पास बोन वाले पीस नहीं है आप उसको कैंसिल कर दीजिए फिर मैंने जो ऐप पर जाकर कैंसिल करने का प्रयास किया तो फिर उन्होंने मुझे बोला कि कैंसिल पर रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा यदि आप कैंसिल करते हैं तो फिर मैंने कहा कि कैंसल मत कीजिए आप मुझे मेरी बिरयानी दे दीजिए लेकिन उन्होंने खुद ही कैंसिल कर दिया और मेरे पैसे भी रिफंड नहीं दिए ये मेरा पहला आर्डर था behrouz बिरयानी app par jo ki ekdam bura raha

Behrouz Biryani has the worst delivery management. The delivery times shown on the app are completely fake. It never arrives on time, and tracking is useless. To make it worse, customer support is entirely automated. The AI assistant does not understand basic queries and is completely useless. You cannot reach a real person to solve your problem. Great food means nothing if it always arrives cold and late. Avoid ordering when you are hungry.

The biryani was extremely bad. There were excessive spices in it, and it felt like they were used to hide the smell of stale and old food. It was completely tasteless, and after eating it, I even started feeling a burning sensation in my stomach.

When I placed my first order, it was a buy one get one free offer..but at the time of checkout , a coupon for first time user was visible with an option to apply. So I applied it as everyone else would have done. When I received my order , I did not get anything free as I would have got as per buy one get one free. When I contacted customer care , they said that only one offer can be applied at a time. But then why did you not mention this terms of applicability at the time of checkout???

late delivery and no resolution
My first exp. with Behrouz Biryani got really bad. I placed an order through this app at 9 PM. Delivery got delayed, and I received the call at 10:15 PM by the rider that food got spoiled, and can't be delivered. The restaurant asked the rider to request us to cancel the order, which I denied. After contacting the support on chat, I requested a refund. Got a call from the representative that they are cancelling the order since we are not available to receive it. That pissed me off. Uninstalled.
no taste, paneer quality is very poor
worst app. delivery always delayed. never can recieve hot. even cold drinks get hot.deliveries are always clubbed and when complained they directly don't resolve. instead give lame excuses and ask to use other app for escalation.

Very disappointing experience with Behrouz Biryani. Ordered biryani worth around ₹750 on a Buy 1 Get 1 offer, but received very small portions with poor quality. The rice was half-boiled and cold, and the chicken tikka had only 4 tiny pieces. In the name of offers, quantity and quality are being reduced and customers are being misled. Completely not worth the money.
