worst biryani, galouti kabab will make you vomit. biryani is made only with khada masala. you should leave food business. dogs will also refuse to eat your food. Apart from your cardboard packing, every thing packed inside is not even fit for human consumption rajesh shetty Do you know the reason why galaoti kabab was introduced. dispite writing instructions the food was very spicy and late too. then for registering complaint a bot is there giving some options and last says thank you we will serve you better next time
worst app ever. chat bot is fake it will just looping around with same questions. you have to schedule your order unless zomato or swiggy which gives you order in 35 min max. this app lets you schedule the order, i ordered at 8: 5, selected 9 30, its been more than 2 hours and my order still not arrived. its been 10 45 now . I issued several complaints regrading this late delivery and high prices. deleting the account and app forever. i wanted to rate 0, but theres no option for that. 🙂
We have ordered biryani, but what we have ordered and received a totally different. I think u are befooling customers... customer satisfaction needs to be take on consideration....

I ordered from them alot ....but from last two orders they are sending wrong orders and today they sent the order with no chicken pieces just the rice and they send the delivery guys with the instructions that we need to give them five star rating first and then have our meals thats just so unfair and yet we do so because the delivery guys get scold but what the hell that makes it ....pathetic experience so disappointed

I placed an order and completed the payment online, but the order was cancelled by you after 20 minutes without any valid reason. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. If you people cannot fulfill orders, you should not accept them in the first place. Very disappointing experience.

very poor..I gave order for biryani at 01.48 pm. delivery time was 02.30 pm . it got delayed first time by 14 minutes. then they said will be delivered by 3.00 pm. Again not delivered then at 3.12 pm I had to cancel order. I could not eat and went hungry courtesy behroz
They sent a box of biryani half filled and when I complained they refused to address it. They checked with the team who confirmed no mistake was made. Wow, if the team knew they had made a mistake would they have not corrected it before sending? And who's to say the rider didn't open it?
The app accepts order even when kitchen is closed. This was told by customer care when order gets cancelled 40 minutes after accepting. you are waiting for delivery and you receive order cancelled notification. no reason with it. one must order and then pray for delivery

Yesterday I ordered Biryani, haleem and naan but the quality is not good just like poor street side Biryani and totally over priced .....the delivery boy who came to me insisting me to rate the food before he leaves and on his request I gave 5 star rating but it should be 3rd class rating ... total disappointment. my family members are also disappointed .
