Can't shop pn line anymore Can't get passed the lady and man and if I do it goes to next page and that's as far as it will go.

a pretty important aspect of online shopping is being able to add things to your cart to buy. this app has decided that isn't important I guess. its on me that I didnt realize it wasnt actually adding anything for the 30+minutes I was scrolling and adding to cart not something you usually have to check because other apps just work how they should. A "recently viewed" section sure would be appreciated in that case which this app also doesn't have. in store always sucks. app sucks. 🍅

worst experience ever. I only downloaded this app so I could see the price of items in the store, prices are not marked in the store so you have to scan them with the app to get the price. now I'm constantly getting emails from belk and it seems the only way to unsubscribe is to CALL customer service. thanks for making this whole Belk experience overly awful. I will never buy anything from Belk again.
i order something they 16th but for $40 k they will ship it over night.. i paid for it and my package still comes monday.. i want my refund

Trying to buy a purse but most of them don't even tell you the length and width! Am I supposed to take a wild guess how big it is based on a photo of a purse that's not even on a model?? Or call Belk and ask them for the dimensions of 10 different purses? No one has time for that! I'll but it somewhere else
Doesn't work! Mine quit working a few years ago and what I had in my cart at the time is still in my cart, unable to remove or add anything to the cart so therefore unable to buy from Belk.
slow/freezes, needs frequent uninstall/reinstall
I add items to cart and then there is nothing in the cart. when going to purchase history or past orders nothing shows up. I have signed in and out, deleted and downloaded again. just not good. You can build a better app with AI help in about 20 mins.
If you have an item there sold out in your cart good luck trying to remove it. I've been fighting with this app for months trying to get the items removed so I can place my order but nothing works. I've updated it, uninstalled the app four times and nothing works. I don't even shop online anymore. there's no point because I can't place my order.
This app constantly freezes! I have uninstalled & reinstalled it a few times but mostly it stays frozen on a photo with the Belk logo. I would have shopped there more at Christmas if I could access it but this is what happens every time. So I tried again today, same thing. I may even skip shopping in the store since I will miss coupons & rewards specific to the APP. Totally useless!
They will fill up your inbox with unwanted emails even after changing setting to no emails. Customer service technical support even tried to stop them with no luck. I average 3 to 6 emails per day from them.

there are fraudulent phone numbers on my profile to be sent codes and the edit is not allowing me to add the correct phone number to send a code and is not giving me a option to delete the incorrect information. and the app has not worked right for over a month
Had the app and loved using it but, sometime late 2025, the app disappeared from our phones. When we tried to update, a message say our phones are not comparable for the update. What do we do now?
12 emails in 5 hours from signing up!!! I signed up because of the discount and they bombarded me with coupons...none of them worked. none of them applied to my cart. i just basically signed up for spam by this counterfeit Macys. waste of time. App windows are hard to use too.
Will not let me add anything to my bag to checkout. Edit 1/8/26 STILL cannot add anything to my bag so therefore what's the point of the app? I guess no one cares how many sales their losing enough to fix it esp since there have no updates attempt at fixing it. Just taking up space so I'm uninstalling it's useless. Do better care a little

Tried to update before and the same responce, this app will update in a while?????? That was a week ago!
I have tried and tried to open this app after downloading it. All it does is freeze on a photo of a man and woman. It doesn't do anything else. I have uninstalled it, followed by reinstalling multiple times on the same day, and different days, several months out.
