when I sign it I'm told to download the app when I'm already in the app on Samsung device. brutal....

Nonstop surveillance of your customers. The app asks for your physical location before every single viewing, treating customers like criminals to be monitored. Customers are paying $100+ per month for these services and this is how you treat them. All you have to do is let your paying customers use the service that they're paying for. That's it, it's very simple.

Picture pulses and flickers like a dying lightbulb when using the app on Chromecast HD. I thought my TV/Projector was broken. It's the app!

using the app when you listen to a recorded program and then you go and look at a live TV channel. it keeps the recorded program playing. you have to get out of the recorded program and then go back into the live TV channel to watch it the program does not clear the cache. very aggravating this is on a Google TV device
can't log into account
Poor service quality, lot of bugs and when adding on-demand channels , you don't get them right away.
not stable at all and does not work with my chromebook plus asus when using pre recorded show. Does work only with my old plain chromebook. you are allowes of running (5) units at the time an when removingan app on a unit it keeps remembering it was on it....very frustrating

It sucks. I don't care about what I do not have on my subscription but I have to scroll endlessly to find what I do have. It does not let me filter the shot out. As far as the Bell service goes, it is far too costly and navigating is time consuming. Rogers, which is unfortunately not available in our area, is a far better service that costs less and shows me only what I can access with my subscription. As soon as Rogers gets here, goodbye Bell!
What has happened to this App?! Now I can't watch standard channels like CBC, and US channels like ABC? And access my cable boxes recordings?! Turned into garbage.

This app keeps getting worse. And I don't mean glitches, I mean they keep removing features and restricting access. My wife is at a friend's house at a party tonight. She wanted to check in on the hockey game. She now gets a message telling her she needs to be at home on the wifi to be able to stream content. What is the point of having the app AT ALL, if I can't stream content when Im not home? This may be a shock to you guys, but when I'm home, ill watch content on the TV, not my cell phone.

the app restricts the channels I have access to vs the receiver. the app requires my location and won't work outside the country.
I don't know what the developers did, but this app is absolutely terrible. It constantly resets my chosen settings, it frequently logs me out, and as of late I can no longer use it while I have Bluetooth headphones connected to my Android TV. audio must be sent out my surround sound at all times. please fix this

With every update, I can hear Bell shouting "NOW WITH MORE ADS AND CRAPPIER PERFORMANCE!"
Everytime, and I do mean everytime I minimize the app to get the "picture in picture" small window so I can watch while doing other things on my phone (like sending a text), something bad happens (cannot maximize window back / cannot see the window but I do hear the sound / crashes my phone). always need to close down the app and restart it. this problem does not appear with other apps that does the same picture in picture (Youtube, Twitch)
just got a brand new TCL q7 with Google TV and the app is awful with it, guide doesn't load, picture is lagging and jumpy, it's unwatchable. it's almost dizzying. I'm now having to use a fire stick and it works seamlessly, but I shouldn't have to. i have no issues with Netflix or anything app on the tv. is Bell planning on addressing this, seems to be an issue.
This app was supposed to be convenient and mobile but it does not work at all anywhere other than home. also it is very slow and cuts out every couple of hours in the middle shows/movies. Why charge people for a service that doesn't work properly.

I have to say......it's shamefull that you don't allow screenshots!! I was trying to take a picture of Canada cheering for our soccer team... but you've bowed down to the globalist woke cabal, in the name of "online safety" ridiculous!! So we can't take screenshots. Are you scared of something?? Where does the errosion of freedom of speech end!! I'm ready to cancel your service!

While watching on my phone, when my home wifi gets a bit congested it disconnects and starts using mobile data - coincidence, or a plot that Bell can double dip and make $ off the 5G data use?
on 2 occasions I've had to msg as episodes from Chicago Med, fire, 911 and 911 Nashville have not been added to demand even though they aired 3 or more days prior. still waiting for 911 and Nashville to be put on demand since they aired a week ago
bell are constantly making channels unavailable on the fibe app. my local cbc has even been taken away. These channels are only available through the home receiver.
this latest update sucks. I have to go into each show to see the episodes that were recorded. there used to be sliding section at the top of the recent recordings, but now that's gone.
App is very slow. Programming very poor. No good programming to watch. Don't get locked in to 2 year term!
