annoying long process to get started
no new functionality in years
you could do like a 5 minute training per day and you have a daily limit unless you pay like 72 dollars a month
never download!!! It only lets you do one exercise a day!!! What a scam!!!
*SCAM* !! - paid for the yearly subscription and lost access. The app signed me out of my account, I'm trying to reset password and it keeps saying my email is not linked to any account ! I've tried getting in touch with support and they never replied, not even a service ticket was opened. tried everything to get access back and haven't been able to get my account back even tho I recently paid for the yearly subscription.
One routine a day for free...
It requires a monthly fee...that is not free! They snag you with 10 minutes of questions, then get your plan. Only then do you find it's x$ yearly and twice that if you want monthly rates. Pooh on you!
Stop asking me to review before I even use the app
they ask you what your problem areas are and different health and conditions you have but dont actually do anything to cator to them in the routines. they have a "recommended" but it still suggests things that you probably cannot do. im 7months pregnant, and i chose pregnancy as one of the health and conditions and it still recommended that i do stretches that i absolutely cannot do with a big round belly.
I regret buying it. There's no animation, no video, just a single stable, static image of the movement, that's all. It doesn't explain how it's done, it doesn't show anything. I could have found a more helpful guide on Wikipedia. It's impossible to call this an app.
The app forces a huge data collection profile on you before you even get a chance to try the app - so even if you delete the app after trying it, they've already collected all kinds of health history, age, gender, life goals, etc. they need to sell your enriched profile to advertisers.
spoiled by cartoon pictures which means you can't see what you're meant to do. glad I didn't buy a membership
stll figuring it out
