instead of letting you answer questions at will and when you want. the app forces you to answer the questionnaire upon opening the app for the first time..... then once you are finished answering the questionnaire you were forced to do it asks you to rate the app. is there anything good about the app? no idea because the only thing I got to experience before exploring the app and seeing what it has to offer was a forced questionaire and then a "rate the app" pop-up immediately after.
Locked out of account and unable to reset password. No response from customer service.

why do you ask to review the app and I haven't even fully installed it yet
I got the app thinking that it would help me be more flexible and fix back back issues. instead, it caused me back pain that took many expensive physio sessions and almost a month to recover from. and I am experienced with yoga, exercise and stretches. I don't have the same issue with the other programs I use. the app does not provide safe warm up, clear instruction and user experience focused transition. during the exercise, it feels rushed and awkward, I would give 0 if I could

15 questions before I am able to see what the app has to offer. I think I'll just try another one
Haven't used the app, so I can't comment on it's value for money (although it looks like the free trial only gets you access to a 5min warm up from what others have posted), but I was simply put off from even using it because of the scummy marketing you get hit with right from the gate, makes you do a stupid survey that makes it seem as if the stretches will be personalised just to waste your time and then immediately hits you with prompts to rate the app and subscribe before even trying it. 👎
Predatory "one time" discount that ends if/when you close the popup. Actually was considering paying for the app until this disgusting FOMO method was used. Uninstalled.
They ask milion questions before they ask for money. They should offer the pricing first.
you can't do more stretch than 1 in a day and you have to get the premium and it's not fair I have a offer for they, do the limit to 2 stretch a day for who haven money for pay 😭 thank you 🙏
why do I need a referral code to get in? stupid
Open the app for the first time and they're shilling a "lifetime offer" for the paid version. If you close it, it's gone! You've not tried the app yet, but don't miss this opportunity! What does lifetime mean? Guaranteed price or one-time purchase? Totally unclear. Then constant annoyances and limits to push you to pay. If they want to give users a chance to try it, then do that. But don't get it mixed up with trying to force users to pay before trying. Uninstalling it.
