The app usability is not good. Unable to download a statement off the list of statements shown, it just says unable to find". Checking a payment date means having to open a tab in the main page and then scroll down deep in that tab and search for it amongst a lot of other details. Basic stuff. payment due date should be clear and visible in the front page. Needs to be better.

Hasn't worked for several months won't even accept my customer id. Website works fine so it's the app that's the problem. Awful customer service won't help.
Have used this app for many years without a problem. But now their security is over the top disastrous and a nightmare. After having my account locked on 5 occasions within 5 weeks because they thought there was an issue was a nightmare. To phone their call centre to get it sorted is another nightmare. I was on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes each time before talking to someone who does not give a damn. If they suspect an issue then call me or text me first before blocking access.
Useless as it will not accept password
on my Chromebook the app opens fine but when I try to press the numbers to put in my pin nothing works so I don't know why it does that but it just wont work so I have to use internet banking which is really annoying since I have to do all these things just to access my money.. please fix this issue

Waste of time as I was trying to set Internet banking on my desk top computer, my phone is already set up and already have the app on my phone, the issue is my phone is not working and you sent me a message to say yes this is me so I can open it, that is not going to work, this needs to be revised and a different set up for desk tops, where it comes to my computer not messages to my phone that is not working. I went to the instructions by what you stated as Desk Top set up not mobile
Cannot access area to change my 4 digital code
trying to make payment with new card, keeps going around in circles, putting credit card details 5 times still comes up blank.
locks me out at the pharmacy the supermarket yet let's scammers fleece money at will and another 20$ gone to a London scammer while locked out of my accounts by this bank after 4 calls this uncaring self satisfied bank finally let me open my accounts. after 5 hours waiting on the phone for this uncaring bank to find a few seconds to allow access that they denied me I want the 20$ you allowed a scammer take from my account and the very first time you overdrew the account to pay the scammer.

Have been a customer for over 45 years with Bendigo Bank, decided 18 months ago to change banks the lack of care, staffing and general couldn't careless was disgusting after 3 home loans and numerous car loans never missing a payment and paying them out was treated absolutely disgracefully when l applied for my last loan, told on many occasions "at your age" and "youre single" time to leave on and never looked back
worst bank ever either closed for maintenance or bank is shut when I go there at lunch time for 2 hours,what buis eds does that it's a joke and machine in wall is out of action worst bank ever

This app is garbage, all week I haven't been able to log in properly, it just comes up with an unexpected error message and when I can finally log in the app crashes.
I cant contact bendigo bank after hours and by the time it reaches 4.30 in Perth everyone in Sydney has gone home which means in Perth we have to wait to do business tomorrow, now its after hours I canot get to change my password so I can get into my account.
Internet banking down the day before Xmas....good job 👎🏻.....more to add 3 months after Xmas......my card has expired and now I can't purchase anything online.....waiting on new card!!! why wouldn't you send the card out early so this doesn't happen....have no clue when new card is coming. Bad business 😔
app will not download bank statements.
telling me reviews are public and include my account and device information is a bit of a cheeky way to try and prevent bad reviews. honestly, it's just another bank with fees and stuff, the app is a bit meh, so 2 stars seems about right.
I was happy with this app until it randomly came up with an error message two days ago and closed the app. When I reopened the app, it had logged me out, wouldn't accept any of my details, and even after ringing customer service to reset my password, I am still unable to log in because I get to the point of entering the security code they send and the app crashes again. Uninstall and reinstall has not fixed it either. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
don't try to call them you will be on the phone for hours
This app does not work on the Samsung 24U Like others, even though the same version number is installed on multiple devices, the login screen for the 24U is completely different compared to other devices. You cannot type more than 8 characters into the password field and it gives you an 'unknown error' when you try to log in. Bendigo's customer service has no idea how to fix this, outside of 'delete and reinstall', which does not work. They also claim that this issue has not been raised yet.
