I went in to pick up a New Meta Quest 3S because they couldn't fix it & we had bought a two year warranty on it. When we decided to return it instead they told us that we would have to buy something else instead because the extended warranty wouldn't be transferable & they can't return the extended warranty. So we picked out a TV instead & they told me that the warranty wasn't transferable & we would have to pay EXTRA for the NEW warranty on this New item we are getting!!! CHEATED AGAIN!!!!

never using best buy again there customer service is worse than temu
The Best Buy app won't let me access the product page if I use Duck Duck Go app tracking protection who blocked over 3000 attempts from this Best Buy app to send my personal info to 5 different companies! This is 100% unacceptable and highly abusive.
Worst experience I've ever had ordering a ps5 controller online. I will never buy another item online from Best Buy. They use the worst delivery service also in my area with a 1.8 star rating out of 5.
i can never use this app. no matter how many times i clear cache clear data uninstall reinstall, stuff doesn't load, or its so painfully slow and glitchy i just abort the whole damn mission. i have an s23 ultra 512gb that's probably half full and that i always keep up to date. there's no reason for this. im finally uninstalling after years of trying on and off. useless.
if possible I would give 0 stars. I wanted to talk to an employee about a problem with my order, the chat bot could not assist and also refused to put me through to an employee. this after best buy used a shipping service that was unable to ship my package to my address and then didn't even contact me to let me know the delivery had failed. edit: I DID try and chat with an employee. the app and it's chatbot themselves were preventing me from doing so.
just shop on Amazon. the customer service here is terrible and it takes forever to get your items.
Exceptionally Terrible. Best Buy (BBY) is reportedly undervalued due to the potential of its Marketplace. it's marketplace however is a nightmare. If anything goes wrong, BestBuy just looks the other way and says "give the seller 3 days to respond". Edit: best buy support staff advised after weeks of stalling that my refund was processed. never received it and now they are again not responding to escalations on the order page. No accountability and no follow-through. Shoppers beware!
Very very very buggy, keeps kicking me out of my account. when kicked out of my account and logging back in it says no account available, then using the same login and password after trying again it allows me to login no issues 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Awful. Error 0025 at checkout, figured it out but now too many PayPal pending transactions to make another payment because best buys not clear error system. Thanks for this mess, I'm glad Amazon makes it easy to do business.
it has good load times and is good to find products quickly... but it adds items to your cart and no matter how many times I take it out it goes back in. I tried signing out and in, uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. This should be illegal
