When I sort from highest priced to lowest, why does the search result look like $8000, $7500, $250, $7200, $399.99, $6800...‽ *This IS related to the app, stupid.

When I try to login my account, it says open an account. When I try to open an account it says this email already have registered. And when I try in another way through forget password, they don’t send any code. I tried with two of my email, tried incognito, cleared data, cashe, history, tried with network settings, location settings 😏 Don’t leave a common reply. If you can, give me my login credentials & access to login otherwise I am heading to amazon 😡😡 Amazing experience ❤️❤️❤️

Slowest site/app I've ever been to.
This has got to be THE WORST app to make purchases on. It's slow, it doesn't list product availability accurately, and resulted in a nightmare of an order that required 2 and a half hour phone call just to reset to square one.

I could not place my order because the app would keep looping back to the submit order screen. Customer service could not assist but simply tried to send me links to my cart that I could already access but not submit. I was referred to the issuer of the BESTBUY credit card who told me that there was nothing wrong with my credit card. By the time I was finally able to place an order, all the in-store available for same day pick up items were SOLD. It would have been nice to have the AC today.
Checkout doesn't work. It just endlessly refreshes back to the check out page.

This app is so glitchy and slow. Making purchases and shopping are nearly impossible. It takes an unreasonable amount of time to process any search or option selection..
Generally just a glorified web view. Plaid integration for linking bank account doesn't work at all, making card payments and account linking very annoying.
Ordered the daily drop and it was canceled with no information as to why. Due to the way they handle these, I was then unable to order the device due to a quantity limit of 1. Customer Service has useless and unable to determine why this occurred. I was then instructed to go to the physical store and said they would be able to solve the problem. this cannot be done as the item is now sold out. Won't be buying from Best Buy again if they can't actually provide customer service.
This Best Buy app has so much tracking & adverts running in the background, product pages take RIDICULOUSLY long to load [22s]- loading a product page loads all the adverts & tracking before item details like price, open box options, specs, product details, etc. Adverts and tracking should load AFTER. Best Buy should address this, but it's been this way for years - perhaps folks could submit feedback to them en masse so this app creates a convenient, instead of inconvenient, user experience
they said I had two email addresses right at $4,000 bestbuy put it on a account with out my total membership. So a washer , dryer , I gaming desk top and 1 Asia gaming laptop was not added to my total membership. Then blamed me, but they working the register. please check your orders throughly. Because they'll blame you and warranty will be no good. VERY SAD BEST BUY

The app over all performance is horrible, due to the amount of tracking 3rd party tracking advertising running in the background it make it impossible to shop using the App. The longer you use the app the more bloat it causes. recommend the website for serious browsing and purchasing.

Bad experience - extremely laggy/slow app. I would expect a tech store to have something better .. esp running on an ultra phone...
tried ordering earbuds. app requires you to create an account but when you try to create an account, it says, "oops, something went wrong." Try as a guest and it starts all over asking you to create an account. nothing works.
took my money for a product then randomly canceled my order, when I bought a 2nd separate item afterwards they also canceled that order. They admitted it was all their mistake then told me itll take 2 weeks for the money to be refunded. If you want to lend money to a billion dollar company for a few weeks and not get what you bought then best buy is the store for you.
I had to force stop the app twice just to open my cart. this app gets worse and worse.

I make lots of purchases through the app or website. It has become so unbelievably slow lately. Both the app and website. Try to change locations for pickup, won't even load the locations. Browsing to find things to purchase, loads so incredibly slow. Pay some real programmers to fix it.

Best buy, the store that can't keep a good sale, there was a gaming pc on sale for this 4th of July sale, yesterday it was 899.99, for a gaming pc that had 16gb of ddr5, but now today, its 1,049.99 same price as the base model of a steam machine, and here's the thing, i graduated last month, and had a party like 2 weeks ago, and now im getting paid more, I was close to having enough for the pc that was supposed to be priced at 899.99, but today it just so conveniently decided to jump up in price
the app freezes and logs me out from checkout.
Slowest App ever. How does literally every other store app I used have fast loading speeds for the search engine except this one.
The app works very very slowly. For a tech business, they don't have very good servers.

app is slow, takes a reasonably long time to navigate, to the point that i dont feel like using it and looking somewhere else for things i want to buy, please fix it, no issues with bestbuy in general
