The main page never loads but the other do.. constantly having to open and close the app to see my balance is ridiculous
On my S24 Ultra, the app is mostly unable to be opened. it's perpetually stuck on the loading animation especially at the start and end of the trading session however some days it just refuses to open at all, requiring reinstallation. Forcing the app to close and clearing the cache is to no avail. After returning to a current session (when the app is working), the login seems to be timed out very quickly, so hitting the back key is the only way to return to the login screen...

The essential info is not very easy to get to. For example to see the current price of each item in your portfolio (instead of the profit / loss) you need to add the item into a watchlist and view the price there. Also their self invest option is flawed as they take the funds from your bank account but it takes them a week to then invest it and they dont show it anywhere easy to see.
app is currently not working. keeps asking me to create an account which i already have. And theres no way to log in, just sign up. when it works though its great
Don't try to use this app reliably while overseas. Constant connection drop outs leaving me stranded from making time sensitive orders. Incredibly frustrating.
out of sudden I cannot login to the app
every thing goes good until I get to enter 4 number code sent when I enter this code it has nowhere to continue after entering the code completely frustrating so please delete all my information and account set up so far as it is never going to get finished .
stay away the app is slow and glitchy I can't even see my deposit or cancel buy orders!!! worth it to just pay brokerage fee
I have just made an account based on positive reviews, deposited $500 in to invest and I'm now getting a constant error saying "something went wrong". I can't invest or even view portfolio or options. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have turned my phone off and on again. I have just lost $500 to an app I cannot use. I am beyond heartbroken. I don't understand all the positive reviews. The app essentially scammed me. It just won't work anymore.

Needs to add dividends to non-betashares products, so the chart reflects what is actually happening.
the performance reporting needs significant improvement
I was an avid user for 5 months until I lost 78 small cap shares in a trade. And to be told that the right information was in the other page makes me feel like I was duped, when the information I was given right up to the point where I had to slide that button to confirm the trade was very enticing. Checked back an hour later, the same information that duped me was still there. Why not put all the necessary information for trade with the buy/sell screen like some brokers.
Key things missing on the app. Example 52 weeks high and low, Alerts, charts for comparison.

I like what the app can do, but the app is often unavailable and not loading, which unfortunately often timed around times when it's important to access the app. Given the turbulent times, I am worried about putting more money in until the stability of the app is reliable.
