Great games but I haven't won anything big( being over 300 dollars) in over 3 years now, so I'm changing my review to .5 if they had that option, and if I hadn't lost my wallet and identification, unfortunately, I would be on a much better platform like betano or Betty. so ya, basically I'm only playing on this app because I have absolutely no other damn options right now. but when I get my official government id back I'm ghost like a spector. 👻😘
The games are rigged shocker it's a casino. The live tables are fine, they can't skim you there more than already tilting the odds. They show fake numbers for missed jackpots and have been seen just saying they "just happened" when they never had. But like what do you expect it's a casino where every dealer is somehow on the other side of the world with a nice thick accent. Truly Canadian like Tim Hortons.
Very disappointing experience. The games often felt repetitive and long stretches without payouts made me question the fairness of the platform. Annoying adds won't stop
I just downloaded the app and deposited money and then I couldn't get on the app to play they even sent me an verification email for my account saying everything was verified when I talked to support they said I had to wait 24-72 hours to get my money back and then they just went offline

TRASH APP! I spent more money on this stupid app then I've won. Don't bother if you want to be ahead. Trust me. Worst casino app. Spent 150 to not even win any bonus when just one point away on 3 different bonuses lmao. Figured i give it the benefit of the doubt and try again, $100s on secret bizarre lamp game and won in total after depleted the funds, less then $8.00. Yup! 8 dollars on 100 wallet. 1.60 spin .12 win here .80 win there. that was the last straw.
they steal your first deposit with promotion money. you can't use it to actually play and bet on sport. they steal it with forcing you to play casino games slots

unusable garbage app
Super laggy before, but ever since update, either won't open at all and app stops, or if it does open, even with location permission granted and location services turned on, won't open games stating it can't confirm location. Used to really enjoy this app, now it's just garbage.
deposit 110$ to bet on sports but as a first deposit they give me a bonus so end up been 220 but then I can't use it to bet on sports, only for slots or table games and also can't cash out at least my 110 because they give me the absolute useless bonus for slots or table games when I all wanted was to bet on sports so have to spend it all only on slots or table games not even roulette, thanks for nothing betMGM I'm literally just going to waste that money due to that ridiculous bonus
