If you do not mind an app that is constantly pushing product and services and up selling that is annoying and distracting then maybe you will get to the workout. This is not what I wanted in a workout partner. The repetitive and constant sales of add ons is gross! Either be a store or be a credible workout partner that understands clients like to be calm and focussed when working out for their physical and mental health. What are you thinking?

I would strongly advise against using BetterMe. Because of a badly worded email, I subscribed believing this was a limited 4-week plan, but it turned out to be a recurring 57.40 CHF subscription every 4 weeks. I never received renewal reminder emails, so charges continued silently for months. When I wanted to cancel, cancellation required a large amount of extra steps, including an email confirmation step that could have ended in spam, which feels unnecessarily misleading and user-unfriendly.

It seems to be inaccurate. The number of steps I take each day rarely coincide with my actual steps, so I got a better me band (which isn't cheap) and it wouldn't connect to either the phone or the app, and the tech support was poor. Now I feel foolish, I paid for a subscription and then paid for the band and it's a waste of time. Do not recommend it at all. Response: The negative opinion wasn't sudden, if you check your records, you'll see I have been persevering for months, I've done enough.

I chose a 12 week membership option but it wasn't clear that the program was only a 4 week program. The app should prevent you from paying for 12 weeks if it's only a 4 week program. It took customer service nearly 3 weeks to get back to me on this issue. In fact they only sorted out my issue after I posted a 1 star review on the Google app store, with many excuses for the delay. I think it's reasonable for customers to get a 48 hour customer service response, but that standard was not met.

No reminders about renewal and then when you immediately cancel once you see payment has been taken they refuse a refund despite no activity on the app pointing to their unfair and immoral T's and C's. Avoid and if you do sign up cancel the renewal immediately to avoid this trap. The app content is very basic and you can get better workouts from you tube

Questionable business practices. I tried multiple times to cancel recurring payment through their website. I originally subscribed through the site, should have gone through Google play! They ended up charging me the almost 80 dollars for the app for 6 months. I contacted them and explained the situation and pretty much got a generic response with a link to cancel which I used. Now I'm out 80 bucks for a mediocre app that basically provides the same level of service as many free apps do.

I accidentally signed up. Contacted the company, they could see that the app was never opened,set or used. Refused to give me my money back. They did not even have my correct email on file. The whole thing is a money scam and they refuse to help.

I don't if it's the app or my "coach" but she/it doesn't work properly on android phones, so that's a problem. My "coach" couldn't tell me how to record my workouts on the app. The app wants you to buy lots of other stuff. Its not user friendly!

​Misleading and a waste of money. I took the annual offer but it skipped the 7-day trial and charged me immediately. I’m deeply disappointed. Also, it has ZERO compatibility with high-end tech. I have a Samsung Flip 7 and a Galaxy Watch, but the app blocks my health data/steps unless I buy a BetterMe tracker. It’s a subscription trap that ignores premium hardware. Don't buy the annual plan if you want to use your own watch or test the app first. Total waste.

I chased after a month and was only given a full refund after refusing the initial 50% refund offered. I hope people have better experiences with this service, I am pretty appalled.

Tried to cancel, uninstalled and deleted the app. Found out I was charged double the trial period and when I requested a refund or even partial refund as I haven't used the app in over a month I was offered a discount to purchase items in their store. Be aware of the predatory charges.

Right now this is rated two stars. I find it difficult to focus and coordinate my breathing and exercises along with model due to severe ADD. It would help if the was a vocal description of when you should be breathing and executimg the exercise with a count. I feel like I am not doing the exercises correctly and frustrated at the end of the workout. I will continue all along and see how well I fare.

seems like an okay enough app but I signed up specifically for meal planning. nowhere can I find a place to add allergies in the 4 week plan I purchased every single day has some kind of allergy and some of them are not easy to substitute if you dont know what works. ive had to do a tremendous amount of research to find substitutes and figure out how to make things work. at this point I may as well have done the work of meal planning myself. this app is kinda useless if you ask me

while I enjoy the routines, the app CONSTANTLY requires me to complete the "Let's personalize your plan" questionnaire. I've already purchased my plans and completed this form. I have to complete it every damn time I open the app to then NOT be presented with my paid account but a generic one with no recollection of my results thus far. The only way I can restore things is to clear cache, force stop reopen and complete the same damn survey at least 4 times.. eventually it gets me back. EVERY DAY
