The app is horrible! it frequently shuts down and runs on such a delay. I can't keep it open long enough to do one workout or even just log food. And customer service told me that their inability to create an app that actully works isn't "a good enough excuse for a refund." Their words, verbatim. Don't waste your time or money with this!!!

They will charge a yearly subscription you never asked for, that is, after trying to sell you 10 more upgrades you never asked for! Go to the gym and don't pay for this nonsense!

Just wanted personal information
keeps freezing and getting stuck on exercises, not opening at times. I am resting , clearing cache, re intalling tje app as suggested...customer service are not resolving tickets are hearing my request for refund since I am stuck on day 5 and can't go forward. So unhappy, please fix it or refund me asap. my request for my time to be extended because I have been unable to use for days has also gone unheard.
Another app that has a 1000 page terms and conditions... I thought I cancelled this subscription, however a $99.99 charge came out, I immediately cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund, an automatic reply stating "sorry, but you should've read the terms and conditions" this is an over priced scam
Stupid App and subscription program. Oh and no refund policy what a joke. From the app: "We’re sorry to hear you’d still prefer a refund. Our Money-Back Policy has specific requirements: for a refund, we'll need you to provide information that shows you used the app. However, we want to make things right. That’s why we’re enhancing our previous offer just for you." I want my money back that's all, why so difficult?
they just get you in with a sweet deal and then hit you with big subscriptions after that fact that you agree too in the fine print....
ad said I get a 30 day program if I pay. then one month later I was charged a full month subscription again. update 22 june: the email I got said: 4 week program. it did not say monthly subscription
poor. do not sign up. they make it to difficult to cancel and they took money from my bank without authorization.. I want a refund of funds you were not authorized to take!!! immediately!!!

Absolutely terrible with their sneaky resubscriptions. I haven't used this app from April and they have taken £100 from me. I thought i had cancelled the subscription but when I went through it again there was 8 PAGES! you had to click cancel on. WHAT A SCAM and the app is useless
Keeps crashing during the workout. It's infuriating. App is crashing every day during the workout and it's impossible to finish workouts.
I don't get anything out of the exercise. I want to cancel my subscription.

Once you sign up you cannot cancel. I cancelled shortly afetr my initial purchase and was appalled to see a new annual fee being deducted. Their AI bot then send me an email about my 1-star rating telling me what a great app it is! They make the cancellation process ridiculously hard, and when you complain it's your own fault. I wish I could give zero starts. 😠 😡
I cannot get this app to open. 20+ mins of attempting. once I do get it opened it is very glitchy. I don't think it's worth $100
I bought a yearly subscription for Rs 1950 today June26 2026 and later the same day I saw there was permanent discount which said Rs900 for 12week which will be activated after the yearly subscription ends which is after june26 2027. But now when I saw my mail, the yearly subscription is cancelled and it was activated with the later one which will be effective from Jan 11 2027. Could you initiate the refund which is deducted or could you help me compensate it
app is great, love the 12 week calisthenics program, keeps getting harder as you go and can do exercises now that I couldn't a few wks ago. but it just updated and now keeps crashing, doesn't let me do the workout multiple times I've had to remove the app and install it again to get it to work, just keeps crashing when I start a workout the instructions you sent were to uninstall and reinstall the app....have to do it almost every day.

When you attempt to do a workout, the videos extremely buggy and slow. It's not smooth whatsoever. in addition, you're made to feel that the meal plan is included in the subscription, but, it's an extra $45 on top of the $35 you pay every 4 months. Not worth it, imo. But, allowing you to pick what type of workout you're interested in, is a benefit.
Exercises work great for me (lost 5kg in 6 months). All issues I reported with older versions are back now with the June 19th update. I rolled back to v11.0 again since this is stable.
app is glitching
Constant crashes and support is no help. *edit to say that support did refund me for my trial amount and inform me I could find my exercise plan on their website instead. However, the website does not offer all the same information that the app does, and the app is still completely useless because it crashes constantly.
