when I opened the app it asking unlock the app using biometric or screen password and when I enter the password it again show that unlock the screen that time i couldn't enter the password .after I can't get any features of this app.it is looking like stuck

insta money loan app.I applied for a loan through this app and the fee for applying for the loan was Rs. 199. Later they rejected my loan and I have not received my money back.This is the loan app in your app. I believed in it because of the app's trust in this app.

Very disappointing experience. I had a personal loan and due to financial difficulties, one EMI was delayed. Instead of professional support, I received repeated calls from customer care and recovery agents who were rude and disrespectful. My family members were also contacted, which caused unnecessary stress. I understand repayment obligations, but customers should be treated with dignity and professionalism. Please improve your customer service and recovery practices. 😔😔
