I am writing to report an ongoing issue with the BHIM UPI app on my device. The app is failing to automatically read the OTP (One-Time Password) sent via SMS during the mobile verification/login process. Because the app restricts users from switching apps to manually copy the code without the session timing out, this bug is severely impacting usability.
why should i stop firewall and expose mobile to world for this app to work ?

why bhim app processing speed is getting low day by day? whenever I want to open this app after password/biometric it takes atleast 30 to 40 sec somthimes more than 1 min.....what is it, it's frustrating 😡😡

autopay unble cancel I have rise complaint its auto close without resolution, autopay cancel option not working and still showing Mandate active and not deactivate, it redirect app but get error Mandate not present and after click on autopay it is still showing active, no Mandate cancel success message also its not working and its a huge bug

Try to login, and getting otp sms but in BHIM app not fetching OTP automatically and even I can't fill OTP manually.

this app used to deposit cash back as soon as its offered. seems they have changed the process where we need to claim the cash back else it will be expired after 30 days. I thought this app is government app and I wanted to support it. but after seeing these cheap tricks to fool thire customers I lost impression.
