Just Terrible. Keeps saying unable to board you at this time since the last 6 months. Pathetic experience. Despite several other users reporting and experiencing the same issue, mails go completely unanswered and there's no assistance whatsoever to resolve the issue. The worst part is definitely the lack of interest in resolving the issue and deficiency in customer service.

worst experience. i purchased flipkart gift card and money deducted from account. it showed payment successful but there were no gift card details. i tried to raise complaint but no response .

There is no option to turn off hepatic feedback, it vibrates whenever i enter pin, check cashback, history, offers. please you turn it off or give us an option to turn off.

this is the most useless UPI app ever! couldn't receive otp to login first and then it says re register again for a couple of times before it popped that due to suspicious activity on board has failed
ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSIONS are NECESSARY for other apps to work. If apps are trusted, give them OPTION to BYPASS ALERT. STOP nagging users to Remove Permissions.
Dear Support Team, I am facing an issue with my payment transaction. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the payment status is showing as failed. Please check the transaction and either confirm the payment or refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. refund my 399 rupees

The app is detecting accessibility permissions granted to other app. Those permissions are required for apps. Why does this app has issues with that.

okay at first it said I can't open this app because of USB debugging (I'm a programmer so I had that enabled and tried to pay my bill while my phone was connected) but that's okay, it was a very specific case after all. but then it said I can't open the app because one of my important apps I use regularly, has an accessibility permission enabled. That's ridiculous! why do you even care what apps I install when GPay or other apps don't! EDIT: I CAN'T EVEN COMPLAIN! FEEDBACK SAYS 500 SERVER ERROR!
Team, When I am trying to pay Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) bills through BHIM app but unfortunately i haven't find the biller kindly look in to this matter. previous it was shown.
STOP TREATING USERS LIKE CHILDREN And start treating us like we own our device and can take responsibility for it. Your latest move denying access to the app because active accessibility setting is pathetic, immature, overly controlling. You have no business knowing what configuration my device is in. At the most you can put an advisory but LET US PROCEED IF WE WISH. I'm not changing my device settings to suit your requirements. I'd rather happily uninstall and forget this app.

Sluggish takes too much time after clicking any option, unable to set UPI id even after numerous trials. update: credit card on upi doesn't work & is not shown in list while paying wherein the merchant does accept & am able to pay using same card on upi with other apps.
There is no cashback on any transaction on this app.
app opening time is Too Late and gitter Kindly smooth the experience and don't show any ads in this app otherwise I also uninstall like phone pe paytm 🙏 all are good but keep in mind this is my feedback
please fix the issue when going for payment or check the balance it gets for close and get the app back to the main pin enter page .. it happens every time .

sometimes app asking two times fingerprint for login. and its feals slow while opening. it should be improved. other wise its very good.
I used Bhim app, it is very good but cashback on every transaction is not available.
