Was told by online support that I only can review my online orders via this app. So downloaded it and still unable to review orders, uninstalling as it's worthless.
If i could give 0 stars i would. My partner ordered a 7 foot over hanging pool table cover n it was nothing like the pictures at all and was the wrong size. She's then gone to chase it up n big w marketplace refused to reimburse the product n then completely stopped replying in the ticket. Would never purchase anything again through this place as they send you the wrong stuff then take no credibility for the stuff up.

Getting help is non existant. When you do finally get a human after several days you get some work experience kid that is dum as a box of dum things. They dont know what a tax invoice is so dont bother asking. The receipts button doesnt work, it just takes you to Rewards app. Receipts take DAYS to appear. If you have a low tolerance for idiots or dont suffer fools gladly, this app is not for you.

Garbage app. Sent a code to verify my number but the code didn't work. Resent it 4 times, still didn't work. Then requested a phone call for a code, still didn't work. Deleted.
Glitchy & frustrating. Demands your favourite store before allowing price checks then won't accept your location nor the location you enter whilst attempting to submit your favourite store.

BigW Marketplace unsafe. No seller info except store name, no location, state, reviews, contact methods, manufacturer warranty details, NOTHING. No way to safeguard buyers. BigW need to take some duty if care for potential buyers instead of supplying a selling platform for scammers.
I downloaded it and found that I can't use it because the search bar couldn't locate any of the Big W stores around the Brisbane area, using my location didn't work either.
What's wrong with this app?!? Have literally just downloaded it and it can't even give me my local store... Incredibly glitchy. Will have to uninstall it.

Terrible app, can't even get past login, install, uninstall remove cookies, mobile or desktop. Woolies you probably need to fire the clowns that designed this app.
new update doesn't work. It won't let me sign in. It keeps asking for my email to get a code and then keeps on asking the same thing over and over.
Everytime I find a deal on the Web it redirects to the app and refuses to show products I search for on Google.
Installed the app but never got to use it. I got stuck in a sign-in loop and gave up after trying four times

Paid for a book for click and collect just to be emailed the next day and be advised they don't actually have it. Now have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund. In this economy spending $40 on a book is considered a treat and to have to now wait and hope another seller continues to have stock is devastating. Won't be ordering from the site again but just be aware if you do there is a possibility of this happening.
Forced to use it to Message about a wrong item they sent. They always close the Message without asking if you're complete, or satisfied. Anyway, no, I hate this app, and shopping at Big W is a PAIN.
I don't like shopping through an app they can be frustrating & unreliable but this Big W app is easy to navigate fairly reliable, for me anyway. Minimal lag & good results with tracking. However, shopping instore is a nightmare! (No Checkouts), (No Service), except for the security guy at the store entrance & no customers, it looks empty & post apocalyptic omg! Cutting staff for the big cash grab! Typical greedy multinational.

still broken, browse & search bring ZERO results far too often. Can't shop using this app, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I am at a point i give up on shopping online, Kmart, Big W, Target, etc all waste our time with dysfunctional tools. Developers need to take the time to create something that functions, not just aesthetic.
Unusable app... Can't get past the create profile screen.. Doesn't allow me to log in to my actual account. Website is the same. No one can order online.
errors right at startup
Having the same issues as everyone else, for a couple of months now. Having to login every single time, and never succeeding, just getting thrown back to my home page once entering an email code and a txt code. Done all the normal things...uninstall, reinstall, updated-numerous times...and it doesnt always solve the issue. Hoping they fix it soon, coz as if we dont already spend enough time on our phones!
It has become a terrible app. When I was shopping in the app for a pick-up, the app changed all by itself to delivery! At the finalising of my shopping it still showed pick-up. But minutes later got email showing its a delivery and all the items I wanted in pick-up weren't even included. So for $11.20 cutlery I got charged $12.00 Delivery! I rang BigW. I did chat took 30mintes to speak to a human, to be told TOO late it's being packed. It's not good enough, BigW.

i am trying to order a xiaomi robo vac. on one of your website i am offered $15 off with mrkt15. when i order it on your app there's no discount offered. ??? confused. Cheers. Luc

I only want to search for things in store when this shows online only items as well.. it is extremely annoying!
shelves have lots of blank spaces. online sales are ridiculous for exorbitant shipping costs. very little to make me want to visit or interact with.
login doesn't work, verification codes don't work, chat doesn't work. this is not a selling tool
sometimes they're good, sometimes they're not so good.
using the app itself is fine. my issue is that signing in to the app is next to impossible. type in email address, enter code, goes back to the screen but not signed in. I can do this more than 20 times and it still won't sign in
my item has taken too long to receive poor business they need to do better unacceptable.
