I was using bbdaily daily since years without much problem, but after bbdaily moved to Bigbasket(without informing anything about this transition in bbdaily) ,it is nightmare. daily it won't get delivered despite getting mail and notifications saying it is delivered. I need to contact support daily explain the issue to get refund.requested callback and explained multiple times,they won't even share the complaint number to track. just waiting to use all the wallet balance and uninstall this app.

I have a very bad experience with bigbasket I placed an order worth 1400 the order was not delivered but it was placed as order delivered and I report it and they told me that the order will be delivered again i wait for some times and there is no sign of it so I placed a new order and change my address and contact number and it was still the same all my hard work money of rs1600 is gone just like that
Very disappointed with BigBasket. I used a ₹110 coupon that I received from PhonePe for my first order. During checkout, the app clearly showed that the cashback/reward would be credited to my BigBasket wallet after placing the order. However, even after completing the order, my BigBasket wallet is still empty. This feels like fraud and false promises to attract customers. If you are showing rewards during billing, then you should honor them properly. Poor customer experience
I have lost money twice. I made online payments, but when the delivery agent reaches the delivery address, they do not come to my doorstep. The agent calls from outside the neighborhood, and if the call is not answered after three attempts, they cancel the order themselves instead of delivering it to my home. Moreover, I have not received a refund. This has happened to me twice - once for ₹400+ and another time for ₹675 - and I have yet to receive a refund for either amount."i want my refund
very pathetic customer experience. I spent 6 hours talking with them not provided with resolution. I ordered 2 items for mothers day surprise and only 1 item delivered. delivery executive rude and mentioned return on delivery without my consent. even it is his mistake, the customer support is rude and dumb. my money is lost, emotion is lost, time is lost, mood is spoiled. please prefer ordering from other platforms. big basket is worst app.. 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🙅♂️

“Highly disappointing experience with BigBasket. Despite providing the correct address, the delivery was attempted at the wrong location, and the response from the delivery personnel was extremely unprofessional and rude. Additionally, the delivery charges are unnecessarily high considering the poor service quality. The platform seriously needs improvement in customer handling, delivery accuracy, and overall professionalism.

Really disappointing experience. The delivery was promised in 28 minutes, but it’s been over 2 hours and the order still hasn’t arrived. I also tried contacting customer support multiple times, but got no proper response. Very unprofessional service and terrible communication. Would not recommend.”
