cannot change legal name in app. I fixed the name connected to my collegeboard account but because collegeboard and bigfuture accounts are connected but still 2 separate accounts, changes made to one don't affect the other and there is no clear support for the big future app, while collegeboard support can't help with the big future app. please fix your system. it is so extremely frustrating and exhausting. I am forced to use this app with no other way to view my test scores except in person.
The app does way too much for something I installed to see test scores. I should just be able to look online.

Trash. Sends a security code to your phone, you enter it and it locks you out, sends another, and repeats.
Everytime I tried to type in my phone number it told me the number was invalid and I tried many times. Terrible app and thanks to this app I will never know my PSAT score!

This app is so frustrating. I check the app and notice I have messages, but clicking on the messages section shows nothing. Nothing appears when I try to view them. when i try going to help and support redirects me back to the front page. it's useless 😔

I got a notification about a week ago that my psat scores were posted, when I logged into the app I couldn't see my score , I waited a few days and checked again and still nothing , I've tried deleting the app and redownloading, I've signed out and signed back in , I tried on different devices but still nothing .
Why is this and the website two different things? It's SO unintuitive to have to make an account for both! I missed my NMS for this last summer!

1. The way the 'College Search' search reloads after every further investigation of a specific institute is annoying. 2. Years ago now, I took the PSAT, and while my score is viewable on the website, it is still yet to arrive on the app. 3. I get so many samey messages from every college that no actually useful information is ever presented. This is admittedly the colleges' fault for being unnecessarily vague, but I have to see it on your app, so psychology is not on your side.
for someone who isn't planning to go to a normal college but instead to either a technical and career college or a trade school the lack of any options for those on the app is annoying also it quite annoying that for some reason I can't see any of the messages I get without uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I wanted to view my SAT scores, and for some reason, I cant get into the app. No matter how many times I try to reinstall the app from the link sent to my phone number, the app says that an account is already using my phone number. I've tried the recovery email AND contacting support but nothing has worked, and its been an uphill battle when looking up my problem and everything saying that I cant long in without that email. the website is so much better.

Quite literally, the worst, most tedious, awful app I've ever had the displeasure of trying to navigate. Send a text to your phone, except they don't put you on the screen to put your code in. send an email, except it never does. Once you sign in, congratulations, you have to sign in again. This app deserves worse, and I wish I could give it worse for being such a vital part of the school system. Do better, for the love of God, just do better.
I just wanted to see my scores but they spam so many notifications like literally chill its so frusturating i just want to know when my scores are ready and thats it
I can sign in on the app with a password, but can't change anything or sign up for tests. The website won't send any password resets to me or let me sign in alternatively. Terrible layout and confusing app. The website is equally as hard.

The app wouldn't open or let me log into my account, when I did I got a "there is already an account with this phone number and email" I tried deleting and redownloading but still nothing. This app is complicated even with their "support" system.

This app is terrible. I have so many messages from colleges and I never get to see them.
The app refuses to let me sign in to it. It leats me out in my phone number, and then I press receive via sms, and then it tells me to enter my recovery email. I've put in four different emails. The one that I know that I put in for the test, it says that it doesn't exist. I know that I've put in the right phone number too, since its the number I've put in every time I take the PSAT. The app worked perfectly fine before I took the PSAT/NSMQT. I just want to see my scores.

The layout makes it impossible to read what you want to see. For example, the scores explanation is covered by the messages tile, and you can't get rid of it.
