stood outside in the blazing hot sun trying to get the app to work for 20 minutes and couldn't input my card details. app didn't want to take my money so I had to walk 40 minutes to get home

After several phone calls and emails, the company continues to refuse to redistribute bikes from full docks. I've counted 8 docks in a 2 km radius that were entirely full. Furthermore, due to usage issues, these remain full essentially 24/7.
When a credit card doesn’t work, the message simply says “Something went wrong” - it doesn’t indicate that there’s a problem with the card. It’s also difficult to unlock the bike, and the meaning of the lights on the side isn’t clearly explained on the terminal or in the app. ---
got charged over 70$for 30 minutes of usage, SCAM take an Uber if your going around town
Docking stations are never available to leave the bikes
doesn't always scan bikes. it says there's a bike but it either doesn't exist or doesn't work. very frustrating.
Three problems with my recent usage for 32 minutes: I got overcharged because my bike did not dock okay. There was no green light when I docked it. I got overcharged. Also, the bike seat was a problem because it would be lower and slanted so I had to repeatedly adjust myself when I was sitting on the bike. So terrible first experience unfortunately. I hope I don't have these three problems if I ever use Bike Share next time.

CAUTION!! THIS APPLICATION CHARGES YOU 50 DOLLARS WHEN REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT (IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF USING THE SERVICE) WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. MOREOVER, ITS MENU IS DESIGNED SO THAT YOU CANNOT FILE A CLAIM. IT IS A SCAM.

We paid for the pass, it was advertised $15 but upon checking my bank there was a hidden charge of $50. What a scam.
trash. no option to purchase new plan within app. website was unresponsive and gave errors. I wanted to go on a nice bike ride with my gf but the app wouldn't let me get two bikes. total trash. ruined plans.
they charge $50 extra as an "holding amount" which is alot of money plus they dont return it till 5-10 days. I could be a little understanding but they did not mention it anywhere. I had a little over a 100 in my bank and I got 3 day passes for $50.85 for me and my friends who could pay me back later but all of a sudden they took $100.85 from me😭, I was left with a few dollars and I was worried if it would be enough to get home. they should mention the extra charge and should not take 5-10 days

whoever approved the update to the app has clearly never used the service. make the approval and payment agreements first and then just let us scan to take the bike. quickly. not stand at the bike after scanning the QR for another 5 minutes doing payment agreements and approvals
I don't understand why when I scan I have to input my password again and again. I logged into the app plus no way of resetting from that screen. I use the service to get to work and it's an incredibly frustrating experience to have another password to continually enter. Please remove the password at the end of the purchasing flow, if I need to enter a password LOG ME OUT. KICK ME OUT TO THE MAIN SCREEN. Plus I don't know how to log out without reinstalling the app.

App did not work
I kept trying to purchase a pass and got the message "Purchase failed - nothing was charged. Try again later.". I wanted to rent a bike but the app makes it impossible.
😠😡🤬'Downloaded this app for my mother for the free rides day. Used my own phone that has an annual package on it to unlock bikes my mother's phone could not unlock. It just kept saying try another bike. Pretty sure they just wanted people to download the app. So disgusting and I'm going to uninstall it right now. 😠😡🤬

honestly I've used the share bikes a lot and it's extremely unreliable... half of the time it says they have bikes but they don't even let you access them. I've been late for work because of how unreliable they are. fix your system
I was charged on my card but my account is suspended because they didn't get paid? I think it's a scheme to get me using their bank tangerine.
No user-friendly, and the price is absurd! Downloaded and almost immediately deleted
absolutely garbage. spent 20 minutes with the attendant ( who was friendly). couldn't make it work....his suggestion....get another phone.
sometimes it works and sometimes it wont unlock a bike bc its too far away. very unreliable
constant issues with the app, saying unlock limit reached. happens at the worst time stranding you. tons of bikes in racks yet non are available. whomever runs this program should be replaced.
I keep getting weird "We apologize, something went wrong, try again" without giving any meaningful error code to continue troubleshooting the error. For context I did try both Android app and WebApp versions, and I did have a Canadian eSim so roaming isn't an issue here - even after trying with Canadian postal addresse for our hotel instead of international ones. Edit: I finally get this working after trying my 4th credit card, but the app's error code should still provide more context
ok app but docks not available to park during peak times when needed the most
Bikes are always "unavailable" whenever I need them, so despite all the docks in the west end, this service can't be counted on. Always out of service
