When a credit card doesn’t work, the message simply says “Something went wrong” - it doesn’t indicate that there’s a problem with the card. It’s also difficult to unlock the bike, and the meaning of the lights on the side isn’t clearly explained on the terminal or in the app. ---
got charged over 70$for 30 minutes of usage, SCAM take an Uber if your going around town
Docking stations are never available to leave the bikes
doesn't always scan bikes. it says there's a bike but it either doesn't exist or doesn't work. very frustrating.
Three problems with my recent usage for 32 minutes: I got overcharged because my bike did not dock okay. There was no green light when I docked it. I got overcharged. Also, the bike seat was a problem because it would be lower and slanted so I had to repeatedly adjust myself when I was sitting on the bike. So terrible first experience unfortunately. I hope I don't have these three problems if I ever use Bike Share next time.

CAUTION!! THIS APPLICATION CHARGES YOU 50 DOLLARS WHEN REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT (IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF USING THE SERVICE) WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. MOREOVER, ITS MENU IS DESIGNED SO THAT YOU CANNOT FILE A CLAIM. IT IS A SCAM.
worst experience,don't use this bikes,they will charge additional fees at the end ,this is not fair way of doing business I hope.

trash. no option to purchase new plan within app. website was unresponsive and gave errors. I wanted to go on a nice bike ride with my gf but the app wouldn't let me get two bikes. total trash. ruined plans.
they charge $50 extra as an "holding amount" which is alot of money plus they dont return it till 5-10 days. I could be a little understanding but they did not mention it anywhere. I had a little over a 100 in my bank and I got 3 day passes for $50.85 for me and my friends who could pay me back later but all of a sudden they took $100.85 from me😭, I was left with a few dollars and I was worried if it would be enough to get home. they should mention the extra charge and should not take 5-10 days

whoever approved the update to the app has clearly never used the service. make the approval and payment agreements first and then just let us scan to take the bike. quickly. not stand at the bike after scanning the QR for another 5 minutes doing payment agreements and approvals
I don't understand why when I scan I have to input my password again and again. I logged into the app plus no way of resetting from that screen. I use the service to get to work and it's an incredibly frustrating experience to have another password to continually enter. Please remove the password at the end of the purchasing flow, if I need to enter a password LOG ME OUT. KICK ME OUT TO THE MAIN SCREEN. Plus I don't know how to log out without reinstalling the app.

I kept trying to purchase a pass and got the message "Purchase failed - nothing was charged. Try again later.". I wanted to rent a bike but the app makes it impossible.
😠😡🤬'Downloaded this app for my mother for the free rides day. Used my own phone that has an annual package on it to unlock bikes my mother's phone could not unlock. It just kept saying try another bike. Pretty sure they just wanted people to download the app. So disgusting and I'm going to uninstall it right now. 😠😡🤬

honestly I've used the share bikes a lot and it's extremely unreliable... half of the time it says they have bikes but they don't even let you access them. I've been late for work because of how unreliable they are. fix your system
I was charged on my card but my account is suspended because they didn't get paid? I think it's a scheme to get me using their bank tangerine.
No user-friendly, and the price is absurd! Downloaded and almost immediately deleted
absolutely garbage. spent 20 minutes with the attendant ( who was friendly). couldn't make it work....his suggestion....get another phone.
I had a disappointing experience. I wanted to rent a bike on a "pay as you go" pass. I was charged a $50 fee 3X when trying to buy a pass despite repeatedly being told there was an error purchasing the pass and not being able to unlock a bike. I was given no context to what the error was or how to fix it, despite my card being charged $150. Customer experience contact is very hard to find. there is no one to reach by chat, not one of the FAQ has information on errors or troubleshooting.

The app doesn't seem to detect the internet on my phone. So I can't even log into my account. Trash!
waste of time, rented a bike to ride home only to find all the bike stations in the area all full - all of them, 7 different stands, had to ride the bike almost all the way back where i came from to find an open spot to drop the bike and then Uber'd home. complete waste of time.
literally doesn't even work. tried selecting 'pay as you go' and it won't let me complete the purchase. they got rid of the kiosks now so I can't even use those. basically just bikes sitting there now that can't be used.
unclear fee calculation, based on app info my total biking time is 52mins with 3 rides, also app says that charges are 4.12 and 3.76, but it has charged me 8.91! I used classic bikes and regarding website info I should have been charged 0.12 per min with a dollar for unlock!

Single use payment will not work as the system is charging zero dollars instead of 1.
another garbage service in toronto , fantastic day outside and no a single bike avalon on st clair from young to dufferin . Ridiculous. and I'm spending 100+$ for the pass .
