Paid for the app to never being able to open it.. Its a white screen stating 0% downloaded, nothing can be done to unfreeze it.. a screenshot as a proof can be sent.. Give me my money back!

The app doesn't work. When you open it, the screen is stuck on a download page.
The app doesn't work (when you open it the screen is stuck on a download page) and support are useless, they take ages to reply and can't give an update on when this might be fixed despite admitting the issue. I am in the process of requesting a refund but I am going to have to buy another app to do my test with as I don't have time for them to fix this.
Purchased the full version but no longer works properly. Videos do not load and progress is lost after a few days. Emailed developers but no response. Avoid!
Every time inreturn to use the app again ,it just shows a load screen with no progress re installed several times a d same result.

The app is getting stuck at 'download' and the only option to get the app working is to delete and reinstall the app. The content as such is fine but it is a waste of time to reinstall every time and all progress is lost! It's bad for a paid app to behave as such. I have one week to prepare and I spent money on buggy app.
Rubbish. I've bought this and it won't open as it says it has a bug. Don't waste your money.
It goes off when I open it?
I have signed up, paid for the app and started the tests. When I log out I always get a download error message and it won't let me use the app. I have uninstall the app 3 times, reinstall and the app will work.
