Thieves. Unsubscribed a month before renewal and I was charged anyway. Nobody will answer me about it. I can't unsubscribe again because I'm not subscribed.
Why allow creating or adding a company to the app when it never shows up? I've added my water company and my insurance company and neither are in the system. How long does it take?
Good. But I notice that my expenses are not reflected or are not really deducted to the app despite having regular recording. There are lapses in the amounts on the app vs. what is the actual cash on hand. I reinstalled and input the correct amounts and carefully and expenses every time, but there is always up to 200 discrepancy
after having the "pro" mode, everything is limited anymore. you cannot put the receipts, you only have 25 entries. im unistalling
used to be able to use on multiple devices, now they forced it to be a paid. the Enworseification continues
switched phones and now balances on multiple accounts are incorrect. adding an expense also gave me a diff remainjng balance. they said they would fix but now they are unresponsive.
no use of app waste of money.
it's great when you can sign in. I switched phones and now it won't send the OTP to my email so that I can use my pro features. Will update once support gets back to me
Update - I've been using this app for years and now I can't add new recurring bills. That's not going to force me to pay. Going back to spreadsheets at this point. Way to alienate long term users. Frustrated with this app. It somehow managed to reset my bill dates and push them to dates at the end of the month. Bad design. Would like to know what's causing this and how to prevent it. If I cannot rely on the system to keep stable dates it's not helpful.
Find a better app! The list of bills are preset companies, granted there is a good size list, nothing local. After the 3rd company showing "other", I was done. Then it wanted me to upgrade to pro for either $5/month or $25/year (crazy discount which is nice) but I refuse to pay for an app to help me budget my bills & SAVE money. The free version only allows up to 10 recurring bills at a time, most homeowners have more than 10. I gave up on the app, as it was already a waste of my time. uninstall
I usually do not rate apps, but this app definitely deserves the 5 star rating. Helps manage the bills and expenses with the income. Edit. Was a 5 star but now that they want you to pay once you have so many bills I downgraded to a 1 star. Will be looking for an alternative app.
I have been using this app for over 3 years now... but lately with the changes to interface and updates the app has lost all its credibility. transactions are missing, monthly reports juat doesnt make any sense anymore with incorrect totals and missing bills and incomes history. really disappointed. if they are not going to resolve this in next month i will switch to another app.
Filters for organizing bills by month/weeks are locked behind a paywall along with many other very basic features!!! lots of features used to be free when I first got the app and they are now forcing money out of the users pockets who are using this FREE app to manage the little money they have.
Love love it. I've been using it for a while now and have loved it. I NOW LOVE IT EVEN MORE WITH THE NEW UPDATE. LOVE THE UI UPDATE AND THE CALENDAR VIEW. KEEP IT UP, TEAM❤️ Edited to change from 5 stars to 1 star. This is 6 months after my last review. I am disappointed because I now need to pay to attach images when I pay bills. I loved this app but nagiging swapang na ang developer. Very disappointed. Switching to another bills tracker app soon.

i tried adding a new account to track now it is limited to 7 only. free plan limit reached. :(

Review is mostly for me to see and know not to download again. There are tiers for different plans which may be useful. Format for using the app is hard though as it does not separate based on the payment that has been made so you can always see features you haven't paid for and can't use, but it is hard to see what is for your plan.

The auto reminder feature is not working. Also, subscribing to a new plan has an error. This app has been buggy lately and it's really inconvenient and sad to be finding the workaround for these bugs and errors.

This would be a great app but there's a few things that just make it very difficult to work with, firstly you cannot add sub categories to income, you can't delete existing built in categories which btw are an absolute mess, you can't edit or change service provider types, you cant categorise service providers you enter yourself or use a URL to get the logo and to be honest the whole system you have for this is in absolute shambles there's so much more wrong but all that is a good start.
Love everything about this app. It allows me to quickly access all my net worth and bills in one place. However; I am paying for the pro+bank, have my bank and credit card accounts connected, but my accounts will not sync after the initial sync after adding. I have to completely redo the whole process of adding my banking accounts. Connecting through Plaid is also super slow and reloads without warning, making me have to re-enter info. Might end up canceling membership.

I’ve been using this app for about 3 years and have been very satisfied, which is why I continued using it and even recommended it to my family. However, the recent updates feel like pushing users to purchase a plan. First, photos couldn’t be attached (although it works now), and now there are limits on accounts and categories, which used to be unlimited before. These changes are quite disappointing. I might have to start looking for other apps.
Loved this app for several years but the price jumps and now limitations based on how much you pay are terrible. Like most apps updates are to charge you more not add features.
A tale as old as time. Take features that used to be free and throw them behind a paywall. All the while acting like it is somehow beneficial to the user for them to do that. 👎
