web browser was much easier, app is just filled with bugs and won't remember what episode I was up to. it also struggles with video for some shows regardless of internet speed
lots of tech issues
Expensive, no bookmarking, no downloads. Such basic issues they don't care about fixing. Cue the automated response saying "We'll look into it." I'm really glad HBO removed their content from this platform, I hope this company tanks.
None of the Binge apps (android, apple, Samsung TV) remember what I've been watching so I have to search for the program again and try & recall what episode I'm up to. Also doesn't add new episodes of series that I've been watching to Continue Binging
Terrible. Every time I open it on my phone, it defaults to Google Play. Takes the best part of 15mins tonget to the show I want to watch
cant rewatch a series as glitches the fact you already watched so just skips everything instead of playing cos we want to watch it again, and wont auto play the next episode which is frustrating to have to manually do it every single time....

Current app version doesn't autoplay next episode, also doesn't register I've even watched an episode. Kinda defeats the purpose of a streaming app if it doesn't stream properly.
the latest update has made this app absolutely horrific to use. it takes multiple attempts to play an episode. absolutely woeful and disgraceful for the price.
not liking the upgrade at all. so many issues. wont play next episode automatically, exits to main screen after every episode, recently viewed shows aren't on the continue watching list.

the latest update has destroyed any chance of Continue Watching. Impossible to find what episodes you're up to. Shows also randomly stop working halfway through and jump you to the next episode.

everytime I go to watch any show, it stops at a certain point and begins the same episode again over and over and over! I have restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled....paying money, not good enough. when I go to watch it online, goes straight to the app whether it's installed or not.....
Ever since your update, it crashes, has removed shows from watch list and won't keep them added. We pay for this service. Sort it out

Even after updates I STILL cannot use this app. Episodes keep restarting.. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Keeps skipping to end of episodes. No parental controls is really bad so add them please. I'm not interested in M15 and up so I don't want to see them at all let alone watch them. I would like my kids to be safer too. *** 3 years later tried again, still the same and so bad, no courtesy email like others when trial was ending, not illegal they argued. $19 is a rip for nothing we can't watch on catch up tv.

leave it to the big guys. Your sign in doesn't work when trying to watch a film, however it worked fine to get me in to pay. Just a heads up guys, they make cancelling subscriptions tricky, so if you do intend to sign up, use a card that is very much like a secondary, not your main card.
worst streaming app ever. I have tried several times today to watch something on binge. the episode keep going back to the start. once i move it to where I was I plays for maybe another 10 seconds then goes back to the start. do not bother. I wouldn't get it if it was free.

Crashes midway through watching over and over and over. Worst streaming app out of all the services.
I was unable to cancel my my subscription, contacted support, and advised them I couldn't cancel my subscription. They were unable to assist me and advised they were escalating my case. Two days after they charged me $19.00, they advised me that they had found my account.

auto play not working whilst casting and having to put subtitles back on everytime I watch a new episode is annoying 😒
dropping out every couple min and going back to the start, problems playing stream, or not being able to play movies at all due to technical difficulties it says, have deleted app and reinstalled twice its still doing it, have no issues with any other movie app I have stan,netfix, paramount,Disney, prime only problems I ever have is with binge if it wasn't the only platform that is playing the last season of the outlander series and is first to play other series i like I would cancel

The recent update ruined my experience, I don't know what I'm paying for anymore with these streaming services. Constant crashes and restarts for no apparent reason. Edit: Absolutely useless app, not worth the value 😑 no it's not an "internet issue." Get your bugs fixed!
still a Very buggy app..
Absolute junk. The interface is horrible. It is buggy and you cannot play or pause things without losing your place and having to restart the application. The worst streaming channel app around. No series or show they have is good enough to pay for a zero quality product. To add insult to injury, cancelling your subscription is not easy because they work through the Hubbl portal which is also junk. We have to stop giving such companies our money people. Destroy by cutting off their supply.
The mobile app (android) is unusable, I'm on Standard subscription with no ads and when watching tv episodes it repeatedly resets to the start of the episode, then varies between a few seconds to minutes before it resets again, have to watch in desktop browser instead as its too frustating 😡
