This app SUCKS. I've yet to watch a full episode/movie without it crashing or starting from the beginning. My connection is fine as my other streaming services all function without issue. I don't understand how you can't develop an easy to use, easy to run streaming service in 2026. It's as if it runs on dial-up.
Zero stars. This and Kayo are the worst streaming apps ever. Cancelled subscription today. Lags, shuts down on its own, freezes...etc etc. The worst. Horrible. Overpriced. Terrible. Unlike. Unfollow
drops out all the time. and live chanels don't work they just buffer the whole time. however netflix, stan and prime don't before you blame my connection.

New sunscriber. Disappointed! Binge wont let me stream from website so I downloaded app. App won't let me log in, even though I've verified my email and only just set up my password. yes my ohone is compatible.Even uninstalled and reinstalled. Too tired now to watch what I was hoping to watch, spent an hour trying to set it all up.

absolutely horrendous cancelled subscription but somehow they have stolen money out of my account..... so be careful!!! yes they are refunding but in 5 to 7 days pretty hard when you are relying on the funds that they took they have taken even more money now!!!! yes i have spoken to support4 but nothing yous can do im going to have to report yous to the Commonwealth Bank because I do not give consent for all this money coming out definitely when I cancelled the subscription!! u have no rights
Do not fall for their "free trial" SCAM!! This is an atrocious company preying on users and stealing their money. They charged me the full amount whilst I was within the trail period! I didn't even use the service at all since it doesn't offer anything good. The charged for the renewal too early, without my awareness and with no confirmation. They are now refusing to provide a refund. Absurd responses, pathetic customer service, illegal practices which they can fight the ACCC and ombudsman over.

Rubbish app. Don't Waste your money! Broken search engine gives random garbage. You have to use Google for links. Then you get halfway through your show and it hits you with the circle of death and black screens. Just sits there loading forever. Fix the problem! With such a bad star rating, the creators need to get their fingers out instead of being lazy and lining their pockets with our money. Uninstalled!!
ZERO *s. Latest version of this app is appalling! THEY HAVE REMOVED FEATURES that include: new programs, new episodes of shows you are watching and their is no continue watching feature. The app also doesn't access the full content library, stating a show is no longer available on BINGE, even though it can be watched on TV version. Get tid of KAYO and other BS games etc. They just F up the streaming service which is what we pay for. The subscription itself is ridiculously overpriced.

been trying to watch the movie jaws and every time I try to it says "oops sorry can't play this at the moment try again later". fix it!
There's no continue watching function. And shows which I can watch through the browser don't even show up in the search in the app.

Got premium membership on sale for $5. Figured "$5 to watch a few shows is worth it". partway through one episode, I was asked to log in again. Decided to give it another chance and just spent 15 minutes waiting for the service to connect on my tv... only for it to give me an error message.

Never should have accepted the update. None of the shows I want to watch show up in the new app. Dispite them being available moment before updating. BINGE you suck.

This is the worst of all the streaming apps I've used. It doesn't automatically move on to the next episode, you can't use your TV remote to play or pause and there's no skip intro. It also pauses itself all the time and you have to go back into your phone to press play. Absolutely 💯 rubbish. I purchased the "no ad" version and that's the only thing good about it.
Binge needs people to report the company to fair trading,for taking peoples money without providing a service there's enough evidence by the ratings here and I hopefully people will start reporting Binge where something will be done

Doesn't load properly and crashes constantly. Very bad app experience.
