This app SUCKS. I've yet to watch a full episode/movie without it crashing or starting from the beginning. My connection is fine as my other streaming services all function without issue. I don't understand how you can't develop an easy to use, easy to run streaming service in 2026. It's as if it runs on dial-up.

absolutely horrendous cancelled subscription but somehow they have stolen money out of my account..... so be careful!!! yes they are refunding but in 5 to 7 days pretty hard when you are relying on the funds that they took they have taken even more money now!!!! yes i have spoken to support4 but nothing yous can do im going to have to report yous to the Commonwealth Bank because I do not give consent for all this money coming out definitely when I cancelled the subscription!! u have no rights

Do not fall for their "free trial" SCAM!! This is an atrocious company preying on users and stealing their money. They charged me the full amount whilst I was within the trail period! I didn't even use the service at all since it doesn't offer anything good. The charged for the renewal too early, without my awareness and with no confirmation. They are now refusing to provide a refund. Absurd responses, pathetic customer service, illegal practices which they can fight the ACCC and ombudsman over.

Rubbish app. Don't Waste your money! Broken search engine gives random garbage. You have to use Google for links. Then you get halfway through your show and it hits you with the circle of death and black screens. Just sits there loading forever. Fix the problem! With such a bad star rating, the creators need to get their fingers out instead of being lazy and lining their pockets with our money. Uninstalled!!

ZERO *s. Latest version of this app is appalling! THEY HAVE REMOVED FEATURES that include: new programs, new episodes of shows you are watching and their is no continue watching feature. The app also doesn't access the full content library, stating a show is no longer available on BINGE, even though it can be watched on TV version. Get tid of KAYO and other BS games etc. They just F up the streaming service which is what we pay for. The subscription itself is ridiculously overpriced.

This is the worst of all the streaming apps I've used. It doesn't automatically move on to the next episode, you can't use your TV remote to play or pause and there's no skip intro. It also pauses itself all the time and you have to go back into your phone to press play. Absolutely 💯 rubbish. I purchased the "no ad" version and that's the only thing good about it.
