I tried contacting them and letting them know because I purchase in the app as well. well let's just say I guess they don't like you to complain so they blocked me to where I can't contact them . some ppl like to play games in my case it helps my anxiety

It used to be a lot of fun until they got greedy. They plugged AI or something into it in order to maximize their profits and squeeze every dime they can out of you while absolutely screwing you over. They keep making it harder and harder to play for free. They constantly change the rules of the game without notifying you. They make it impossible to complete your card albums without you having to throw money at it. They charge different players different prices for the in game ticket packs.
I have been playing for a good while and these new updates are awful. you cant trade with your teammates the way we could before, the side games take so many tickets to even qualify you can only play a round before your out of tickets for the day, unless you wanna spend money. tbh all the updates come off very greedy and money based. very disappointed. if I didnt have a group I was really close with, i would have already deleted the game, but im definitely playing bare minimum for now.
You will only be able to play for a few minutes a day, as there is no consistent way to refill your tickets for multiple games without spending money, even if you wait over the course of 24 hours. The app constantly bombards your screen to try and get you to make purchases with real money. Every single aspect of the game seems to be designed to slowly bleed you until you either pay them money or quit.
After playing this game for a few years I am very disappointed with how the game has gone. it used to be such a joy to play but lately it is very rare that you get a bingo. The latest gold trade was an absolute farce and was no use to anyone really. it won't be long before you lose another player if the game doesn't change for the better
In the beginning it was fun . As you start progressing the levels become very difficult and bingos are unachievable. They randomly announce trade days and make rules without informing. They want people to buy but you get all duplicate cards. You have added to our stress. Customer support is not at all helpful. Without multiple spending, it's difficult to complete the album . Disappointed.
EDIT *JN29/26* again your changes are WORSE WAS a fun and enjoyable game...may I repeat * WAS* but developers have sucked the life out of it with every single thing they do... There are thousands of unhappy players which nobody seems to care about!!! Imyself will NEVER spend another cent on this game. EDIT-wow update After update. now a change in Gold trade with no heads up. spending money & still not getting cards needed. the game is no longer fun! shame on this game for being money hungry .END EDIT. deleting when tickets are gone. .I've been playing this game daily, faithfully for almost a YEAR!! with every update also comes increases in the bets and the prices of the ticket/diamond/power up packs you have to purchase (in order to play daily!!!) I love this game! probably 2 much honestly.
well the game has really deteriorated, now we have to exchange for Gold cards when it's been a free send since gold cards started. you guys change things and expect to get praised for stupid ideas no one asked for you to touch. bring back the regular gold days.

use to love the game, but the updates and constant changing of their play rules with no notification a head of change, gold trade day etc. has made me look more Into other bingo games. also the lack of response from the support team isn't there either

They do not care about the players, only lining their pockets. The game used to be amazing. Gradually over the years they made it worse and worse. My review stems from the worst change they made yet on the game. Which showed they do not value any of us at all.
I didnt even want to give this game a 1 star. it's pathetic. I have been playing for 4 years and after today I'm leaving. The owners are a bunch of greedy hogs ( that's putting it nicely ) . It was ok at first , but everytime they made changes it was for the worse and it's just no fun anymore.

This game is trash. Used to play daily and could win enough tickets to play for hours. Even spent some money for tickets. Now you will burn through every ticket you have in 2 or 3 games. Just played 3 rounds with 4 cards each and got 1 single bingo. What a joke. All the side games cost so many tickets to qualify you cant even place or play without spending money. Just another money hungry app. So sad.
DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS!! EXPEN$IVE!! Used to be fun but Vertex has gotten GREEDY. They say you can play without paying, but you can't. Impossible to complete album games when they limit the cards needed to complete it. Games rarely win & they consistently want $19, $29, to over $100 for items, power upside & bonuses. Long-time players are leaving in droves because it's no longer fun. Find another Bingo game - this one now sucks & they have absolutely no respect for their players.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Bingo Frenzy used to be one of my favorite games because it was fun and rewarding. Now it feels more focused on making progress difficult than creating an enjoyable experience. The constant duplicate Gold cards and new Gold trade restrictions have taken away the excitement and teamwork. Please listen to your players. A generous game builds loyal players, while a greedy one drives them away. I hope you choose to make Bingo Frenzy fun again. Reward players fairly, and everyone wins together
Unfortunately this game has been a money grab for a long time. The sudden changes and price increases to the game are appalling. Now with the sudden gold card trade change, it has now rendered it next to impossible to complete the album.
al these changes, no heads up. they want you to pay to play. game is trash, customer service trash. change it back how it used to be!!!!!
Revised from a 5 star review to 0 if I could!Been playing since December 2022..Loved this game until I could not complete an album any longer. today on this current album Gold trade days is now like King trade days..Star for a Star. If it wasn't for the people I have met playing this game I would have left last album. Im going to continue with this album and if I can't complete this one..Im out. What a shame 😢
In the last few months it's really gone down hill. With every update the game gets worse. It's almost impossible to get bingos now. Side games can't be completed. Albums are getting harder to complete. To top it off, they've just changed the exchange rules without warning, and suspended the Facebook community trading pages a couple of days before the trade because they knew people would complain! Don't get this game. It's impossible to play without spending money and it's so expensive!!
Game is a rip off spent a lot of money on this game hardly win anymore and now they are giving new players loads of extras for free in this game. Certain rooms price of tickets to play have gone win rate is bad now hard to get any bingos getting harder to collect ingredients and now gold trade is same as king trade can only trade same star cards as as usual everyone needs same cards to finish bingo frenzy sort the game out instead of putting prices up wanted to give 0 star
Don't start this game because you're just going to end up pissed off and frustrated because after you've been playing the game for like a couple of levels everything changes. bingo frenzy has made it impossible to play this game because there is an algorithm in the game that makes it so you can't win after you've been playing for a short time. and now they've made changes just this week, that basically make it impossible to get ahead. Don't start playing trust me.
0* if only I could, the game is cash grabbing and nothing else. it used to be the best, graphics were good, team play is great, made lots of friends, however fot the last year or so, winning became luxury, can't compete any task nor album unless you spend 💵💵💵 and a lot of it, do yourself a favour and find another game
Updated: Now that they have made the gold day an exchange day like the kings, I no longer see any fun in this game. it's become more stress in my life due to the greed by the developers and the ever changing rules. 1. Side games are difficult to finish due to the developers. 2. Gold cards now have to be exchanged. 3. Some side challenges require a ridiculous amount of tickets to activate. 4. Dupe after dupe after dupe in card packs Truthfully, the list goes on and on. I am done.
Once you start playing they will make the game too difficult to complete the book in order for you to have enough tickets to keep playing. If you purchase tickets, they jack the prices up each and every time you buy 💸💸💸
Absolute ripoff....Hungry for money game. used to be fun. Don't download, fake bingos, developers only out for money. you'll be disappointed.
why can't I get the game
I have been playing this game since 2020. I 've gone through all the ups and downs with changes over the years. Most of them work out in the end. This is honestly my favorite bingo game. I have to mention the most recent changes have made everyone who plays daily want to quit the game completely. Most of us dont mind spending money, but as soon as you do, you start losing. The price of packages get higher the higher your VIP level. (unaffordable) It's also harder to complete any special events.
This game was at one time fun and enjoyable, but now with all their updates it's more of a how much are you willing to pay and spend. Meanwhile the players get nothing.
