terrible, all ID s completely wrong to the point it's comical (got a lot of Asian birdlife here in rural Germany much to the delight of my companions ) - yes location permissions were on. also, now I don't know know how to cancel my recurring payments !
Same bird sounds and it's come up with 10 different types of bird only 1 native to uk. Feel very cheated having paid,now downloaded a free bird sound app that worked 1st time
This app proves to be almost useless to identify South African birds. I tried to record bird sounds directly from another app on a second cell phone, so that there are no other sounds that may be confusing. The rate of correctly identification is less than 1 out of 10. I'm very disappointed as the purchasing of this app (identification of birds by sound) was meant to be a birthday gift from my son.
zero ability to pick European birds
Rubbish, aparently there are birds from the amazon liv ing in my garden. Dnn't pay for this!
Uninstalled immediately! Ads are obnoxious and long and most are fake warnings to scare you into installing garbage utilities. And it gave me three different answers for the same bird sound.

I live in the UK, whilst trying to identify birds from their songs in my garden, the app is identifying birds only found in South America!

Does not have enough common birds in the collection and cannot correctly identify bird sounds when recorded. One improvement might be to have a location indicator so that local birds can be identified vs searching birds worldwide. Not worth the money in its current state.
I live in central Texas, and paid for this app. Every time I try to identify a call it confidently gives me the ID and info of birds that only live in Asia, Africa, or South America. Not once has it identified a native species. Like, it doesn't even come close. I just cancelled my subscription, PLEASE don't pay money for this. There are better ones for free.
Told me I had a toucan in my garden (in the UK) and then spewed out a ridiculous amount of ads. Not good!

Cannot find instructions on how to use the app Kept jumping out of the app when I stopped recording. Pop up notification says that this app has a bug. I cannot use it. 32.99€ down the drain?
I used it for the first 5 second audio clip and it misidentified any bird that even is remotely close to my area. then I tried to use it a second time and an ad popped up and wouldn't go away and I couldn't even continue using the app. pure junk.
I don't think this app identifies North American bird sounds. So far, every one I have tried to identify has been Australian or Asian.

rubbish . can't identify a Thrush. said a Blackbird in the UK was some bird heard only in Australia. bet i can't get my money back.

Misidentified the bird every single time. I think it might just be randomly choosing a bird and saying that's what it is. Besides that, if that wasn't enough, the ads are out of control and probably violate Google's policies.

poor app , hard to use
Never identifies a bird in your region. This app has even identified a call as belonging to an almost extinct bird in the Amazon. I don't live anywhere close to the Amazon.

this app sucks it identified a bird by sound wrong on my first two recordings and the second one said it was a bird from west Africa. this app sucks.
not suitable for UK and can't get refund. don't install
the first time I used it it told me the birdsong I heard was a pink flamingo, I'm in New Zealand.
Very off on many pictures and sounds. Really disappointed. Changed from a 3 to a 1 star after multiple wrong IDs including one photon ID'd as a Gorilla

Rubbish. Identifies tropical rain forest birds in the woodlands of UK.
load of rubbish. Couldn't even identify a starling, reckoned it was some kind of bird from Canada
does not apply to South Africa - it recognizes birds for other countries which do not exist here - arrange a refund please
