One of the worst apps I've ever used. Even if you enter the correct location, the order gets placed for a different location. This leads to unnecessary issues and a terrible user experience.

On top of that, they expect customers to wait 7-10 working days for a refund. This is highly disappointing and shows a lack of proper inventory management and customer service. I would not recommend using this service.

On 7 June 2026 place a order and immediate it out of stock so cancel the order and immediate get connected with support team through chat and also got call and ask do you want refund and promo and asked what is promo they said it will be valid for 6 month you can use like a coupon and total amount were 203 and 34 or 35 around said will refund and 169 will create promo and on order also show refund initiate in 3 days you will get but till the day I don't get any refund&promo chat support(worst).

this is a scam about that the offers first 3 delivery and the brownie I never get that and your customer support doesn't have the option listed about that and you don't have the option to call customer support to resolve the issues what is it??

positive side quantity of food was good i ordered makhani paneer biryani that was worst biryani I ever had taste was like boiled rice with some pieces of paneer with v.small amount of flavour added don't order and don't spoil your taste. might be it was preserved from a long time even they don't mention expiry of food. and the tea w taste like machine tea I ordered the food after review but I guess most of the reviews are paid. you guys must try zepto it's far better and genuine

Had very poor experience while ordering at bistro. Catching customers in name of freebies and then not delivering what they promised. they said they'll give a free brownie with order about 200 which they did not provide. neither customer support helped .e regarding the same matter. very poor experience at Bistro. won't order again from app.
Their kitchen opens until late night they do take orders but always fail to deliver.
It was a very bad app They took the payment of an unavailable order & didn't get the refund back
I have ordered at night around 8 Pm and delivery time was showing off 9 min from the last 20 min then the delivery person was unreachable. Then I got a call from the supp team neither did accommodate that and help me with any coupon they just cancelled and initiate the refund is this the service you are providing?? At least if there is any issue from your side you should give it for free with refund or you should arrange any other partner for delivery very bad experience
Most of the time, I have experienced stale, tasteless, and low-quality food through Bistro bookings. The food quality needs significant improvement.

Not Good Service, services was good at starting phase but now i have to wait for more then 35 min for ordee delivery and when i was ordering then it was showing that order will deliver in 15 min. at last i have to cancel my order
They are thiefs ..... first you place your order and pay them afterwards they will cancel your order and never refund your money...thats what i experienced with the BISTRO ... don't order from this application,low quality food and everything is dried aged .. don't use this app
