i have ordered chicken burger but received veg burger and after that worse coustomer service, not able to get any kind of help from them.
not as good as it used to be. additionally some good items are removed
quality of food delivered is terrible and no resolution is provided by the team upon raising concern. money wasted on food that we could not eat. no refund, no resolution. please use other alternatives like swish, zepto cafe or main stream apps like swiggy. they are much better.
I did not receive my order, but it is marked as delivered. The delivery partner called me, I asked him to come to the basement, but he did not arrive. I waited for more than 30 minutes and tried calling him 5-6 times, but he did not respond. I have already paid, and this is unacceptable.
Poor Food Poorest customer Assistance.
Food taste and quality are getting worse day by day. Initially, the taste, quality, and quantity were good, but nowadays they are not good at all, that's why I am going to install this app. It feels like the good start was just to attract customers.
customer service took 10 min and said I will not get money back instead of changing the order I just wanted food man they made sure that instead of canceling the order they tell me the amount will not be deducted and kept on wasting time instead of talking to the kitchen they had to just change the address that's it I reached out in 2 second
They simply promise offers. If you are eligible for a free item, they will not send it in delivery even if we add it to cart. Later if we contact the Help section, they are also waste as usual. This has happened to me 3 consecutive times. Very disappointing and worst experience. I will not be ordering from Bistro again. FYI- I unistalled the app
Unsafe and idiot delivery partners
i have ordered Allo Samaosa today using this aap first time, delivery is good but taste of things not well samosas are cold not like cold they are just bring them from refrigerator i dont eat them 1 bite and throw them in dustbin
It's not available in half on the places in Delhi. And not available in jaipur at all. I mean Chanakyapuri is a top notch place but its not there.

I want to order 2 coffee and wrongly placed order for 1 coffee and Immediately within 1 min raise concern with bistro helpline that I want to modify the order from 1 coffee to 2 coffee. blinkit helpline is like sorry sir cannot modify then I asked to cancel the order and they told me that sir 100% cancellation will be applicable. this is totally wrong that customer don't have any right to modify or cancel order within first few minutes without any cancellation charges

experience was very bad the food is not good not flavourful it was just like much much bad
They sent me a stale hard and dry brownie and they refused to give me a refund for it. I asked them if a refund for their brownies isn't applicable for everyone but they told me it wasn't applicable only for my order, because a moment before I asked for a refund for the churros which also arrived dry and stale.

They confirm the order and after a very very long time they would cancel it stating high demand. And they never refund also. This happened to me around 5 times.
damn the food is awful
So I opened the app with new account and I could not place an order with 50% discount. There was an error in placing coupon code. There is no customer support at all in the app itself
how to uninstall as no services available in my area
“Unavailable due to high demand” - this is what I see about 80% of the time. This message is apparently meant for businesses with strong demand, but it ends up highlighting their failure to deliver. If I can’t get coffee when I need it, the app becomes just another unreliable, dysfunctional food service. And the only response from the developers to such ratings is, “Please share your order ID.” I wish I had one.

Recently I ordered 2 moong daal halwa, after payment one order confirmed one is cancelled,ok with that support team says that you will get refund amount 3 days to 5 days . still not credited any amount. before that one time this also happens customer support team said that bank not allowed for refund. worst app

I don't usually give bad reviews but I'm literally disappointed this time it was very bad experience for me this year I don't know whether it's a glitch of the app or what but even if from my side the location shows correct but for the delivery partner it's always some other location very far away from my area at last i have to send my current location to him personally and delivery which should not take more than max 25 minutes takes almost an hour to reach me i am uninstalling this app finally
Not sure what's the use of this app by Blinkit. All the required food items are always remains out of stock. Guess this app will be discontinued soon by blinkit.
