🚨Protection shuts off at random without notice. This has been an ongoing issue for several months. I have to check periodically to turn protection features back on about every 2 or 3 days lately as they're not running already like they're supposed to be since the last time the protection features were left up and running. This is essentially a set up for repeating security sabotage, and an outrageous breach in all aspects of my personal safety. I've done hours of trouble shooting to no avail🚨
This app is causing more problems rather than solving my problem in my life. I don't think a subscriber of the product like me should understand what the technical problem of this app is about. I purchase this product to use the security functions provided and get a peace of mind, not to waste my time fixing it.

tried to go from trial to purchase, but even though it recognizes my payment, it says I only have a few days of trial left. I do not know what will happen when my trial period ends.

Obviously Bitdefender doesn't care! May '26 & the problem persists! One wk a Report, nothing for wks & *surprise* a Report; then NO Reports.😡😡😡 May '25: The Weekly Reports are very inconsistent!😡 It will *claim no activity this week* but there was plenty; with screenshots "Browsing is secured by Web Protection". Obviously Web Protection was turned on! For several wks it won't provide a proper Report, then one wk it will, then it's back to 'no activity'. Bitdefender Please Fix This Problem!!!
first of all They changed my font, never did ANYTHING just a waste NEVER download this again
the five-star reviews sound so fake, so similar to each other. website says free Android version available. don't believe it. it's a lie. not free. for a "trial period" they make you sign up for a recurring payment & trust them not to keep charging if cancelled. lying. not worth the risk of them stealing. since it probably doesn't even work to find a RAT anyway. none of them do. just have to contact the device manufacturer about replacing all system files. (factory reset doesn't get rid of RAT.)

0 star. Anti virus okay. But no cache cleaner like AVG. App lock feature is worst & erratic when compared to many free apps. I can delete any app straightaway. App lock feature not secured. Another desirable feature is Widget disguise and app hide
signed up, logged in, app cannot authenticate my account even after reseting the app multiple times.
worked until recently. Had to delete app, every couple of seconds the app would send a notifcation "application carrier hub is clean" this caused phone to overheat and killed battery life. would reinstall if issue was fixed.
web protection constantly turning itself off. have turned off battery optimisation etc still happening.difficult to unsubscribe . would be a good app if it would work properly. won't be renewing subscription. After reading all of the reviews concerning web protection turning itself off it seems that it's a recurring problem that the developers just choose to ignore rather than fix anything therefore I would be wasting my time and effort in contacting you. will use till subscription finished
Constant "Application Mobile Services is clean" message every 5 seconds. Started this morning, killing my battery and hearing up my phone. not sure what is going on with the app, but needs to be fixed.

I really did not like it. It almost felt like a Mac Cafe pop-up from a virus lol. Ya'll need to upgrade the system and UI 'cus it's very sketchy. I did not appreciate the 14 day trial neither. That is simply not enough time to try an anti-virus.
To expensive and with modern systems this program is not needed. dont waste your money.

Overall a good app but very recently it's started flooding my phone with toast notifications.
I GOT BITDEFENDER I WAS HAKED A FEW WEEKS A GOT HOW IS IT POST TO WORK THE HACKER KEPT GOING IN MY PHONE AND KEPTED CUTTING THE SETTINGS OFF ON MYBANTIVIRUS APP AND KEPT MAKING MY VPN SWITCH LOCATIONS I HAVE NORD VPN IF THE HACKER GETS A HOLD OF YOUR PHONE NUMBER THEY CAN GET AROUND YOUR ANTI-VIRUS SERCUITY IT SEEMS LIKE NO SERCUITY CAN STOP THEM
Running worse than a virus! I have Intel ultra 9 275HX, 32Gb of RAM and an NVIDIA 5060... it's seriously slowly down my pc.... You're probably better off resource wise with a virus.
Just Googled and the app can't even scan a specific file. The helpdesk response said it only automatically scans apps not downloaded through the store, but those are only apks. That PDF? Who knows? Their suggestion: move the potentially infected file to your PC and scan there. If it were funny it'd be a joke. Bitdefender is counting this app towards my paid plan device usage. Fortunately, it does come with Bitdefender's endless unhelpful notification & unintuitive UIs.
I keep on getting the message Application Mobile Services is clean. I'm running a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I've Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and keep on getting the same message every 10 seconds
