I have had the App for almost a year now and I dont know why I have kept it so long. It doesn't work all the time im always having to restart everything and now it's a daily thing to restart everything! It's really hard to contact them even though you pay top dollar! I payed for year membership..I won't be back to renew this app.
VPN lacks stability
Too many problems with this app and the Bitdefender support is unable to resolve the technical problems that I have reported.
It was good, but recently it caused a lot of problems with all Google services. Google blocked my YouTube page access, and Google Wallet was also affected, so I couldn't use it to pay. Also, the customer service response time was very bad. When I opened a ticket to troubleshoot those issues, they replied after seven days with repeated questions. Of course, I was completely dissatisfied and uninstalled this app, and I will never use it again. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Vpn doesn't work after app closes. Also it's really slow.
junk is the right word for this thing, no connection, my 300 mbits turns to 30 on Windows. seriously!!
I can not sign in
The worst VPN I've used. Constantly dropping connection and won't reconnect automatically. I have to go into the app and turn it on and off to get it working again. Then, half the time it won't turn off!!! I have to turn my wifi/Data off completely or the application just hangs. Wish I hadn't bought a 2 year subscription. now I'm stuck with this garbage.
VPN won't stay active even though I have premium
paid for premium, failed to work after, tried reboot, reinstall etc, called cust service, long wait, very poor assistance. didn't rectify issue, was escalated & told to wait for an email that never arrived. Honestly thinking about cancelling all services and going elsewhere.
7.days.not.free.why
Vpn (paid) has stopped working in GCC from last couple of months, i waited for new update that it might fix the issue but it still remains the same. Strangely free vpns are working and paid one is not working. Have been using bitdefender products since 2015-16 and vpn from day one when it was launched. 🫤. Ps i tried every troubleshooting available online on bd web and forums.

Can't work in China from phone. but the VPN in the laptop can works good. on my phone i use F-Secure VPN its works immediately without any problems. and now i have bought Bitdefender family ultimate security and i am really disappointed.
does not mask the VPN apps can find out still

Surprised that it found nothing in my devices while they're showing symptoms of Security Breach... and VPN is so-so... too slow 🐌
I feel like this is "toy grade" software. For entertainment, satire, or novelty. See benefits of Mull-vad for comparison. "(company name) is running" appears when your app runs. that causes me a lack of trust considering you app can't figure out what company it is trying to be. also, I fear this app does nothing for port 53 and ISP monitoring, as well as not being audited by a non partial third party for transparency. I fear this app is great for my mom, but as a "slightly educated" user.......
