the amount of ads in this game is reduction, there's one at the bottom of the screen, there's one that pops up in the different tabs when you open them that takes up like half the screen, and there's pop up ads and you have to pay $10 just to be able to pay the game surtout ad thrown in your face every 2 seconds, id rather just delete the app and find a different game, it's not a good enough if a game to tolerate all the ads

The App has been designed for in game app purchases they lit waited where the most players were playing and then they turned it into a cash grab it used to be fun only with the bitizenship now it's pay to fun game it's lwky not kewl
Look if you aren't going to fix vampire mode then at least let us disable expansions (yeah even though I paid for it I aant it gone if it stays current state.)

There are so many damn ads and the fact you have to pay $15 to make it ad free is outrageous. do better
Too many limitations and ads even without wifi you still gonna get ads so I don't recommend this game and if it possible to give 0 star I will do it for sure

I had 2 delete 2 make room on my phone. and went to download it back and all my stuff was gone. I spend a good amount of money.
as a person who played since version 1.4 im Just dissapointed, the game used to be fun and Just a bit repetetive so everyone expected huge updates with advanced family Trees large characters systems and maybe more in detail gameplay rather than a full year at a time. seeing this game now is worth tearing up for this game became so pay to win and even pay to play properly there is hundreds of dollars needed just to play the full game and don't get me started on the ads from a 10/10 game to a 0

I had this app on my old phone and got a new one and now it's saying I only have a few expansions (I had the boss pack) and it's frustrating that I can't get it back I tried pressing restore earlier purchases many times I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling it still didn't work, please help candywriter
Uninstalled because once I switched phones and their app didnt recognize I was grandfathered into all updates... I had everything and even reached out to support showed screenshot. even downloaded via an old phone and they didnt help me at all... somethings clearly wrong with the app... I have one email that I use for games and have switched phones before and no issue.
too many ads
Used to be one of the best life simulator apps on the store, now it's just filled with AI slop and microtransactions. Very disappointing.
When the game first started out, it was pretty good. Then, they added a whole bunch of different DLC content that you have to pay money for which doesn't really workout for us folks who don't make you know, a million dollars a day. Not only that, but they use AI slop in their advertisements along with that they use false advertisements.
too much & expensive in game purchases. can't enjoy anymore
very bad game
game was great until I got a new phone and restored my old purchases, however, only my job packs were restored but none of the vip activities which I previously owned for buying bitizenship and godmode back in 2020. there is also no option to buy then all back in a bundle and id have to buy each one separately.

I used to love this game, and the premise is great, gameplay is fun, using text over images is perfect for a simple mobile gameplay. But when I came back to it years later I found too many things were locked up and wanted you to watch ads or purchase them to play. it's not the quality free game the way it used to be, still quality, and still technically free, but the baseline free experience is suffering.
this game used to be so much fun I could spend hours on it without any ads now its just frustrating also spending two and half hours playing a life just to come back to it later and noticed that nothing was save and im back to my previous life where I died
Makes no sense at all, any choice I make makes me stupid or loose happiness. Jumping into a pile of leaves sounds fun right? But nope, in this game it makes you sadder. Someone bullies you? Yeah let's just report them to the teacher but it makes you stupid. Honestly so confusing that I hate it
Clear visuals, functional buttons-that much works. But the constant ads cluttering every screen are excessive, especially with so many basic features locked behind numerous paywalls that are heavily pushed. I get needing revenue, but asking up to ~$200 in DLC makes the intrusiveness hard to ignore. Even EA lets you play more than two generations in The Sims. Overall, there are better games like this on the app store.

this game used to be fun, but the ads have gotten so bad it's basically unplayable. Some ads even lock you in and prevent you from going back to the game. it's a shame it used to be fun
don't use their store. they are trying ti circumvent paying Google a percentage. normally u would be behind this...but however they are doing it is scammy. my bank froze my card because I bought in app purchases thorough the new "store" just be aware it could cause you trouble too.
If you are F2P , this is the most overrated game that I've played so far.
there needs to be more special talents (genius, leader, etc). less event stuff and more game play options.
It's a somewhat fun game, but everything is behind a paywall. Activities range from $5 to $12+ EACH. There are obnoxious ads every few clicks, some even leading to virus pop ups. (When you click on something in the game, a random browser tab will open up and it'll be obvious virus ads) Which is very concerning and should be looked into. That makes me not as trustworthy of this mobile game, simply because of the excessive ads that include virus pop ups.
