everything cost to much
used to absolutely love this game, I still play it but only to play the older job packs from some years ago, ive spent a decent amount of money on this game for the packs and other modes but the past few years have just been down hill, they have gotten greedy and just seem like they dont care to make things better and more interesting. the "last" job pack is a joke and we waited way to long for a half baked producer job pack (should've been a free update for the music artist pack) its just bad.

Went from one of my favorite top games to one that I dont even think to open anymore.

Now they want me to buy everything again from their online store, which they say is cheaper even though the prices are clearly higher. And who charges $27.99 for an in-app expansion?! You're not The Sims, the whole game is just text and emojis. This game was fun at one point, but it's owned by scammers and thieves now. Stay away.
ads make it bad
It is not letting me play the fighter mode mma I got the fighter mode $10 and now not letting me play it. My phone is all the way updated too.
terrible. Basically unplayable without purchases. fun idea, crazy capitalistic developers. for a smooth gamepmay you can either : watch an add for basically every action you take (optional) and in between (not optional) or pay. many options that used to be free (like becoming a vampire, purchasing real estate, becoming a model, etc) require payments, i'm not talking about 1$ purchases, bur more like 22 dollars. crazy prices for a text based game.

I have been playing this game since basically the beginning. I've never had issues with it restoring my purchases when I switched phones until yesterday. I had every expansion and vampire mode and now I can't restore it I just got the fighter mode too and now it wants me to pay again. I guess I'm done with BitLife.
too much paid stuff required for better experience
l think this game is amazing it's like experiencing things you did thank you for making this game and thank you candy writer😍🤩 EDIT: This game used to be amazing, but now you have to pay for all the good features. Which makes it less entertaining now.
just put a price tag in it at this point, like c'mon. It's completely unenjoyable at the moment because of the amount of ads. The game is practically unplayable now. They also locked previously free features behind paywall which, to me, feels slimy. it's a shame because it's fun when you get to play it but it's just too bare bones atp. Plus premium is waaaay too costly for what the game is. Guess they got greedy
ultimate fighter mode not working
They took away bit citizenship. Everything that I had from when I bought this game years ago is also gone. Seriously think a lawsuit should be brought against this game. I can't access my museums, I can't rent out houses anymore. I was very excited for the future of this game, now I just want my money back. Am I getting my stuff back?

becoming greedy like the Sims developers, you have to pay for normal career options and now even though I payed for no ads it has a check mark saying I need to pay for no ads again. things that didn't require videos before now do!? like simply wanting to sign up for socials or study instruments. uninstalling I barely played this game anyways but now I really don't want to. rip off

used to be good. but after the creators got bought out its nothing more than a cash grab. all the "new stuff" the creativity aspect is gone because you wanna get out of jail it costs $9 you want a specific career also $9 you want to immigrat to a specific county. welp you better have a card ready because you guessed it it also cost 9 dollars. its honestly disgusting people are out here struggling to just survive NOONE DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. I hope these greedy POS make a 2.99 game like normal

I had this game on my old phone and I had all expansions and did restore purchases and it will only give me bitizen back edit I was just leaving a nice review hoping the devs would look into it but now I've seen multiple people leaving bad reviews for the same problem is candy writer just incompetent or are they so greedy they won't help the first supporters of the game with their problems come of fellas do better Don't buy anything on this game if you plan on ever changing devices.
the pure greed of this game is the type they speak about in the Bible, I have been a fan of this game since 2020ish and I have been through thick and thin, and I'm a sucker for online bundles and skin and such but MY GOD they take it to a next level... I could buy a meal from McDonald's for the cost of whatever slop they call "bundles", pathetic.

TOO MANY AD'S I can't even play it peacefully
I paid for the ad-free a while back. Now, suddenly I'm being forced to watch ads for every little thing. I ended up uninstalling it because I'm not paying anymore than I already have when I already paid once to remove most of the ads. buyer beware, as I saw some comments that were a couple years back of the app doing this same thing. Sounds scammy
pass disappeared? I log in today and realized my boss mode is missing. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, restored purchases but its still missing

I downloaded bitlife but the ufc update wasn't on.
Keeps crashing while watching ads. And it's ALWAYS three. Also, almost every choice is locked behind an ad, even if you don't succeed in whatever you're doing. That's messed up. And it takes FOREVER to learn a skill.

it's a fun game but also it's almost impossible to play it if you don't make the in app purchases to get rid of ads...it wasn't always so bad it was manageable but now it's not even worth it. it's fun I enjoy it but won't be installing it again since the ads are too much for me. if you can bypass that, then it's definitely a great game to pass the time.
i started playing bitlife around the time it first launched. every now and then i come back to play. they have gotten so money hungry over the years. the game is riddled with ads. i hate that i will voluntarily watch an ad for an interaction and then as soon as i get back to bitlife it just sends me into another unprompted ad. it makes it almost unplayable. genuinely pushing you to spend some type of money on the game. so sad.
Money Grab, ads are extra annoying, you d9nt get the rewards everytime. plus they sell 20 dollar items and the there are hundreds of them. pure money grab
