an Frechheit kaum zu überbieten, stiehlt Bitpanda jetzt schon von einer ohnehin kostenlosen Kryptotransaktion werden einfach 5€ Einzahlungsgebühr gestohlen und wenn man unter 10€ einzahlt, gilt sogar das ganze Geld gestohlen und gilt einfach als verloren, während man es auf der Blockchain immer noch auf "seiner" Wallet Adresse liegen sieht... wieder mal zeigt sich "Not your Key's, not your Wallet"... Zeit den Acc entgültig zu löschen und rein web3 wallets zu verwenden... Be unbanked
The app itself is great. Problem is as a an EU resident they ask me for a TIN number, which I can't provide as a non-employed student. After confirming this in their form it set me on hold for months already. Their AI is useless for this case.

don't want this app
Many times trades can't be executed because the buy/sell screen either infinitely loads or just throws an error. This is much more likely to happen during higher volatility timeframes, but that's exactly where you would want to react. I have lost out on closing opportunities because of this. Another thing is that it looks like the current portfolio value is not calculated correctly, it is calculating with lower than actual bid prices, but sometimes also higher... Also spreads are extortionate.
The advertising for this app is a terrible disaster. And this advertisement lasts forever.

this advert is totally wrong it needs be investigated at the highest level it took my son, a long process, who his has a Master's degree in Computre Sicence, to work out to obliterate this advert of many of many of this garbage, taking away my liberty to choose what i want to seen I am leaving in coming adverts,

total disaster. cannot install. I get a code by phonecall and immediately am returned to the page where I have to type my email address and password, only to be told to repeat again and again. one star by mistake. deserves zero stars
Probably one of the worst in the market. They charge you with high commissions on every trade. And, their buy and sale prices are with the huge gap. It is not good for investors or traders.

after last update it tell.me to accept agreement, accepting the terms and clicking accept, leaves the application. I've tried to reinstall to no avail.
Seit dem neusten Update schließt sich die App immer wenn ich die neuen "Terms & Conditions" akzeptieren will.. komme aktuell nicht mehr an mein Portfolio obwohl ich einige assets gerade gerne verkaufen würde.. absolute Katastrophe. Ich werde wohl zu einem anderen Broker wechseln sobald es wieder geht...
ATTENTION ! Je me suis fait subtiliser une somme considérable sur cette application et le service client me dit "c'est malheureux, mais on ne peut rien pour vous" Ils autorisent des virements importants en crypto sans même vous prévenir.

Grundsätzlich ja gute App, aber 1-3% Spread bei swaps. Da ist der Gewinn dahin wenn man 2 Mal im Jahr das Portfolio neu strukturiert.
I registered. I failed the address verification because the system somehow entered the postcode for a different street with the same name.(not my fault). It doesn't even recognise my correct postcode anyway - so for now I've closed my account. I will try again and if that does not work I will uninstall. Verdict thus far: Annoying.

can never get into the app. constantly resetting my password. Doesn't recognise my device. When you sell your assets you don't get the price you sell at. in any other company this wouldn't be allowed. Im deleting it. waste of time.

I'm trying to access my account, but I don't have the phone number associated with it. so I can go in to put the in or have any access. this is an incredibly bad loophole. find a solution.
Warning: Never leave your assets on this platform... Account blocked since July 2025 for some verification. Today, in November 2025, still blocked I’m told: "The relevant department is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible". 4 months...
die in der app eingestellte Währung auf dollar funktioniert leider sehr oft nicht. startet man die App werden dennoch eur werte angezeigt. nach einem force / close restart funktioniert es dann wieder richtig

I was trying to verify myself and the person who responded to me during the call, just ended it for no reason. Till now I couldn't verify my account. Really poor service.
only for uae citizens not for resident because for document verification only accepted document which is issued by U.A.E and there is only one option which is passport.
Garbage, fees are far too high and also they hold your assets and don't let you sell or exchange them. They also tell lies when responding, this company is disgusting! Anyone looking for a bad service....this is the place for you! what a bunch of horrible cuntz! stay well away from bitpanda!
Since transitioning to Bitpanda UK I can't use my Linux laptop nor even the app: I get "trading suspended" if I try to trade. Customer support are clueless, they thought that Linux was a browser (!?!), suggested to update and reinstall the app, to no avail. I aleady opened an account wirh Kraken and will transfer there. Despite what they say, I did all verifications, etc and the app was working till a few days ago, it's a bug in their system that they can't find showing their incompetence.
TL;DR: They're great till their oopsie loses you your money for good. Am pulling funds out of this exchange after their latest "system fault" led me to liquidation in their leveraged assets (understandably) during the recent market flash crash and NOT BEING ABLE TO BUY BACK IN TO SAID ASSET having to sit and watch the market back up (LOSING MY MONEY). I appreciate being liquidated when on margin to avoid risk, but I expect to be able to immediately take back my position at my discretion after.
Laughably high transaction fees, never seen such a greedy exchange.
