the most irritating app to create an account with. I've had four codes sent to me and it shuts chrome down causing it to not work or have an app memory. you cannot just even add a link to click on to add the code. the technology is lower than that of a high school student. then you don't allow people who have residents in the UK to do it even though I also have residents in Spain. funny when the UK actually follows EU Financial protocol. I don't understand the discrimination. terrible app.

the ads this company pushes out are HORRIBLE.
not solved. total coins appears but gets overwritten by the next line. please repair your app asap. ##### the line with number of coins has disappeared. and yes, I am using the latest version. pro mode shows it. the simple version not showing the number of coins.
Since last app update I can't get into my account anymore. Entering the 2FA code always sends me back to the login screen. Clearing cache and app data did not solve the problem.

On my tablet android 10 the app opens then nothing. Is this a screensaver? Mic permission disabled from the beginning. I don't get why a trading app would need permission to handle my mic...
All I get is a black screen. Not the experience I want from an app that I am about to trust my savings with.

Cannot complete registration process. Every time in the verification step there is "An error has ocurred, please try again"

Customer service is absolutely poor. They were not willing to support via phone call - only via email. I was experiencing several problems with the app: Amongst others, the security 2FA keeps requesting a new code everytime I login and accepting any random code. (definitely a security bug). Also, my transactions was often blocking. I reported and was told to install and reinstall app several times. Still the problem persisted. After weeks of writing back and forth, no call. I just got exhausted.
- when there is movement on the market, you can't buy or sell under the guise of slippage, ik the risk you are not my dad. - withdrawals used to be instant. for some reason it's not possible anymore and blame the bank for it. all lies. -no human support. you talk to a cheap rendition of chatgpt and if you ask for human contact, they 'forward' it but can't find a human employee so it just tells you it's been solved. very very unprofessional. used to be so much better. do not recommend

Simplistic app for grandma/pa's. Compared to other crypto exchanges and international offerings this is pathetic. Can't change a single indicator, just On/Off toggles. No insight as to what EMA is getting shown for example. Very limited time-frames. The stuff we have to put up with in the Netherlands. Checked the settings thought maybe I'm on a basic version, nope. Pro toggle was turned on. God knows what options you're shown in the basic mode. A big red Buy and Sell button? Super thrash
DENIES ACCESS for over 24 hours so far...!!! It wont let me log in "due to maintenance". It is completely unacceptable to deliberately deny access to volatile stock! For over 24 hours I cannot reach my funds!!! as soon as I get back I either expect a quality compensation for this circus or I obviously will move my funds to a more trustworthy company...
Terrible experience with Btvavo - the platform is constantly down for maintenance. Just when you need access the most, it’s unavailable. Way too much downtime for something that should be reliable. Very disappointing

stupid app design. there's no way to see all your open orders. you have to click each trading pair to see your open orders. and they don't let you withdraw your crypto. terrible
0/10 - Very bad experience all of my crypto got locked because of my account getting closed by them for no reason. I tried contacting the support but they said they closed my account for a specific reason, when I asked them for the reason they didn't tell me. I don't recommend this app at all! edit: i contacted support they unlocked my account for a week but said only bank withdrawals, i am unable to do bankwithdrawals at the moment due to reasons but they wont help me or understand at all.

I was using Bitvavo for years and my deposit method was, most of the time, PayPal. Now, since a few days ago I have been trying to deposit with Bitvavo and says I reached my limit... I contacted CS and they said that I reached the limit. After a few emails back and forth, they said it's because I reached my lifetime limit of deposits with PayPal... if you are going to use Bitvavo, be careful: it seems deposit limits are lifetime based... No help from CS whatsoever. Very disappointed.
some of the highest fees in the industry. and they block your ability to withdraw your crypto! i strongly recommend you use any other exchange than bitvavo. scammers!

after update to version 2.66.0 the app becomes very laggy and not responsive, the animation stutters
They harass people even after u delete ur account, I have been called by them multiple times in a scam attempt. update: 25-03-25 they are still sending me text messages on my phone number, emails etc, claiming people have logged into my account from various countries now either they have sold my data/ gave acces to those parties or Bitvavo personnel are just abusing their customers privacy and security. I will take legal action against them they don't stop.

Slow and buggy app. And their prices are always incorrect. Very scammy people that work there.
always problems with bitvavo, crypto withdrawals taking way too long, adding new crypto addresses is clunky and don't show up untill you restart the app. Very unprofessional.
Was good before. Now only errors when I try to buy or sell something. Definitely not recommend
Worst app, worst service. Have been blocked multiple times. Cant move my funds to other wallets.
I am having error 300 while placing the order for multiple times and sadly can't figure out what the issue is. The worst part, there is no option (or any easy way) to report the error to customer team.

My account has been verified but after a few days I still cant deposit money because of an error: "your identity is not yet verified" tried to contact customer support but they simply dont respond.
The app gave me an error message when trying to buy some xrp. So i tried 3 times, and guess what.. All 3 went through a view minutes later! Now I have bought too much and wasn't able to buy in small amounts, and missed the new bottom. Thanks for being unreliable and making me lose money.
Don't use this exchange. I barely get the app to load my wallet, also I constantly have issues selling crypto. Very unreliable.
Editing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. Transaction history doesn't show. And getting support is absolutely ridiculous. The bitvavo bot or whatever it is called is stupid as hell. Still one of the lowest fees so I guess that's worth the one star.

Sell limit order (Stop sell) doesn't work... experienced it everytime I tried (3 times) already.. (1st time I thought I didn't configured it correctly but next times I made sure and the issue is from the app), please correct quickly: I put a sell limit at 108€ (this eg for SOL but experienced it also with ETH & XRP), market price was 110.37 so above the order sell, after I confirm it sold at market price... + Sometimes sell at market price is blocked... I like the app otherwise and cheap fees
recently my app doesn't work anymore. the last week it's says under maintenance
Started good but as of lately I'm unable to login. Everytime I do, I get sent back to the home screen. I somehow even can't access the website. What am I supposed to do if I had to make an urgent trade? Such a shame.
The app could use some more features, but is not bad. But the amount of downtime and duration of the downtime with this app during the slightest market changes is really bad.
foldable/tablet view. could you please spend a little bit effort on making the app look okish and usable on bigger screen. right now its very difficult to view and navigate the app.
