The app experience is so inconsistent, sometimes it works fine, others you're better off not even trying...most times the latter. Constant app crashes when looking at items, slow/laggy loading when starting the app and browsing, inconsistent UI navigation. The whole app needs to be redone from the ground up.
App glitches when trying to search for coupons. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times and the same thing happens every time. I'm trying to save but can't add all coupons to my account because of this consistent issue.
Haven't been able to clip coupons in months and none of the coupons load on the coupon page. I tried placing a curbside order twice. The orders weren't processed and I received a technical error yet my bank account was charged for the amount of the orders. I had to call customer service and have my funds returned which took 3 days.

Can not find locations with times. Honestly very strange not to have that as a standard.

Terrible
The discounts are not being applied at checkout. After spending time clipping coupons in the app, the discounts don't appear at the register. It seems like the coupons only work if you clip them and make your purchase on the same day, which is very frustrating. This should be made much clearer to customers.

Application Sucks, i can't Manage my Membership on here at all, it only shows me the information and doesn't allow me to have control over anything. Delivery wise is not great at all, so far none of my deliveries ever made it to my house.

It's not our phones and it's not us, it is your app. I loved the BJ's app at one time and I loved shopping at BJ's, but now I find myself hardly ever going because of the app.
Glitchy and slow when you're in store trying to scan items. Also need to come up with a better way to check out for sale items without scanning everything twice.
I have never used a more buggy, laggy, unoptimized app in my life. Every time I need to place a pickup order, it takes me triple the time it should. This is the only app on my phone that behaves this way and I do not have a weak device
your sign in sucks evertime i use app pawwords dont take and i when i change the password it say used that already .. stop with digital coupons waste of time to people

This app crashes constantly. Clearing the cache and uninstall ingredient do not fix it. It is all but useless for anything the app is alleged to do.
very laggy app
can't use at all without log in to start. that means a potential customer can't look at what the stores have at what price. can't get past choose a location at all. screen locks up. on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a solid -3.
app is too slow! them saying uninstall and reinstall is so stupid litteraly did that several times and nothing. the app is slower than ever. is like they do this on porpuse. the slowest app i have ever used its incredible it takes hours to place an online order not even an exaggeration. litteraly hours!

My BJ’s app keeps freezing before I can even sign in. There is no Sign In option available. The app asks me to choose my club, and I select my club, but then it freezes. The only options I see are Delivery or Shipping, but neither one works. I can't go any further, and if I press Back on my Android phone, the app closes
App does not show coupons or allow self check out. I used to use it and suddenly it quit. I've contacted support and in store and was told "they're working on it". It's been months.

I love BJs and I used to love this app. but since the last update, it crashes constantly. I can't place an order because it crashes every 30 seconds. It also does this on my husband's phone, so it's not my phone that is the issue. Please fix this and I'll update the rating to five stars, because normally the app is fantastic. I use this app for my business. app is horrible needs improvements. I know its also not a issue with my phone because I got another phone as well and both of them crash everytime. Says app has bug. I reset and refresh app and still doesnt work. this is such a inconvenience. i use this app every 3 days or so to do a huge order. please fix!
App crashes a lot when usizing, more specifically when adding things to your cart. My phone clears the cache and it still crashes.

Is it ever going to work? This app is the only reason I can still stand to shop here because the cashier experience is 0 stars. This app fails to detect the store, or loses my entire cart unless I scan everything at once before I leave.

was working great for years but today in the store it crashed and continues to. tried reinstalling multiple times and continues to not work.
Coupons Dont Work - conveniently the only part of the App that doesn't work is the section to save customers money. The coupon section constantly shows an error and will not retrieve your clipped coupons at checkout. Spoke with the front desk and they confirmed numerous customers having the same thing. I find it very odd how the one function in the app to save customers money is also the only one that doesn't work.
Revised Message; June 21th Again today I cannot access my account. The error read "This updated app is no longer compatible for this device." Who can you direct me to see why all of a sudden my phone is no longer compatible? _______________________ Previous message BJs updated app is no longer accessible for my Samsung A13 5G. This app over loads my phone coupons don't load and app shuts down. Made my phone absolutely useless for an hour the one day. I thought my phone was fried. I did uninstall and reinstall and it acts worse after that.
Worked ok up until last month. Now the app wont populate any coupons. All screens show a message stating 'You have no available offers'. This makes the app almost entirely useless. Fix it.

For whatever reason this app has become extremely glitchy. The coupon screen starts flashing, when you scroll through items it jumps back to the top of the screen repeatedly, at times it won't allow items to be added to the cart or add coupons to the card. It seems others are having the same issue and the response from BJ's is always to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Well, like many others here - I've tried that and guess what? IT DOESN'T WORK!! BJ's, fix your app!!
I will modify this rating when you put in a don't ask me again for the wifi pop-up it's so annoying
