QR code not working. nowhere to find it in app. don't get any rewards. disappointed
used to be great. now it wont even load for longer than 5 seconds before crashing.
bugs and closes all the time have to clear cache and sometimes still don't work
I have to click through about 7 steps to order one coffee, then it constantly crashes just on the payment screen. The last thing I want when I'm busy in the morning is to go through a long routine just to order. Starting to look elsewhere!
crashes and kicks me out every time
I downloaded the app to order ahead and get a quick coffee before I caught my train. I had to make an account, there was no option to check out as a guest like you can do on their in-store kiosk. I created an account, attempted to place my order and it sat "processing payment" for 5 minutes before I cancelled it. I'll just order from the kiosk next time, at least it actually works.
No QR code to scan in store when placing order. Basic stuff, done badly. If you seem to get mostly IOS users, that's not because of your customer base, it's because of your abysmal Android experience. Order greyed out... Still one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's like going back a decade. Completely unreliable. No doubt some greedy private investors laughing their socks off about rolling out their average chain coffee stores. Suspect many fake reviews posted on here.

I've placed multiple online orders through the app but have never gotten loyalty points. so basically I have no way of earning rewards in-store or on the app :( I stopped buying coffee here and won't return until they fix the android app.

A really awful app experience. Keeps crashing. Why does the Android version of the app not include the Rewards section? Are only iPhone users entitled to rewards? Hmm.....

Doesn't actually work. On the first attempt I got stuck with customise options not dismissing. The second attempt it wiped my basket after signing up for an account, and 3rd attempt was just a blank checkout screen

Yet again the app didn't work. No bar code for rewards. Turned off data and emergency bar code didn't work either. Wasted 10 minutes of my.and staff time. That's why I don't come very often.
This is a really good app when it works, but lately, it has been crashing almost every time I try to use it. Sometimes on the payment screen, sometimes on the store select screen. Reinstalling hasn't helped, and at this point, I've given up trying to use it.
App completely crashes when you lose signal (e.g. on the underground.)
allowing you to select the time you want to pick up the order, then being presented with a screen saying take out coffee takes 10 mins for the app. why let me order it for 2 mins later? you cannot hide crucial information like time to prepare, until AFTER the transaction is done. awful user experience. why ask for location permission, unless you are going to make it easy to select close to you? needs improvement and thought.

My partner is on Apple and has a Rewards QR code to earn rewards, which I don't on the android app and it constantly crashes saying I've got no Internet connection, like many others... despite being online and able to leave this review.
only works 20% of the time. usually just doesn't connect and can't use it.

The app works ok but it isn't a way to beat the queues. Whenever I use it to order ahead of time I am still kept waiting a long time after others who have walked in and paid after me. you're better off just leaving it and ordering in house
