app crashes with ever phone restart
I've paid for the premium tier of this on other androids to get rid of the ad banner in the drawer. I pay for premium but the ad banner will not go away in the app drawer.
apparently I have to contact the developers because my phone's software is out of date- but how do I contact the developers ?
Nicely Canadian but lacking HTML message display and calendar sync issues. BBHub+ needs a desktop version as well. Apparently I cannot use Activesync with BBHub+ and IMAP with my desktop app because they don't cooperate during a sync; for e-mail according to my e-mail host provider. My desktop app doesn't sync Calendar entries so BBHub+ changes some of my entries randomly over Activesync if I change more than one appointment within a 5 min timeframe. The changes result loss of data.
The fact that your contact app cannot even work at all on its own, even if i only want to manage my contacts offline, is already bs, but to top it off, it doesn't even support sim cards as advertised (even inside the app). The crazy permission greedyness is really giving me the impression it's just straight up spyware tbh, as none of them are optional (normally an app requests permissions as needed, not all upfront and then denies all function if the user didn't grant one). </3

Blackberry please address SV-76923 as it totally breaks Hub on Android functionality by not allowing Share via Inbox/Mail from Android Quick Share or anything from inside Android. we pay for hub and it needs to be fixed

I actually really like the functionality of the BlackBerry apps. Unfortunately, in recent months, it seems they are dropping the ball. In January, all of a sudden, my Microsoft accounts started requesting me to validate my settings. I had to remove the account and then I had to manually set it up. In the process I lost a lot of my contacts. A few days ago I opened my inbox, only to discover my work email, and my Gmail account has simply dissapeared.

Long term user and paying subscriber of the BlackBerry Hub+ app but now there is unfortunately very limited scope for use not being able to integrate Gmail and also experiencing problems with Outlook. Disappointing situation and a shame to have to leave this previously excellent app

I just upgraded to a Samsung S25+ and now I can't add my email to my Hub. This afternoon I found out the Blackberry Launcher app no longer exists and now my phone looks like a Samsung phone.
Hello there. I managed to configure my gmail on bb hub with app password, but im having problems configurin my corporate mail, gmail based on thunderbird with oauth2. It will not configure with app password. Anyone solved this?
