been using for years and never had any issues, then paid to upgrade to better version and was great, could download any songs and would just have to edit the title and artist but lately the songs I download wont play cause it says unsupported format and I try downloading from a different downloader app and still the same, if changes aren't made immediately im uninstalling and getting something better, very disappointed
new update completely broke music

Update: Still plays music randomly. Still completely useless. Looks like Im gonna find a new permanent app. I had this app for a decade and loved it. The most recent update ruined it. The app now plays a song randomly and will not be shut off. Even in the middle of a phone call, it plays and will not be stopped. I HAD to delete it. Im currently shopping a new player. very disappointing.
It was the best music player ever. I NEVER pay for apps but this one was worth it. Now there are so many problems that aren't getting fixed. In fact its been years with no fix. I am looking for a new app until the developers decide to do something about the endless issues.
I used to adore this app, but it's become bloated and useless. What's the point of a music player that doesnt play music? I kept waiting for an update that fixed these issues but I've given up. The music player built in to my phone works better at this point.

Before this I buy this only RM1, why my history payment say RM3?, I don't care if you wanna up that for other's example promotion whatsapp before at iPhone user for who faster seen that promotion got free download for 1 week, but if you use that method, are you sure that can give my home town country increase currency?. used the app for years, loved it. it's broken now completely
There's a lot to like in its vast range of options and themes, but only some of those themes are attractive and well laid out. Some are even buggy, as are some UI elements and certain combinations of settings. Now the latest version has stopped playing many of my recent files. Time to look elsewhere.

still is broken!!!! doesn't work well, I'm running it on a Pixel 7 Pro and Android 16. Pls fix it! don't make me go to another player :(
Broken by Oct 2025 FORCED Update to 20.64, on many but not all devices. AutoPlays prior tracks and current on top of each other and won't stop without Force Stop. Developer should be FORCED to refund all prior purchases until he fixes the App. One device stuck on 20.63 still works. Nov 2025 update to 20.65 FORCED on one device ONLY, which works again. One stuck on 20.63 is still works without updating. Two others stuck on 20.64 CAN'T be updated to 20.65. Why not? This is pure nonsenses.
It was a good app until the update corrupted my 1tb SD card gull of music. Garbage, trash, and probably chinese or indian.
why is my app suddenly playing a song when I open it and I can't stop the track unless I clear the tabs? and is always the same track and I can't select any other track to play because the same track is playing in the background!! fix this!! I'm using the PAID version and it's not working properly!
was the only music app I used for years on multiple phones without a problem...now this past month whenever I open the app it automatically starts playing a song and I can stop it or turn it off...can't change the song either...if I play another song it will play over the song that started when I opened the app ... extremely annoying.... uninstalled it...now looking for a similar app because this one sucks now.... doesn't even work anymore...what a waste

Custom library doesn't detect anything I put on the external SD except for a few random tracks. Also, some M4A files don't play, for some reason... The sole and only necessary reason to use this app was customisation, but now it isn't working anymore. Works if I stick to what I put on my phone's internal memory, but this shouldn't be a problem in the first place.
I had this app for YEARS. as predatory as purchases are for mobile apps, I have never paid for an app for my phone until I gave this a try a while back and for the first app I paid for a full version for I was not let down. Now, as of a few days of revisiting the player I am suddenly unable to play certain files, tracks in general, and get errors upon loading the track. I don't know what happened over time but I'd hate to move on to another player but... now I'm on the search.

this was my go to app for years until the updated and now some of my music will not play especially the newer songs funny the music works on every other music app that I have thank you
New update has very buggy playing. Some separate track is playing on its own, while the track SHOWN in "Now Playing" (as well as in phone's control center) is not actually playing. That was Nov 11. 2025-11-17 update: randomly stops playing music when out of app or screen is off. if track is changed, previous track sometimes plays in between (many milliseconds interweaved with the intended track)
since the update, various problems have arisen. please patch it
The paid/EX version to be my go-to music app. Then it became my secondary music player. Sadly, it is now so broken that it starts playing a previous track as soon as I open the app. If I try to clear cache and reopen, the same thing happens. Pause is broken. The only way to stop the player is to force close it in the system Settings/Apps. I had no choice but to uninstall. If this will ever be fixed, the dev should let (former) users know. For now, it is unusable.
