since I have bought the app I have reached multiple times to there chat option for gst and not a single reply has been received and if I wish to generate videos don't generate and you keep applying credits in that tryst and then the credits expire. it's a very useless setup mainly the whole operations behind and I will never recommend this to anyone unless they really focus on getting their tech up. there are other better options available in the market. please find alternative options.
I've used this app for over a year and recently after the update it will not remove my background of my product photos. I've contacted customer service twice and I still haven't received a response. Each day that passes means I'm unable to use my credits and will lose them if this isn't resolved. If I dont get this resolved im charging back this month's payment. I have a business to run and cannot use an unreliable app.

I have contacted the company many times and explain to them there is a cliche with the app. The music you are not able to unelecte it, you say what you want for the video it gives you something else, your clothes is never like the picture and you continue losing points.
The designs look way too fake and in many cases you have go back and retry over and over a design because it erases important things on the pictures such as autographs and letters on clothes. Not only that but its a complete ripoff paying $90 dollars just to get a stupid notice that you have "refill credits" within only working literatelly on a couple of items. And it was mainly because I had to keep fixing their poor editing. NOT COOL AT ALL!!
I can't subscribe in Brazil. there is any issue.
