I entered my credit card details to bid but then changed my mind. I wanted to close my account but only their customer service can do it. I emailed them requesting that my credit card be removed at least 5 or 6 times and they refused to do it. Then they blocked me from logging in. This is highly suspect. To this day they have not respected my request. My advice is avoid this app at all costs. Reputable companies do not conduct themselves in this manner.

this site is a joke $34.99 per month its costing me after I cancelled the very first day I got it wich is over 6 months ago now. ive tried and tried multiple times to contact the site and tell them i want to be refunded all the money that they have taken from my account but never get a response. so ill be taking this matter further now as I have been charged again for yet another month. ill be also reporting this site through my bank as scammers and fraud and hopefully get them for theft......

fraud/scam! this app will keep trying to charge your card every month after you cancel the subscription the way they tell you to. it's been months and I am still being notified of charge attempts to my card. good thing I dont keep money on it!

I used it, had a subscription, then realized I wasn't using it enough to warrant the money. It was HELL trying to cancel my subscription, and while following the rules about not using any points in order to get a full refund for March and April, I only got the refund from March. I reached out, but they INSISTED I got the April refund, while my account literally said the transfer was cancelled from their end. I still haven't gotten my $24.99 back. For your own sake, don't use Blidz. Ever.

the buy alone feature returned, and now it's gone again. unless you know some people who love shopping with the same app as you, Blidz probably isn't your thing. they do a thing called Team Buy, which requires more than 1 person to purchase an item. no good if you don't have anyone willing to buy it with you! also, you can no longer spend your Blidz dollars on buying an item (the ones you earned), they've removed that feature for whatever reason I'm giving it 1 out of 5, until it's sorted!
Well I'm not happy I don't know why I'm signed up to this app I've tried canceling it but it keeps taking out $35 every month witch has really put me out of pocket to pay my bills I'm very upset
I ordered an original Nintendo that has 600 games on it. Before placing the order it appeared to have an HDMI connection, after making the purchase you can see in another picture that its actually RCA cables. I don't have anything with RCA hookups so I tried canceling the order with no avail. To top that off I dont even think the order is coming I've not received any tracking details as its been pending 9 day. Im pretty sure this whole app is just a scam. AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!!
I unsubscribed this game and its still trying to charge me 49.99 from my cashapp card and I got the proof to show it i already blocked them and reordered another card this is ridiculous! I got over 100 attempts from them and they wont stop! I am still trying to get charged 49.99 constantly but I blocked you! from my cash app!

this app is nothing but a scam. I got scammed for $25 out of my bank account unauthorized charge today.
thieves and liars! never got access and they charged me $50 and have refused to refund any portion. they charged my card again this month for an account I don't have! I cancelled, deleted my data, and uninstalled the app, and I still had to block them thru my bank!!! support had the audacity to send me an email that contained a screenshot with my name and "no subscriptions", yet 2 days later, they are trying to charge another $25 for the "subscription" I don't have according to their system, Hmm
Worth less app. I didn't know that they were about to charge me $25 for a membership they don't tell you how they get your info out I don't know and I've done deleted the app and everything and they still charging me a membership I can't get them to stop charging me!!!!!!
First of all this application is misleading, first it promises you a certain amount of money that you can withdraw when you link your card, but after doing so it only allows you to "withdraw" $1 and it is also false because when you withdraw to paypal does not allow you to do so, a red triangle appears giving you to understand that the withdrawal was not possible, it is a waste of time, I do not recommend it.
this is a scam. they take money off you for things that you never had. they don't bother refunding you as they keep the money to themselves. you have to play games before you can do any shopping. this app is lucky to be getting one star when really it doesn't deserve it. they took £18.99 off me for a subscription that I never had and they have NEVER given me the money back.
SCAM!!! Google should've gotten rid of this app., unless they get kickbacks! The App Continuously interrupts sessions in the app to try to trick me into paying for a monthly subscription (**not a 1x payment, but monthly payments**) to get money that I supposedly made by playing games, watching videos & watching tons of ads, etc. If you fall for it then they've gotten what they set out to accomplish - taking your money. How does this app have a high rating with so many 1 stars.

I've contacted customer support via the app, A.I. customer service chat feature and had no response. I've also emailed multiple times with no response. all I was trying to do was request a refund and have had heard nothing in weeks. I did as instructed and I'm still waiting a response like usual you're a bunch of clowns I've already emailed you four times and you keep telling me to email you every time I leave a response

Quite a Tricky Scam ~ I didn't know anything about this App, nor had I ever had any associations with this. However, somehow they withdrew $1 from my PayPal account and then a few days later withdrew $24.99. I sent an email to the support team but still haven't heard back!! UPDATE: 04/25/2026 Interesting that it took 5 months for anyone to respond to my review. Never did get my money back!!

I didn't like app but couldn't figure out how to cancel subscription. I feel like they do that on purpose. I Uninstalled it before trial was over. it's been over a month and they still try everyday to deduct almost $30 from my account. luckily for me I'm broke, so they ain't getting it! lol. But seriously, this is a dumb app and you will get ripped off.

I downloaded this app and tried to buy something for $1 and without my knowledge they took $24.99 out of my account for a subscription that I did not sign up for! I have tried to contact customer service by that email and they told me that it was non refundable even though I never used the app after they stole my money!

someone used my phone an my credit card without me knowing it an Blitz took $44 off my social security card without my say so i told them about it an they still won't refund my money on my card so guess BBBwill be getting ahold of them if not refund by the 11th they had a week so far im upset they wont refund my money an I had nothing to do with it this app is bad then they text me few days ago months after they took my money but still no refund
