Confusing subscription rules and inconsistent pricing. Found myself tricked into paying year-long subscription for a service that I stopped using long time ago.

yeah i did a 14day free trial for a monthly plan that was pretty cheap, i forgot about it and they tried charging me $130 for the month its a stupid scam, its a good thing i hadn't gotten paid yet 😅
so this looks like an amazing app but I'm homeless and have no income so I can't receive the knowledge this app has to give unless I have money . I can't ever get ahead unless I've got money to put in I'm so over all these apps that say they have all the power to unlock your mind from being simple minded . well I have no money to even start your 7 day trail so I guess I'll never know if this is a good app or not.
The summaries are so far reduced as to make the self help blinks pointless. For example it will boil a motivational book about techniques and tools to use to reduce procrastination to a few paragraphs about how you shouldn't procrastinate. It's a waste of time. If a book is worth reading then read the book. If the book can be boiled down to a blink then it wasn't worth reading.
unable to cancel the subscription, there is no customer care service in app, I have lost 4200 today morning,,, please help me with refund
Too many things that need improving: 1. There should be at least 3 free daily books 2. The books are too dense and unreadable, they should have more images 3. There should be an affordable one-time fee/lifetime membership plan 4. The books should be a bit shorter, more bullet points rather than long paragraphs 5. Any opened books from earlier should remain in the library and be able to be read for free
I try to do the free trial and they charged me instantly for the whole Year
everything of interest requires an upgrade, misleading marketing, and bombardment of emails suggesting nothing in your sphere of interest. you are better off just reading the book.

Described the book with too little direct quotes. I believe the response was inappropriate and not mindful of me being a paying customer. I understand the purpose and nature of Blinka. Asking which title I was referring to, "The Fire Next Time," by James Baldwin, would have been a more customer-service oriented response. Train your AI!
I've asked to cancel my subscription. It hasn't popped up on my Google Play. I've sent help a message; they haven't responded. I don't know what else to do to get the subscription cancelled. It seems to be a dead end.
Installed, opened it, bombarded with 500 popups and ads, uninstalled.
downloaded, paid for upgrade, amex charged, app didn't acknowledge. said store wasn't open. no record in app store. scam?

looks good, but not msny titles for me. I don't want to buy things I can get free online from my local library
