my (long ago) experience using it was pleasant enough, albeit rendered completely useless now with much better free AI alternatives. but what was terrible is being ambush charged $175 (despite not using it for many months now) and refusing to cancel and refund. already canceled the transaction through my credit card, but still, horrible business practice. but that's probably most of their revenue. good luck stealing other customers' money, Blinks Labs GmbH!

app is trying to charge me for subscriptions, despite no subscriptions present on my device or account
Fraudulent charging practice. No real help, just milking engine. They dare to charge for a year without any reminder despite I actually never used that. That's why you never give them your mail card and black those jerks, for any payment.
No refund.....be careful with this App, no grace period, no clear upfront mention of cancelation policy. Tried canceling thru Google and it says App will be canceled next year, no refund will be issued. Not worth 80 bucks.
Your mobile app doesn't allow monthly billing
I am terribly disappointed with this app. I tried the 7 day trial, used the app once wasn't for me. There was no notice give that the trial period was expiring or any such correspondence (which has usually been my experience with paid apps). So this morning a major deductions gets taken off my account for an app that I will never. I feel robbed.
Developers should never assume everyone can afford a yearly subscription, monthly plans should always be available. As a pensioner I uninstalled this app as I am unable to pay for a year . Google should make monthly options compulsory.
App looks great but absolutely ridiculous pricing. That's why they can spend so much on ads.
This is a decent app when it works. They have no customer service and you are taking a chance if you send them money.
