Too late delivery service
Support is fully automated. So compaints does not get resolutions and it does not give option to talk to a customer care executive.
i am rating blinkit only 1 star becuz every time i order something i bought it like 1000 to 2000 items all together and when delivery partner delivers the items are not all together they have been like broken or sometime missing one day i had a loss of 500 rupee the blinkit is currupt only use blinkit to order few things.

Even one star is very high rating for the behaviour I have faced at customer service of Blinkit. I ordered an item because I was in hurry and had to leave the place. But the seal of the item was broken and it was rotting inside. The only option they gave is to refund after pickup. How am I supposed to stay there for pickup when the onoy reason I ordered because I was in hurry to leave. And now there is no option for refund and I'm stuck with a rotten item.
