I want to complain about the unfair treatment of gig workers at a Blinkit store. I worked as a picker, but products were often not kept in the correct locations, making it difficult to complete orders on time. Instead of helping, the manager behaved rudely, threatened to deduct my earnings, and later deducted my payment after filing a complaint against me. Despite working for several hours, I earned very little, and unfair deductions made it even worse.

Blinkit me agar koi bhi part time ke liye piking krna chahta hai to please n krna kyuki isme 2 hours ka slot chlta hai is slot me aap jyada se jyada 80-100 rupye hi kma payenge. Isme jo 90 rupye per hour dikhata hai wo sab fake hai.

Worst experience ever. Paid money during registration because they said there was a job. Went to the store, met the manager no job available. Blinkit, give me my money back! False promises and complete waste of time. Do not download this app.
I got scammed yesterday I was registered for today interview for picker that was inside store vacancy and they charged 50 rupees and fix my appointment to store manager ubais and when I reached the store before 15 minutes of my scheduled interview time 10:00 am so he said there is know vancany if there is no vacancy so why they schedule my interview and why they charged of 50 rupees they wasted my time expanse money energy please stop this nonsense scams refund to all people who got scammed.

No opportunity for od pickers
If you are reading this, trust me, they are not going to give you a part-time job. Only full-time positions are available, and too many people apply for them, so the chances of getting selected are very low. You also have to work 8 to 9 hours every day and be available whenever they call you. The work includes unloading trucks, handling different tasks, and working in a very busy environment. Don't apply. They charge ₹50 as a non-refundable fee.
The manager of blinkit warehouse do scam with workers . The make their own multiple I'd with the name of there family members and then hire workers from less payment. so the workers don't get all the benefits of working in blinkit. I saw this scam with my own eyes in jaipur blinkit store to work their. I am requesting you blinkit please look into the matter and change the manger into honest manager to give benefits for workers.

blinking k3 There is no discipline or rule in the company, no one follows it, any problem gets solved very quickly, the brand is good but the people there are not right, one should feel enjoyment by working but it does not happen, it feels as if they are making a donkey do it and the worst thing is that if you leave 4-5 minutes early then it takes half a day, after that rules and discipline...😵🫨

I registered for the Picker role but I am a PwBD candidate with 50% locomotor disability, unfortunately, there was no option to mention my disability during registration, and I am now worried that I may be rejected without being given a fair opportunity. "Very poor training experience. No proper guidance was provided, and nobody took the time to explain the work clearly. As a new trainee, I felt ignored and unsupported. The staff showed little interest in helping or teaching. The training process is unorganized and needs significant improvement. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for proper training Extremely disappointing experience The management showed no interest in properly training new workers. There was almost no guidance
